My reservation was for a super lake view room. However, I was assigned a room on the third floor facing the lake but with blocked views. Had to change room as a result. Staff at front desk explained that because the fourth floor room was not available until an hour later. We had no problem with this. Eventually we got a room with fantastic view of the lake. Have to say that the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a convenient location. It is right at the side of the lake and with many eateries within walking distance. We had wanted to have breakfast on the ground floor restaurant, but it was so packed with people and so noisy that we decided to go somewhere else. This is the only drawback.

Our stay at the New World Hotel Qingyuan truly exceeded expectations, and Concierge Rosie's thoughtful service elevated the entire experience—she deserves a special shout-out! The hotel's breakfast spread was incredibly diverse, offering everything from Cantonese dim sum, freshly made noodles, and Western dishes to fresh juices and aromatic coffee. The outdoor dining area, surrounded by lush greenery with sunlight streaming in, was particularly delightful. The hotel grounds themselves are stunning; opening the window reveals a sea of green, with flagstone paths winding through flowerbeds and lawns. In the evening, the sunset combined with the pink and purple flowering trees created picturesque, soothing scenes perfect for photos. Facilities like the hot springs, swimming pool, and mini-golf were all excellent, catering to both relaxation and active fun. However, Rosie, our concierge, was the real highlight! From pre-arrival communication to guiding us upon arrival and responding to our various needs throughout our stay, her service was consistently swift and attentive. She proactively recommended local activities, helped coordinate meal times, and even noticed our preference for a quiet corner, specially arranging a suitable table. Her attention to detail was truly touching. We were completely charmed by both the hotel's environment and Rosie's service. The value for money is outstanding. I've already recommended it to friends, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit!

I liked it, BUT... First the good: They brought me a heater when the robe wasn't enough. All of the staff is so very kind and attentive. All speak excellent or job appropriate English. It is a great place for these two reasons. But there is more good news. They're connected by a hallway to Luckin and 7/11 which make a nice comfort with inclement weather or when yr in a rush. The pillow menu lavendar pillow has no smell but the herbal Chinese Chrysanthemum is perfect olfactory and texture. There are extra blankets and pillows. Why it was my first and last: Wait til yr downstairs to call your car service. Floors 3-35 are for apartment residents, except for 7 which is the gym, spa, cafes. Ride to 36, change elevators to go to floors 36-50 hotel rooms. It's not that clean. Everything is kinda dusty. Everywhere, random hair which was gross to me: hand soap pump, the tub, breakfast ewww. The wood panel walls have never met Murphys Oil Soap and they look like the years they've been there. Also if yr allergic, be forewarned the French toast has peanut butter in it. I wanted to go to the sauna and steam room but the things I saw in the room made me think I shouldn't. They can and should do better. The people who work there are lovely and it is a decent building but I wouldn't stay again because I need more cleanliness.

Even evening outings were stress-free, which was a huge plus for families traveling with children. The room design clearly prioritized the guest experience. The layout was well-planned, and the cleanliness was consistently good. The mattress had just the right firmness, and the high-quality bedding felt comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The TV signal was stable and clear, with a good variety of channels. The bathroom towels were fluffy and soft, and replaced promptly every day. What truly stood out were the thoughtful amenities provided for children, from adorable small bathrobes to protective corner guards, showcasing meticulous care for families. Hotel facilities were comprehensive. The indoor heated pool had crystal-clear water, and the changing rooms were clean and orderly. The Water World offered fun play areas suitable for various age groups, while the gym was well-equipped to meet daily fitness needs. The meticulously maintained dolphin pool and flamingo exhibit were daily highlights for the children. The dining experience was consistently excellent. The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of choices, including authentic and delicious Cantonese dim sum, as well as refined dishes tailored for children's tastes. Ingredients were fresh, and replenishment was timely. The staff provided professional and attentive service; front desk check-in was efficient and orderly, concierge staff proactively assisted with luggage, and room service was prompt and thorough. Other details were equally impressive: the guest room corridors were spacious and well-lit, the parking lot was well-managed and equipped with charging stations, the express checkout system was simple to use, the back garden offered a tranquil and elegant environment, and nearby amenities were convenient and comprehensive. Overall, Hengqin Bay Hotel maintains an admirable standard in both hardware maintenance and service quality, balancing comfortable experiences with practical convenience. It is indeed an ideal choice for a family vacation.

Had a wonderful stay, room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The concierge was very accommodating when I asked to check in at 7am. The hotel is centrally located, right next to a metro stop and there’s plenty of food and shopping options nearby. Would recommend!

I've stayed at this hotel many times before, and I'm always pleasantly surprised and satisfied with everything from the design and amenities to the service! 🎊 I usually come for business trips, looking at furniture and working, but this time I brought my child, and they actually had a crocodile 🐊 themed parent-child design – how thoughtful! My child was so surprised and happy. It feels like my family and I had a wonderful vacation this time. 🥰🥰 Special thanks to Front Office Manager Phoenix and her team 🥳, as well as the housekeeping team for arranging such a wonderful surprise service for us. My child was incredibly happy, and so were we! 😃

