Good experience overall. The staff was great. However, the check in process was not up to standard. I arrived at 3pm. There was a very long line for check in. I was advised to return in an hour, which I did. At which point I was told that the room wasn’t ready and I should return at 5pm. I did not accept, of course, and they “found” a room. That is not a 5* service considering people come tired and/or have other plans. Perhaps the check-in system should be improved to be done quicker and cater to more customers at once.

We loved our extraordinarily large room with separate living and bedroom and the lovely scent. Despite its quite minimum lighting, overall we enjoyed our experiences along with its l’occitane amenities. Some people complain about its location being too far from most other sites with limited shuttle options, but we found it quite convenient after knowing that we managed to use Grand Lisboa Palace shuttle services. The shopping mall connected to the hotel was also a reliable option. Our room came with an afternoon tea set which was great though the service could have been better about the tea and drink included.

You can forget about early checkin. Could only preregister strictly after 1230pm and had to come back for room key collection from 3pm onwards. The hotel requires 1000HKD for room deposit. We requested for twin beds but was informed there would be additional charges unlike other establishments who not only accommodated to our requests but they also did their best to make our stay memorable. Honestly we expected better service for the price paid. Wouldn’t consider staying here again when we could get better service elsewhere.

Memandangkan bilik pemandangan laut dalam buku tempatan saya mempunyai bilik terakhir, saya menaik taraf bilik Walaupun hotel ini tidak berada di lokasi yang baik, ia sangat menjimatkan berbanding dengan hotel yang mempunyai kualiti yang sama bas (tetapi kekerapannya sangat jarang Kami pada dasarnya Semua adalah teksi. Mengetepikan geografi, bilik-bilik di sini dihiasi dengan selesa, tempatnya bersih, ruangnya luas, dan nisbah harga/prestasi sangat tinggi.

The spacious room and the spectacular view is the only highlight in my opinion. Maybe my expectation is a bit high after staying with Andaz, which provided an excellent and all-rounded experience. For example, we have made an earlier request for late check out when doing the check in, but get rejected by the check-in staff. They didn't consider your membership status nor the birthday. Please don't expect any perks or rewards. The room was not ready when we were there. So we stored our luggage at the front desk. When we came back, the stored luggage was not directly sent to your room. You needed to reclaim your stuff at the concierge. I was a bit disappointed. The location is not prime and at the far corner of the whole district. Staying here with the gold elite status and on your birthday will not bring you anything extra, even though you have made remarks earlier. Definitely, not the first pick in Macau.

Saya rasa Parisian Hotel adalah hotel yang paling cantik di kalangan Sands Group. Lobi, kawasan awam dan reka bentuk bilik semuanya penuh dengan hiasan ***a klasik atau moden Perancis, dan kombinasi warna yang menakjubkan. Bilik Pemandangan Menara Eiffel yang kami tinggali adalah berbaloi untuk wang tegar dalam reka bentuk. Bilik Paris adalah yang paling sesuai dengan estetika saya dan saiz bilik yang baru Sangat selesa. Perkhidmatan bagasi dan perkhidmatan bilik sangat penuh perhatian dan mempunyai sikap yang baik Selepas menginap selama tiga hari, saya rasakan pengalaman daftar masuk adalah lebih besar dan lebih luas daripada hotel lain klasik. Perlu dinyatakan bahawa penduduk kolam renang yang dipanaskan di Paris mesti mengalaminya Dari jam 8 pagi hingga 8 malam, kawasan kolam renang juga direka bentuk dalam taman ***a Perancis Menara Eiffel yang bercahaya semasa berenang Saya sangat gembira. Kakitangan di kawasan kolam renang sangat baik dalam perkhidmatan. Terutamanya abang Lin Wei Selepas kami berenang, dia mengambil inisiatif untuk membawa kami ke kolam air panas. Terdapat pelbagai restoran di hotel, serta medan selera dan pasar raya kecil di tingkat lima Terdapat perhentian bas di tepi jalan di pintu masuk utama Paris untuk pergi ke pelbagai tarikan di semenanjung ke perhentian teksi di hadapan lobi (dengan reka bentuk awning yang cantik) Ia juga sangat mudah untuk menginap di sini. Saya sangat mengesyorkan semua orang mencubanya Ia adalah nilai terbaik untuk wang.

Our check-in with the help of staff 趙嘉敏, just 5mins to get our room and I need to thanks so much for Joel who very care of us. When we check-in he noticed that we had a lugguage with us and told us that just leave it at a distance that can be looked after While check-out he is very patient to listen my comment that the chair in our room one of the leg is not fixed well and he will reflect to the management. Last but not the least that thanks for Ms. Jessy who toke my IDD call for my special request as we are coming from Hong Kong as because we just made booking less than 12hrs before check-in. She really made remarks to my needs and why I know it's her who pick up my call and well prepared a room before our arrival as when we check-out, by a few chit chat and knows that it's her who received my calls and pay attention to our needs.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! When we first arrived at the entrance of the hotel, we were assisted by the bellhop, Mark Spencer, who was very nice and helpful during our arrival and leaving the hotel. And everything else that came after did not disappoint, the room was beautiful, the breakfast was nice. Would definitely come back again! 👍🏽

We had a great time staying at this hotel for birthday celebration, check in was quick and there was flexible arrangement which we appreciated. Would highly recommend this suite for family which is very spacious , kid-friendly with no sharp edges, with bathtub and shower . The hotel helped to arrange baby cot and birthday cake. There were restaurants like McDonald and pepper lunch, and a convenient store plus Brown and Cony cafe which was cute. for activities we went to indoor playground for kids to play for 2 hours. There were also ice machine and vending machines to buy snacks and drinks on our floor. Overall we had a great experience. The vibe was relaxing , staff were nice. At first we were worried about having to queue for taxi (based on online comments) but it turned out there were lots of taxi at our hotel and also at the hotel next to us. (Just 5 min walk , actually directly next to this hotel) would recommend this place for a quiet and relaxing staycation for family. Only thing that can improve would be breakfast, not much food options to choose from for a buffet-style breakfast (we chose the western style one).
