Excellent hotel.. Beautiful sea side resort and very well maintained. Room size is excellent. Beautiful sun set view from every room. everything is well thought out for travellers down to allowing the guest to check the laundry status via room TV. Gift shop provides all the necessary amenities such as shipping box for packing your shopping. Will definitely stay here again if coming back to Okinawa.

Resort was fully equipped with many facilities though several comes at an additional cost. Room is spacious with a balcony and offers a great ocean view. Only downside is side is limited food options in the area in the evening so most opt to dine in the hotel’s restaurant.

Hyatt Regency Okinawa Seragaki Location - 8/10: The hotel is located approximately 1 hour's drive from Naha Airport, and there aren't many restaurants or shops in the immediate vicinity. Service standard - 8.5/10: The front office staff are very friendly and always have a smile on their faces. However, there might be room for improvement in the breakfast service, as it seems they may be understaffed. Enhancing the service level or hiring more staff would be beneficial. Room - 10/10: The rooms are spacious and appear to be new. It seems that all the rooms offer a fantastic sea view. Parking - 10/10: The parking area is available for a reasonable fee of 1000 yen per day. It is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away from the hotel and has ample parking spaces. Additionally, the hotel provides frequent transport service between the hotel and the parking area. Environment - 10/10: The surroundings are well-maintained, and the facilities are clean and in good condition. Kid-friendly - 10/10: The hotel is exceptionally child-friendly. Upon check-in, the front office staff provided my son with a kid pack, and the facilities are thoughtfully designed to cater to children's needs. Additionally, the restaurant offers kid-friendly cutlery, making dining with children more convenient and enjoyable. 地理位置 - 8/10：該酒店距離那霸機場約1小時車程，附近沒有太多的餐廳或商店。 服務標準 - 8.5/10：前台工作人員非常友好，始終面帶微笑。然而，在早餐服務方面可能還有改進的空間，因為看起來他們可能人手不足。提升服務水平或增加員工將會有所助益。 客房 - 10/10：客房寬敞且看起來很新。似乎所有客房都能欣賞到壯觀的海景。 停車 - 10/10：停車場每天收取1000日元的合理費用。它位於酒店方便的位置，步行僅需5分鐘，停車位充足。此外，酒店還提供頻繁的往返酒店和停車場的交通服務。 環境 - 10/10：周圍環境保持良好，設施乾淨且狀態良好。 親子友好 - 10/10：該酒店非常親子友好。辦理入住手續時，前台工作人員為我的兒子提供了一個兒童包，且設施貼心地為孩子們量身設計。此外，餐廳提供兒童專用餐具，使與孩子一起用餐更加方便和愉快。

Honestly everything is decent but the room is showing its age especially the floors. Aside from that its decent.

Our stay was nothing short of FANTASTIC! Masako gave the BEST customer service and worked with us daily for any requests, reservations, questions, etc. She was the major reason our vacation was such a success! I highly recommend this resort! We like to stay at the resort vice exploring/driving and there was so much to do!! We stayed three nights right in the thick of rainy season and it still didn’t disappoint! So many indoor activities for our toddler and when the sun popped out each day, we were able to do some outdoor activities (they offer SO MANY) :) We would come back again and again. Our dinners were very good and a great breakfast buffet each morning was included in our rate. My advice is to stay in the south tower—very quiet, stunning view of the ocean, and many amenities included :)

Your options at the hotel are dependent on what “level” you have which is dependent on how many nights you stay (?) and what color card you are given to wear around your neck. This information is based on our family having stayed five nights with a gold card. Pros – Nice beach, free lounge chairs and umbrella (gold card), free breach towels, free activities such as the banana boat ride (gold card), and the “glass bottom boat ride (gold card), free mask and snorkel for both adults and kids! The two buffets were nice. We went to the first floor on the first day, the second floor (gold card) buffet on the remaining days for breakfast. Fluffy pancakes, raspberry French toast, eggs benedict which were not offered on the first floor. Great view of the ocean, nice, clean room, and friendly staff. Very helpful. Cons – you have to line up in the morning to book any activity, only two per family unless you get back in line. Well, the Japanese love to line up, for hours, so enjoy the wait. Only two computers for booking and maybe and maybe several hundred rooms at the hotel? Same with the buffet, on both floors. Enjoy the wait! The free beach towels were only offered at the inside pool, but you can take them to the beach. Why so far away from the beach? Finally, the outside pool closes at 5:00 PM! Sunset is not until 7:00 PM! This is ridiculous! And if you swim in the ocean, no life jacket required. If you use a mask, no life jacket required. If you use fins, no life jacket required. However, the moment you use a snorkel, you must wear a life jacket. Not sure how to explain that. What I hate about this hotel is the animals they have locked up in tiny cages. A wallaby in a cage the size of a bathroom. Sea turtles locked up in small pools. Tiny pools. African turtles in small enclosures. Exotic birds in small cages, dolphins locked up, and manta rays locked up. Not fun to see that at all and everyone seems unsympathetic to their plight.

A sincere smile and attentive service from the staff make you feel at home, enjoying the refreshing bay and delightful cuisine. Breakfast options include Western set menu, Japanese set menu, and a buffet. The set meals take longer to serve, but the buffet has no wait after 9 AM and offers a wide variety. A five-star resort hotel with three pools (infinity, large, and children's) and a small splash pool. Staff provide towels and bottled water at the poolside loungers, with paid food options available. The private beach is a 10-minute walk to the loungers. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and great for staying in all day. It's recommended to stay at least two days to fully enjoy the hotel's atmosphere and amenities. You can still use the amenities even after you check out tho which is nice. Transportation: Driving is necessary (parking fee JPY 1500/day).

