Hotel Dengan Spa di Guangdong, China

Saya memilih hotel ini kerana Trip.com mengiklankan ia adalah hotel SPA tetapi kami bertanya kepada kaunter penerimaan tetamu dan dia berkata hotel ini tidak mempunyai SPA. Akhirnya pengurus berkata SPA dan bilik urutan bukanlah kemudahan hotel dan adalah hak milik orang lain. Hotel ini baru diubah suai tetapi tidak termasuk tangga dan bahagian lain yang mungkin anda tidak tahu. Pintu keselamatan sentiasa terbuka dan ia boleh diakses dengan mudah dari luar. Foto dilampirkan untuk rujukan anda, anda mungkin tahu keadaan sebenar. Gambar hotel adalah lukisan dan bukan gambar hotel yang sebenar. Sarapan percuma bermula dari 7:00 malam. Perkhidmatan penghantaran meminta anda mengambil masa pada waktu yang betul seperti 5:00, 6:00, 7:00.... Jika anda mempunyai penerbangan sebelum 10 pagi, maka mustahil untuk bersarapan. Hotel ini tidak disyorkan untuk pelancong antarabangsa.

Easy to check in. Wish the staff could speak better English for a international 5 star hotel brand. buffet breakfast was awesome with lots a variety. Becuz the hotel is in a mixed used building, you have to change elevators which can be a hassle as there are only 2 elevators to the lobby. Walking distance to Zhumiao (Wong Fei Hong & Ip Man museums) Just outside lobby there is a 7-11 minimart. Pity the toilet doesn't have a bidet spray installed.

All are good in this hotel ! Reception were friendly and helpful especially the ladies who checked us in.. the setback is the swimming pool  was not open…we stayed in the executive room said to be the best with bf and initially wanting to charge us for the 7 years kid who is 10 cm. Above the max of 120 but waived it !

there is no convenient store in the hotel itself, need to walk to next door, and the gym facility also next door to pullman hotel, however shuttle bus to airport is good, it they display the eta timing of shuttle bus at airport will be best, instead of us blindly waiting at the bus stop. shower and wc is split space. but there is no hanger in the shower area for clothing, if check in with friends is not convenient. other than that, this hotel is clean, modern, mattress is super comfy!

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, excellent staff especially Peter who helped us to secure our late check out due to our flight time and also upgraded our room to river view, and it was indeed the highlight of my guangzhou trip.I agree with some viewers saying that river view is the best option when u book this hotel. I will definitely choose this hotel over and over again whenever I visit guangzhou.

Stayed at Family room 8306 on 17 to 24 April 2026 Positive Hotel room. Nice clean and spacious room. Toilet are relatively clean and we especially loved the foot sensor flushing for its convenience and novelty. The overhead shower water pressure is great after a long day of walking and shopping. The bed and pillows are comfortable for a restful sleep. Hotel. Taobao enabled hotel. Order stuff and have them sent to the hotel for pickup. Food delivery enabled. There is a laundry room on the 5th floor for guests. There are daily fresh water bottles stocked up next to a lift for guests usage. The front counter also provided a coffee-tea biscuit station for guests waiting at the lobby. I can't get enough of the biscuits. There is a pot of light stuff available in the evening for a quick bite. The counter staff are attentive and will walk around serving tea to guests waiting in the lobby which is a nice touch. They are very responsive and will make great efforts to attend to our inquiries. Great location. Less than 5 minutes walk away out of the hotel front door both left and right direction are good for foodies. Both directions lead to long streets of local food and amenities. Breakfast. Breakfast, filling and decent enough if you are not picky. Anyway it's free. We usually slept until very late and ate out at Dian dou de (Didi there) or local food around the hotel. Transport. There is a metro station just about 10 minutes walk away but didn't get to ride it because it's more convenient to grab a Didi right at the hotel front lobby. The hotel location is just under half an hour ride to Shangxiajiu and Beijing road. We also took a 30 minute didi (8.00am) to Baiyun shan for a day trip. It took about 5 hours to explore it. Negative Didi. The hotel is not located right on the main road. There are roadwork during our first 3 days there and the side road entrance to the hotel are blocked. We have to grab our Didi at the main road instead of the hotel lobby Luggage rack. The hotel room really needs a big luggage table or rack for guests with multiple big luggage. The tiny rack currently available is not enough to use. This is a Big Big Problem. .. Big Problem. Must rectify immediately. Room wifi. The room wifi is not available for use during our entire stay. Totally unable to get any connections at all. This is a minor annoyance. Room keeping. The beds are not made up everyday. Although we don't really mind. It will be nice to come back to a tidy bed. On 2 separate nights we need to personally take towels for my daughter and tissue pack from the house keeping cart because our room is not supplied correctly..

Service was excellent, and concierge was helpful with my parcels. The rooms were not very soundproof and on my last night, the room next door was noisy. But despite that, the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. There were 2 types of pillows for you to choose from. We enjoyed interacting with the in-room AI assistant Xiao Du to ask about the weather and traffic for the day, and to turn off the lights for us at night. Location is also accessible, walking distance to Beijing Road and Yuexiu Park. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel. I would especially like to commend Linda from the executive floor front desk on the 18th floor. She was extremely professional, warm, and attentive. She kindly upgraded our room to a duplex family suite, which was spacious and perfect for traveling with children. In addition, she arranged a late check-out for us, making our stay even more relaxed and comfortable. Her thoughtful service truly made our experience exceptional and reflects the high standards of the hotel. Many thanks to Linda for her outstanding hospitality. we will definitely choose to stay here again!
