Excellent Stay – Perfect Location and Spacious Room! Score: 5/5 (Highly Recommended) I came to Macau this time mainly to attend the SEVENTEEN concert and enjoy some leisure time around the city. Staying at this hotel made my trip even more perfect! Here are a few things I absolutely loved about my stay: Spacious & Beautiful Room: The room itself is incredibly spacious with a great, open view that lets in plenty of natural light. As you can see from the photos, the bathroom is not only huge but also beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. Prime Location: The hotel is situated right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient to get around. It is incredibly close to many famous attractions and entertainment hubs. For instance, it only took me about a 10-minute walk to get to the Grand Lisboa. Comfort & Service: The bed was extremely comfortable, offering a great night's sleep after a long, exciting night at the concert. The staff were also polite and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I am 100% satisfied with my experience. It offers fantastic value for money, and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Macau!

Biliknya besar. Lokasi yang strategik, bas ulang-alik percuma ke lapangan terbang dan pintu sempadan. Tiada rungutan. Sarapan pagi di Imperial House agak memuaskan tetapi menjadi membosankan selepas beberapa hari. Secara keseluruhannya untuk harga yang berpatutan, saya rasa kami akan kembali lagi.

Pengangkutan hotel adalah menyusahkan dan bas ulang-alik adalah jarang. Bilangan tisu berkotak tidak mencukupi di dalam bilik. Penderia tandas terlalu sensitif, menyebabkan ia menyiram berulang kali semasa digunakan. Perkhidmatan ini baik dan kakitangan bersedia untuk berkhidmat atas permintaan. Bilik kecergasan di hotel ini serba lengkap.

The Londoner Grand Macau – Suite Experience Review Our family usually chooses suite rooms when we travel, as we value a good night’s rest to prepare for our next journey. Having stayed at many luxury hotels, we’ve experienced excellent service before—but what we experienced at The Londoner Grand truly stood out on a different level. During our stay, Michelle consistently checked in on us to make sure everything was comfortable and that we had no inconveniences. Her attentiveness went far beyond standard service—it felt genuinely warm and thoughtful. Every small detail was handled with such care that it redefined what true hospitality means. The suite itself was exceptional—spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. The bedding was perfect, allowing us to fully relax and recharge. What made our stay even more special was the thoughtful birthday setup prepared for us, which created such a memorable and heartwarming moment for our family. We were also deeply touched by the personalized touches Michelle prepared. She is unexpected gestures that made us feel truly valued as guests. The breakfast experience was equally impressive. The selection was outstanding, and even included caviar—something that elevated the entire dining experience and made it feel truly luxurious. We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Regie, the Filipino staff member who warmly assisted us with our pickup. His kindness gave us a wonderful first impression and set the tone for the rest of our stay. Having visited many hotels around the world, this is the first time we have experienced such detailed and heartfelt care in every aspect. Without a doubt, we will choose The Londoner Grand again on our next visit to Macau.

Hotel yang hebat! Pada mulanya kami merancang untuk tinggal di bahagian lama Macau, tetapi kemudian kami membuat keputusan mengenai Paris dan tidak menyesalinya. Anda boleh pergi ke Macau lama dengan bas biasa atau bas percuma dari hotel anda. Di tingkat 5 hotel terdapat medan selera dan kiosk untuk mereka yang tidak bersedia membayar banyak untuk sarapan pagi, makan tengahari, makan malam. Kolam renang yang bagus, betul-betul di bawah Menara Eiffel. Hiasan hotel sangat mengagumkan, seolah-olah anda tinggal di Ouvray! Satu kelemahan - ia mahal! 🤣

Very nice hotel. I went there to celebrate my mom's birthday and they had made some room decorations for us. My mom had a pleasant stay and was very satisfied with the surprise! One thing I would comment on was that the pillow had some stains and the toilet paper roll didn't have a spare one around. It was my last day in the room so I didn't call down for it but I think the hotel should prepare a spare one in case of emergency. The location was okay but you do have to walk a long way to go to the free shuttle bus and the LRT.

4 Stars — Great Location and Excellent Staff We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Sintra. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which made our visit feel welcoming from the start. The location is truly outstanding — we were able to walk to the Ruins of St. Paul’s, the historic Macau district, and even Fisherman’s Wharf, which is about a 30‑minute walk away. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area, and New Yaohan department store, with its convenient supermarket, is only a two‑minute walk from the hotel. The free shuttle buses to the Londoner, Parisian, and Venetian were also a great bonus. The only drawbacks were related to the building’s age. Our room’s sink was cracked, and some of the finishing felt dated. There are only two elevators serving 14 floors, so they can get busy during peak times. Also, there are no free shuttle buses to or from the airport or the TurboJet terminal, which would have made arrivals and departures more convenient. Overall, Hotel Sintra offers excellent value thanks to its unbeatable location and warm service. With a bit of updating, it could easily be a five‑star experience.

The stay was great until i was about to check out. The hotel gave coupons for shopping at one of their duty free shops, before checking out, I wanted to buy something but the moment i went in the cdf shop, the sales lady kept following me around even when i was trying to get away from her. I felt judged like i was a thief where i just wanted to buy something! Seriously, really upset that i didnt end up buying anything.

Practical hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There are many amenities available at the lobby. I booked a larger room with a bath tub and it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is decent. There is a supermarket nearby. Loved that there is an air Macau check in and bag drop facility at the lobby.

Hotel Central is the best value hotel we’ve stayed in ANYWHERE— and we’ve spent time in many countries all around the world. Historic, but completely updated without losing its 30’s charm. In the heart of a wonderfully active historic district, very pedestrian friendly, filled with Macau’s unique blend of East and West. Rooms are exquisitely furnished, providing a quiet refuge from the bustle outside. Service is attentive and friendly without being intrusive- utterly professional. Special callout to our housekeeper Mi for loaning us her personal USB-C cable when no other would work. All this at a very reasonable price- highly recommended.