隣のアクアセンスがとても良かったので、今回カフーリゾートのホテル棟に泊まりました。ロビーは一般的なホテルとは違い、カーテン付きの区切られたソファなどがあり、居心地がいいと思います。デイベッド？もあり、寛いで寝そべっているカップルや、観光の相談をしている家族などを目にしました。エレベーターホールは屋内、部屋に行くには吹き抜けの廊下を通ります。すぐ近くの部屋だったから良かったですが、今回の寒波で震えました（笑）でも部屋のドアは廊下に面してないので、バタン！とドアが閉まらない様に工夫されています。玄関で靴をぬぎ素足で寛げます（もちろんスリッパ完備）傘も人数分用意されているので便利です。スイートなので、寝室は別です。ベッドも広く良く眠れました。リビングにはネットフリックスも見れる大型テレビがあり、ソファでのんびりできます。キッチン付きでした。私たちは食事を部屋でしませんでしたが、電化製品も借りられるので、特に小さな子供さんがいるなら、上手に計画をたてられたら良いと思います。冷蔵庫（冷凍室あり）電子レンジ、湯沸かしポット、ドルチェは完備です。炊飯器、食器一式も借りられますが、在庫が無ければ無理かもしれません。そして1部屋につき４点までです。事前にサポートアイテムをチェックされることをお勧めします。ベランダにはデイベッドが置いてあり、寒くなかったらお昼寝してました（笑） 今どこのホテルでも取り組んでいますが、当然清掃はお断りしました。いつもは１０００円ですが、今は２０００円のホテルクーポンがもらえました。なんとタオル、アメニティの補充、ゴミ回収はしてもらえます！私たちは、２日間で４０００円もらえました。他のホテルはタオル交換や備品補充はしてくれないので、カフーはすごく良心的です！ 食事は、アネックス棟の和食、ホテル棟の洋食があります。カートも出してくれますが、震えながら歩いて和食に行きました。豚しゃぶ！！テーブルに出汁の入った鍋を用意してあるので、野菜や肉を取ってきてしゃぶしゃぶします。もし、３人以上なら鍋を２つ用意してくれるので、野菜用と豚肉用に分けたらアクに邪魔されず美味く食べれると思います。タレはゴマとポン酢。その他にも琉球料理もあるので、とても朝食とは思えないような楽しい食事ができます。翌日は寒さに負けてホテル棟の洋食にしました。来てよかった～！！ここも美味い！品数は多いとは言えませんが、丁寧に作られています。紅芋ポテト美味い。翌日も行きましたが、スープがミネストローネがクラムチャウダーに変わっていました。タコライスやベーグルサンドも作れます。トッピングも多いです。ここのスタッフとても気さくです。ホテル棟２階にデリがありました。残念ながら一度も利用しませんでしたが、とっても美味そうでした。次は食べます！BBQのブルーも最高です。娘の誕生祝いに使いましたが、線香花火付きの誕生日プレートを出してくれ大喜びしました。 ４月、５月とすでに予約しましたが、立地、価格、特に食事！最高なホテルを見つけました。

隣接のムーンビーチホテルと、ここパレスは恩納村の定宿にしてます。日程と価格を見比べて都度決めているのですが、コスパを考えると、パレスの方が良いと思います。最近高級ホテルが周辺に色々出現していますが、おしなべて価格が高すぎる感じがしますが、ここは価格に似合ったホテルだと思います。老舗ゆえに建物は老朽化してますが、清掃は行き届いていて、なによりも他のホテルとは比べ物にならない程のナチュラル感が有ります。館内のグリーンや、白い砂浜、立地の利便性、など全てが整ってます。食事に関しては可もなく不可もなく、ごく普通だと思います。周辺には飲食店が沢山あるし外食には困りません。高い価格のホテルに1泊するより、自分は同じ予算で2泊出来るこちらを選びます。

結婚記念日に５月に夫婦で滞在させていただきました。 以前から泊まってみたかったホテルでしたので、半年も前からプランを練って楽しみにしていました。 梅雨時期ではありましたが、幸い晴れ間もありビーチやプールでのんびりしたり、館内の施設を色々利用させていただきました。 記念日ということもあり奮発して今回クラブフロアに宿泊させていただきましたが大正解でした。 特典のクラブラウンジが最高だったのと、Eカードが付いているプランでしたのでビーチメニューやランチやエステでの特典も様々付いていて大満足でした。 レストランで結婚記念日のお祝いをしていただきそのおもてなしも大変感謝しています。 エグゼス宿泊者はかりゆしホテルの施設も利用できるのでそちらも利用させていただきました。大浴場やプールやランチなど利用させていただきました。 かりゆしで行われているイベントは毎日内容が変わり連泊でも飽きることなく（フラダンスとエイサー）を観に行きましたが、とても素晴らしく感動しました。 とにかく楽しさが盛りだくさんで時間が足りないぐらいでした。 また次回沖縄に行く機会があれば是非再訪したいです。 スタッフのみなさんとても感じがよく、安心して過ごすことができました。 素敵な時間をありがとうございました。 ホテル内がとてもいい香りでしたので、ホテルで使用している香りのアロマミストを購入していきました。 楽しかった記憶が優しい香りでよみがえり癒されています。
