Great hotel to stay if you have chosen Oludeniz as a holiday destination. Special thanks goes to their restaurant - all meals I ordered there during 2 weeks of my stay were fresh, delicious and fabulously served. Turkish breakfast, shrimp in pineapple and mutton kebab were absolutely gorgeous. They give generous portions and care to impress you with the beauty of serving. Second thing I liked was their exterior, terrace and inner garden. I loved drinking cocktails and coffee there. Your eyes are seeing the paradise (the flamboyance of colors, forged elements, mountains on the background). Plus, the hotel is not huge, and therefore not overcrowded - you will feel comfortable and relaxed there. Last but not least is the staff. They are great. I traveled alone and surely needed company. I made several friends at the hotel, because people working there are easy-going, humorous and interested in communicating. This was also a big plus for me :)

First thing that strikes you about this lovely hotel is the views - It sits among the backdrop of a lush green mountain valley that lowers down to a ***** of shops and bars and ends in a blue lagoon of the clearest water... So in short, its a breathtaking location. Secondly the hotels main asset is the friendliness and helpful service you get from the staff. Not that im looking, but I can't find fault with any of them. BIG shout to Erol the Entertainment manager who is just a funny guy and always adds a level of relaxed humour to the many activities that are ongoing through the day... But this isnt done in a pushy way that can be the case sometimes, if you want to just chill here in the sun, in peace, then this is defo a place to do so. Theres always a modern soundtrack of tunes bopping out from the 2 pool bars so if absolute silence is what your looking for then, bring some earplugs. Thankfully we enjoy a good varied ambience of tunage! :) The all inclusive drinks are plentiful and all pretty tastey. I love my beer and wine, and 'Efes' is a good lager, and the red/white wines are of a good standard. We enjoyed watching the entertainment, which is mostly dance oriented with a different spin every night, apart from the acrobatics and illusion shows that we missed as we were off on excursions those nights. The excursions are brilliant, Numerous boat trips and sunset cruises were the best we found. We highly recommend hiring a car for 40 quid a day and driving to Gemlier beach (proper stunning beach) and the Ghost town for lunch and a bit of culture. We also drove into Fethiye to Calis beach (free parking on the roads a couple roads back from the main beach *****). We had dinner there at one of the restaurants there and watched the sun set - Amazing!! **dont drive into Fethiye on tuesday... markets make it impossible to get in and park** Also worth the short drive to Butterfly valley to take in the view... Well worth a pic trust me. The food is always of a good standard if you like meats and fish freshly cooked on the spot, with mediterraenean salads etc and numerous vegetables. We love all this so it was perfect. If your fussey brits that just want brit boring food and breakfast EXACTLY how us brits cook our full english then you may be searching around the room a while for things you can enjoy - but im sure you will find something, its all tastey. Выбрали этот отель только по отзывам, так как в этой ценовой категории рассматривали несколько вариантов. Молодая семья без детей. Ожиданий от такого уровня отеля были очень адекватные и не завышенные. До этого отдыхали в отеле такой же категории и есть с чем сравнить. После 4 дней пребывания сложилось впечатление, что отзывы накрученные. Пишут про уборку каждый день, постельное белье меняют. Нам за 4 дня постельное белье поменяли один раз. И то, фото сейчас приложу какое это было постельное белье. Полотенца меняли каждый день, но пользоваться такими полотенцами просто неприятно. Всё помятое, старое и в пятнах. На фото можно увидеть в каком состоянии свежее белье и полотенца. В номере вай фай ловил только у двери у входа, в первый день заезда вообще что-то не работало и скорость вай фай была мизерная. Потом что-то починили. Отель весь замусоленный, ощущение, что ты на даче, а не в отеле. Стекла грязные, в номере насекомые. Хорошую оценку ставлю только персоналу, тк они действительно были любезными и очень старались. Но впечатления и ощущения от отеля очень плохие. Не вернёмся и никому не посоветуем. То, что писали про великолепные завтраки и булочки которые якобы пекут сами, пару раз попалась булка с душком. Запах плесени и явно разогретая в микроволновке. Я бы рекомендовала оставаться на сутки - не более. По хорошему хозяевам следовало обновить полотенца и постельное белье, нанять профессиональный клининг на всю территорию отеля и ощущение от Лондон отеля было бы совсем другое. На фото подушка в первые день как заехали. Никто на ней ещё не лежал, белье не гладят. На наволочках дырки. Спать на таком белье просто не приятно.