I absolutely loved the White Swan Hotel. **Room:** I booked a river-view king room. The traditional layout made the room feel very spacious and bright, and it was actually very practical – much more functional than rooms in many trendy new hotels. The lighting modes were well-thought-out, suitable for both studying and relaxing. There was even a vanity table next to the washbasin for ladies. The room had a Washlet, but no coffee machine. Honestly, many hotel capsule coffee machines aren't cleaned properly, so I rarely use them anyway. Having instant coffee that you can brew yourself, along with a small snack, is much more hygienic and convenient. **Restaurants:** This time, I tried dim sum at Hongtu Mansion and dinner at Jade Garden. The dim sum at Hongtu Mansion was truly impressive. The three of us ordered 12 dishes, and while the server said it was too much, we only ended up removing one because we wanted to try everything! The egg tarts, sachima, shrimp dumplings, crab roe xiaolongbao, coconut buns, phoenix claws (chicken feet), chee cheong fun, abalone tarts, and congee with egg and beef were all excellent. Especially the sachima with almond kernels – it had a pure eggy aroma, was fluffy, soft, and not sticky or overly sweet. It was fantastic. Dinner at Jade Garden was also very enjoyable, listening to guzheng music while admiring the carp in the lotus pond, slowly sipping tea and eating. We ordered the chef's recommended 2-head prawns, green-head duck, and lamb shank. The cashew cream soup and red bean paste pancake for dessert were also incredibly authentic; the pancake's egg skin was chewy, smooth, and delicious. We didn't order the famous poached chicken this time because we'd been eating it for several days straight elsewhere, but I'm sure it's also very good. **Service:** As soon as we got out of the car, the concierge was there to help with our luggage. Daily cleaning and turn-down service were prompt. Room service was incredibly efficient and fast; we'd receive our items about ten minutes after calling, which was excellent. The most thoughtful and surprising gesture was the hotel proactively noticing that our child had passed their birthday and sending chocolates and cookies. But what truly touched us was the handwritten card with a hand-drawn picture from the staff – the drawing was cute and vibrant, and the writing was eloquent. We will definitely cherish this heartfelt gift! Overall, the White Swan Hotel lives up to its reputation. Both the hardware and software met our expectations. Perhaps some areas are a bit dated, but if they gradually update and maintain it well in the future, it will be even more stunning while retaining its historical charm. I will definitely come back again and recommend it to my friends and family. Thank you, White Swan Hotel, for giving us such a wonderful travel memory.

First time staying at Hilton GZ Tianhe & I booked the executive room for ease of check-in & out. We had an amazing time at the hotel, thanks to the great hospitality extended by the hotel staff, with special shout out to Ms 曾好。 She was incredibly friendly and she gave us great suggestions on where to dine in GZ (where locals go to, instead of the usual tourist dining spots). We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. As it was our silver wedding anniversary, the hotel also provided a nice gesture by getting the room decorated with a small cake upon our check in. Much appreciated. All in all, Hilton GZ Tianhe's top floor executive lounge & ground floor bar was enjoyable, the mattress is of excellent sleep quality, the gym was clean and functional and the breakfast served offered a variety of local and continental spread. No qualms recommending this hotel to others!

Luxurious as expected. The lobby was decked in Christmas cheer and I'm impressed they even have a mini carousel in the lobby for young guests. Location is good, within 5 mins walking distance to Futian Railway Exit 10 (where you can catch a train to Hong Kong), 10 mins walking distance to Futian Exhibition Centre and a metro station on a few lines and surrounded by malls including LinkCity which has many food and shopping options. The room is spacious and clean, well-maintained but dated. Wide selection of amenities including pillow options and I love that I can requests for these through their mini prog in WeChat. Bed is a little soft for my liking. Service is tip tops from the concierge to front desk to housekeeping to Lobby Lounge. Certainly my choice of hotel when I next return to Shenzhen.

Shenzhen is never short of top-tier hotels, providing excellent options for celebrating special occasions. As a local living in Futian District, I've experienced several notable hotels, including the Raffles in Nanshan, InterContinental in Dameisha, and Hilton, Sheraton, and Shangri-La in Futian. This time, for my husband's 70th birthday, we chose to stay at The St. Regis Shenzhen in Luohu for two nights. The hotel is located within the KK100 building, offering seamless access to Metro Lines 1 and 2 and KK MALL, making transportation incredibly convenient. Our stay was absolutely fantastic and exceeded all expectations. The hotel's environment, facilities, service, and cleanliness were all impeccable. The room was excellent value, spacious, bright, exquisitely clean, and equipped with high-end amenities. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The walk-in closet was a great feature. The bathroom was very large with a separate wet and dry area, and the double vanity is a true hallmark of a high-end five-star hotel. Housekeeping and turn-down service were meticulous and thoughtful. We also received welcome fruit. The hotel's service sets a benchmark; it's attentive to detail, comprehensive, and very personable. The staff at the concierge desk on the first floor and those at check-in on the 96th floor were all proactively polite, warm, and welcoming, leaving an excellent first impression. Both the male and female staff were attractive, highly professional, and spoke fluent English. A special shout-out to our room butler, JAY CHEN. He was handsome, polite, and incredibly nice. He proactively brought our luggage to the room, thoroughly explained the room facilities, and described the view from the window. He immediately brought the coffee and welcome fruit we requested. Upon learning it was my husband's birthday the next day, he promptly arranged and personally delivered a beautiful birthday cake on the actual day – a truly surprising, stunning, and touching gesture! Many thanks again to Butler JAY CHEN! The buffet breakfast and lunch on the 95th floor were both superb. For lunch, we were served hairy crab and typhoon shelter prawns at our table, which was absolutely amazing! Excellent value for money! The chefs in the restaurant were skilled and very polite, offering proactive service. The dishes were unique and tasted delicious. All the servers were courteous, swiftly clearing plates and tidying tables with keen eyes and quick hands. They were responsive to all requests and provided timely service. Whenever we encountered staff or management near or inside the elevators, they would proactively hold the door and assist with scanning cards and pressing floor numbers, which was a very heartwarming touch. We also received a small gift upon check-out. These small details show genuine warmth and make all the difference. Because we were so satisfied, we loved it. We will definitely be frequenting the buffet here and will choose this hotel first for future special occasions. I wholeheartedly recommend The St. Regis Shenzhen!
