This is the first time we stayed this hotel and I asked if the hotel can offer us a better city view. The hotel people was so kind to upgrade us to a high floor and the city view was great and beautiful. The hotel has lot of restaurants to choose , standard and high price restaurants which was good for customer to choose . The hotel room has provide free drinks and snacks for customer which is good in case people feel hungry in the early morning or night. And the only small issue was the bath tub was so slippy and need to place a small met inside the bath tub, otherwise , elder people would easy to fall down and the handle was too low in position to catch when showering .

We loved our extraordinarily large room with separate living and bedroom and the lovely scent. Despite its quite minimum lighting, overall we enjoyed our experiences along with its l’occitane amenities. Some people complain about its location being too far from most other sites with limited shuttle options, but we found it quite convenient after knowing that we managed to use Grand Lisboa Palace shuttle services. The shopping mall connected to the hotel was also a reliable option. Our room came with an afternoon tea set which was great though the service could have been better about the tea and drink included.

You can forget about early checkin. Could only preregister strictly after 1230pm and had to come back for room key collection from 3pm onwards. The hotel requires 1000HKD for room deposit. We requested for twin beds but was informed there would be additional charges unlike other establishments who not only accommodated to our requests but they also did their best to make our stay memorable. Honestly we expected better service for the price paid. Wouldn’t consider staying here again when we could get better service elsewhere.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Very convenient to walk around the cotai ***** as well as take busses. The staff at Conrad Macao is amazing each and every member tries to help to the best they can. I would like to thank the team for there efforts and hard work. The best team members are: Concierge: von, rency , Harland The breakfast bunch: sarah Front Office: Leena, David , sheries The time was more than happy to assist me anytime with anything much appreciated guys

The hotel is very clean and I thought very well decorated and designed. The room was much bigger than I expected and had 2 very nice places to sit by the windows - one breakfast bar and one cushioned window sill. My one suggestion would be to have a shower bracket on the wall to make the shower hands free. The bathtub is nice but if you want to shower, it could be more convenient. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Shuttle bus is convenient.

I visited your hotel for my wedding anniversary yesterday and I am very satisfied with the environment and facilities of your hotel! The service attitude of the staff is very good. Eddy who works at the front desk is very kind and enthusiastically arranges for us. This wedding anniversary is very successful for us. We are all very happy. We are happy as our room is being upgraded on the 16/floor. Room size is slightly bigger and have beautiful lake view. We always like the trendy room furnishings of this hotel and so as its location. We will sure book again for our next trip!

Lobi hotel ini luar biasa, dan biliknya terletak di sayap utara, yang lebih dekat dengan Venetian daripada sayap selatan. Terdapat koridor di tingkat tiga yang menghubungkan beberapa hotel di bawah Sands, yang tidak akan menjejaskannya sama sekali pada hari hujan. Our check-in with the help of staff 趙嘉敏, just 5mins to get our room and I need to thanks so much for Joel who very care of us. When we check-in he noticed that we had a lugguage with us and told us that just leave it at a distance that can be looked after While check-out he is very patient to listen my comment that the chair in our room one of the leg is not fixed well and he will reflect to the management. Last but not the least that thanks for Ms. Jessy who toke my IDD call for my special request as we are coming from Hong Kong as because we just made booking less than 12hrs before check-in. She really made remarks to my needs and why I know it's her who pick up my call and well prepared a room before our arrival as when we check-out, by a few chit chat and knows that it's her who received my calls and pay attention to our needs.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! When we first arrived at the entrance of the hotel, we were assisted by the bellhop, Mark Spencer, who was very nice and helpful during our arrival and leaving the hotel. And everything else that came after did not disappoint, the room was beautiful, the breakfast was nice. Would definitely come back again! 👍🏽