Faulty Towers is a five star rating compared to this. The photos on the website show a well maintained, clean hotel. These photos are incredibly old and not representative of the current state of the hotel. There is no private beach, spa or Turkish bath on site. You walk into the foyer and your heart sinks. You have got it wrong. The carpet going down the stairs is stained. Everything looks worn. The staff are friendly and welcoming. You are taken to your room. The bedding is old, grey and threadbare. There are no pretty towel arrangements, with scattered petals on your bed. The mattress is saggy and well used. The sheet does not tuck under the mattress, just merely placed on top. A light bub is missing from the bathroom, mold in the shower and the filthiest toilet brush I have ever seen. The whole of Turkey has used it. The is no hot running water in the sink and when you run the water it goes down the plug hole and comes up through the floor tiles. The toilet seat has a life of its own. On the first day I contacted reception three times. Finally getting an extra sheet and a light bulb. No housekeeping for three days. The toilet brush is still in pride of place in the bathroom. We finally managed to upgrade our daughters room at an additional cost. The aircon and fridge did not work. The fridge had obviously been left with rotting food in it previously and it smelt rancid. Her bedding had browns stains on. Not sure of the original fluid. Vomit or excrement. She also had mold growing in her bathroom and the taps span around. No upgrade available for us. The all inclusive bar. What a joke. I knew we could expect all local alcohol which I was happy with. There is one beer, two slushies, coke, coke zero, sprite, vodka and then more vodka which has juniper added. This is the gin. Some other red liquor. All spirits, vodka or vodka/gin are served in miniature. Mainly served in a red or green toothbrush mug. Glasses by special request. I understand about glass and pools but if i'm not in the pool. I would like a glass. No whiskey, brandy, baileys or gin. Day 5 an our toilet seat finally broke. So on our way out for the day. We informed reception that maintenance where needed. At 5pm we returned and enquired if the toilet seat had been replaced. No! At 6pm I went to our room and picked the toilet seat up and took it to reception to remind them. An hour later I had to go and find the manager who was completely oblivious to the problem. The sink still leaking and the toilet brush still in place. The food. Nothing is labelled. The hygiene is incredibly poor with regarding to preparation. The young man cooking the pancakes and omelettes for breakfast clearly did not have a clue what he was doing. He would pick out the black burnt bits before serving. Generally there was a shortage of knives, so you played hunt the knife at each meal. Day 7. we have now received an email from Love Holiday regarding our pickup transfer to the airport which will be from

this is the most beautiful hotel! From the moment of booking to the moment of departure everything is perfect and even better! Upon arrival, we were greeted like relatives - in the shade in the fresh air they arranged a check-in, helped to connect to Wi-Fi. Told all the rules and useful information. We were escorted to the room, helped to carry our suitcases, although we did not ask. The rooms are clean, fresh, the furniture is good, the kitchen utensils are just right, there was even a toaster. 2 air conditioners - one in each room. Cleaned every 2 days. It is possible to rent beach towels (aprx 50 lire for each for the entire time of use) – big and good - very convenient! Distance to the sea is 10-12 minutes walk along quiet streets. The beach has always been deserted. I don’t remember such warm water for years. There are a large number of cafes and restaurants on the embankment at a very pleasant price by Russian standards. The pool and area around is always clean and well maintained. lots of flowers - very pretty! For lovers of a quiet family holiday - just right - distanced from the center, but a few minutes by taxi, which you can call at the reception at any time of the day. And you can rent bikes here too! We had a family vacation in this wonderful hotel in October. We are already planning to return! Thanks to the management and staff for a wonderful stay! The hotel feels like home, the atmosphere of comfort, warmth and relaxation. The hotel is unusually decorated in the form of a castle, the territory is in beautiful colors, the rooms are clean with everything you need. The kitchen is great! The food is fresh, beautifully served. The restaurant is located on top, romance in the evenings, pleasant live music by world performers, courteous staff. At breakfast, over a cup of coffee, we watched the flights of steam planes over the mountains and the sea.. There is a lot of work, professionalism, and most importantly love for each guest behind the creation of this fairy tale! We will miss you, the Korolev family.

Hiervoor ben ik verschillende hotels in Antalya geweest en eerlijk gezegd dacht ik niet dat in zou woow vinden! Het eten was lekker vergelijken met hotels in Antalya en onze kamer is elke dag verschoond en faciliteiten waren prima! Ik bedank alle hotel personeel voor het dienst die ze hebben geleverd
