We spent the entire day exploring Macau City Center, and our stay at this hotel made the experience even better. It’s a fantastic property — the staff were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the action, yet still offering a comfortable, relaxing space to return to. Our room had a stunning view of the iconic Grand Lisboa Hotel, which added such a unique charm to our stay. Just sitting there, watching the lights come alive at dusk, was incredible. Everything about this hotel — from the helpful team to the prime spot in the city — made our visit truly memorable.

Kemudahan: Walaupun hotel lama, tetapi ia dijaga dengan baik, bersih dan selesa. Kami juga boleh menyimpan bagasi selepas daftar keluar.

Dah kena keluar main kat kawasan atas, dan bas tu betul-betul depan, jadi selesa untuk berehat dan berehat. 7-Eleven yang berhampiran agak tidak mesra, jadi lebih baik membeli sesuatu di tempat lain dan kembali. Just stayed at YOHO Treasure Island Resorts World recently. The location is right by the lake, but you have to walk up a bit of a slope to get to the entrance, which might be a bit much for elderly people. The lobby is on the 2nd floor, and honestly, the lift area on the ground floor feels a bit more like a restaurant entrance than a hotel. Since it was the weekend, it was super crowded，every time I took the lift, it was packed with people. The staff at the front desk were polite though, and just so you know, they ask for a $1,000 deposit at check-in. I booked the Lake View room and the view was actually pretty good. The room was big enough for two people to move around comfortably, and they provide some basic tea bags and coffee. The best part is definitely being able to walk along the lake right downstairs，it’s really relaxing. It's a decent spot if you want space and a view, just be prepared for the crowds if you go on a weekend.

Clean and tidy hotel room, quite small space but reasonable price in Macau area. Location are superb, easy access to anywhere of city center. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

First, it was truly sweet that the hotel prepared a lovely cake for us. That made our special day even more memorable. We greatly appreciated this kind gesture. However, we were quite shocked and disappointed by the checkout process. The official checkout time is 11:00 AM, yet at about 11:30 AM, staff rang our doorbell to ask when we would be checking out. This felt intrusive and rushed, especially as we were still in the room and not expecting such an immediate inquiry. In our experience with other 5-star hotels, we’ve never encountered this kind of approach—reminders are usually handled more discreetly (e.g., via phone, or waiting a bit longer if possible). My husband and I both felt it detracted from what had otherwise been a pleasant stay.

The interior feels just as impressive, with a sense of classic luxury that makes the whole experience memorable. A special thank‑you to the team for offering us an upgrade. This thoughtful gesture made a huge difference to our stay. The upgraded room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with a great view that added to the overall enjoyment. It genuinely elevated the entire experience and made our time at the hotel feel even more special. Service throughout the stay was warm and attentive. The staff were helpful, polite, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and well‑managed. The location is excellent convenient for exploring Macau’s attractions, dining, and entertainment. Whether stepping out for sightseeing or returning to relax, everything felt easy and accessible. Overall, Grand Lisboa delivered a memorable and comfortable stay. With its iconic architecture, thoughtful service, and the generous upgrade that enhanced our experience, it’s a hotel I would happily return to.

Close to border and bus station. Can take the bus for free to ******* from near the hotel. Breakfast was good and room was clean and quiet.
