Hotel Olympia dengan Sarapan

Although this is an older hotel, it has some good points. The room size is great, the accessible tub and toilet are well provided with grab bars, and the general location is calm and quiet. Unfortunately, the room directly above us was incredibly noisy until the wee hours, every footstep or roll of a suitcase or rolling desk chair sounded like it was in our room with us (I think a result of the laminate flooring and what sounds like no insulation or sound dampening between floors). Still the price was right and the location very good for our needs on this trip.

Dalam talian ia mengatakan tiada bayaran balik, dan saya telah membayar untuk bilik saya , dan dia cuba membuat saya membayar untuk kali kedua kerana dia mendakwa dia ”tidak dapat melihat pembayaran saya.” 🙄 Dia menyuruh saya memberikan nombor itu kepada agensi tempahan yang pada dasarnya memberitahunya bahawa mereka tidak boleh memulangkan wang mengikut polisi. Dia tidak akan memberi saya bilik sama sekali rasanya melainkan saya membayar sekali lagi. Fikirkan anda, saya membayar $95 atau $97 selepas cukai, tidak mungkin saya akan melepaskannya dan memberi hotel lebih banyak wang. TIDAK. Akhirnya dia menghubungi pengurusnya yang sepatutnya dia lakukan pada mulanya dan dia bercakap dengannya bagaimana untuk membetulkan kesilapan itu. Saya masih marah tentang perkara ini. Ia adalah kali pertama saya ke sini dan saya mengambil masa lebih sejam untuk masuk ke dalam bilik. Saya lewat ke persidangan dalam talian saya untuk bekerja kerana ini. MENGGEMPARKAN!!!!!! Selain dia, bilik hotel itu sangat selesa dan selesa. Katil sangat selesa, begitu juga sofa di dalam bilik. Saya suka bahawa mereka menggunakan produk neutrogena di bilik mandi juga. Kelihatan seperti lantai yang dikemas kini di lorong dan bilik mandi yang sangat comel. Saya mengesyorkan tinggal di sini kerana saya pasti kejadian di atas tidak berlaku sepanjang masa. Sarapan pagi adalah baik, wanita sangat sopan melayani. Semua kakitangan memakai topeng dan saya perhatikan sepasang suami isteri kerap menggunakan sanitizer... Saya mungkin akan tinggal lagi.

We've stayed here twice. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the front desk staff are pleasant and accommodating. If you want perfect, don't stay here. The bathrooms have some wear and tear, the carpets are a little worn, some parts could use fresh paint, but it is clean! Ample parking, and we always feel safe. Fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. We will be back. ;) They offer a nice little breakfast too!

Very clean, and friendly staff, as others have mentioned. Truly excellent blackout shade on the window, quite unusual in any hotel. The odd numbered rooms face four lanes of I-5 and are so close to the freeway that you can read the license plates, so be sure to ask for an even numbered room, which faces the entrance to the hotel but is far quieter. There are a few downsides. The breakfasts are not special, but there are no restaurants within walking distance, so it serves the purpose. The hotel is easy to find from the I-5 exit ramps, but if you are arriving from downtown via 14th, the county's signage is very poor, and it's easy to end up back on I-5 unintentionally. Finally, although the property is reasonably new and well maintained, the furnishings are, well, cheap. The prefab shower looks like something from Motel 6. I'm aware that the Garden Inn is designed to be at the bottom level of Hilton properties, but at rack rates of more than $200 nightly, I had hoped for something a bit better.

My business trip to Olympia was greatly enhanced by my stay at the Double Tree. When I travel to Olympia in the spring, it’s usually in large numbers. This has been known to make hotel staff “less enthusiastic” at our presence in their workplace. I received nothing but enthusiastic smiles and gracious service while staying at DT. The pool and hot tub were clean, the room was spacious, and the location is fantastic! Being close to the capital and downtown shopping made our trip efficient and enjoyable. Ultimately, I couldn’t have been happier with the service I received and the warm faces at every counter. My colleagues and I agree that the DT was a fantastic choice and I will recommend them to anyone staying in Olympia for business or otherwise.

I miss the Swantown Inn. It's been a few days, but I woke up and made a cappuccino in my mug that we accidentally absconded with (and later purchased) using Olympia Coffee Roasters coffee that I also brought home with me, and tried to imagine myself back at my little desk there and sipping it while doing my work on their lightning fast internet. I left a book there, and they helped me find it, so I picked it up this morning and leafed through it, pretending I was back at the Inn under the canopy of the bed, smelling the flowers, and warming by the fire. The breakfast was lovely, the food was savory, and the conversation was flowing. I really cannot think of a better place to return to for a special get away and hope they will make room for us once again. They really made us feel at home.

Super friendly owners and the home is quite lovely.   Very serene location and well maintained.  Will stay again for sure!

What a wonderful experience we had in Olympia! The only regret is that we only booked for one night. The hotel is located just off the highway south of the city of Olympia. The room was exceptionally clean and modern, with hot water and complimentary Starbucks freshly roasted coffee. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The gentleman at the front desk provided us with a clear introduction to the hotel and all the necessary assistance we needed.
