Hotel Dengan Spa di Guangdong, China

BeiBei took care of us during the check-in process. She was attentive and upgraded our room from a city view to a larger one with a scenic lake view. We asked about dining options nearby and she was enthusiastic and helpful, gave many recommendations to help us. The amenities were excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed using the facilities.

I used to stay in Crowne Plaza Jiangmen last year and it was very good. Unfortunately last week was very disappointed. I was very surprised by the quality of the food. No more buffet dinner with western or Chinese food. Just a small hot pot. For the breakfast no western food accommodations. I had the feeling to stay in a local low standard hotel. On the top of that the air conditioning was interrupted in the middle of the night. And I realized in the early morning about 5am that they stop the air conditioning in all the hotel!? While it is now the summer time in south China.

Hotel’s location was fantastic. There was couple of suggestion that we had which was passed on to the team. We met Asad, who was always helping us with all the requests that we had. Asad went out of his way to sort out things that we needed from arranging hair dresser to finding soda water in the buffet breakfast restaurant. They could improve on lighting especially in the elevators and on the bathroom mirrors as my wife really struggled. There was no Vanity mirror with LED light.

I have been staying at the White Swan Hotel for around 27 years now, and it continues to be a place I truly enjoy returning to. The riverside location is still outstanding, and the views over the Pearl River are simply beautiful. The overall layout and atmosphere of the hotel remain very pleasant and well thought out. The rooms may not be ultra-modern, but they are well maintained, comfortable, and perfectly adequate for a relaxing stay. What really stands out, however, is the staff – without exception, they are extremely friendly, attentive, and professional, which makes a real difference. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area, with a good selection of restaurants nearby for both daytime and evening dining. Beijing Road is also not too far away, which is very convenient. Even though I had not visited for several years, I was genuinely very satisfied with my recent stay. Of course, there is a certain sense of nostalgia for me personally, but that aside, this is simply a very good hotel. I can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone spending a few days in Guangzhou. Sitting by the river is a real pleasure, the team is excellent, and the breakfast is generous and of high quality – nothing to complain about at all. We also very much enjoyed the afternoon tea. With several good restaurants within the hotel itself, everything is taken care of. All in all, a top experience.

I chose this hotel because Trip.com advertises its a SPA hotel but we asked the front desk and she said this hotel has no SPA.  Finally the manager said the SPA and massage room are not Hotel facilities and are others' property. This hotel is new furbished but not include the stairs and other you may not know portion. The security doors are always open and it can easily access from outside. Attached photos for your reference, you may know the real situation. The hotel pictures are painting and not the really hotel photos. The free breakfast starts from 7:00PM. The drop service request you to take at the right clock such as 5:00, 6:00, 7:00.... If you have flight before 10AM, then it is impossible to have a breakfast. This hotel is not recommended for the international travellers.

Pertama, semasa daftar masuk, saya telah menempah Bilik Premier Berkembar dan dalam catatan tempahan, saya ada meminta 'Sebagai blogger fotografi, sila sediakan bilik dengan pemandangan yang indah.' Namun, penyambut tetamu wanita itu dengan riak wajah yang agak angkuh memberitahu bahawa semua bilik berkembar menghadap arah yang sama. Kira-kira pukul 1:30 pagi, tiba-tiba ada orang mengetuk pintu bilik. Saya dan rakan perempuan saya, berdua, berasa sangat takut. Kami memberanikan diri mengintai melalui lubang intai dan rupa-rupanya seorang kakitangan hotel tersilap mengetuk pintu bilik kami. Semasa daftar keluar pula, saya perlu mendapatkan balik deposit. Seorang gadis muda berkaca mata di kaunter daftar keluar menunjukkan sikap yang seolah-olah tidak terlatih. Dia meminta saya menandatangani *sama persis* seperti tandatangan saya semasa daftar masuk. Apabila saya menjelaskan bahawa saya tidak mungkin dapat menulis tandatangan yang *serupa* sebiji, dia hanya merenung mata saya tanpa berkata apa-apa. Saya sungguh tak sangka ini adalah tahap perkhidmatan di Sofitel! Malah di hotel-hotel lain dalam negara ini pun, perkhidmatan sebegini akan mengejutkan saya! Satu-satunya kakitangan yang memberikan perkhidmatan cemerlang adalah mereka yang bertugas di kaunter penyimpanan bagasi.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made me feel very welcome. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and nearby attractions. Facilities were in good condition and added extra comfort to the stay. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and a pleasant atmosphere. I would definitely choose to stay here again and recommend it to others.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Foshan Marriott Hotel. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotless. The highlight was definitely the balcony — it offered a stunning view, perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee or watching the sunset in the evening. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail in the room made it feel luxurious yet cozy. Everything from the lighting to the bathroom amenities was top-notch. The service throughout my stay was excellent as well. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. I truly appreciated how they made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Overall, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. I can’t wait to return!
