We had a wonderful stay at PGM! The staff were incredibly nice, professional, and always eager to help. While the breakfast buffet didn't have a massive selection, every single dish was beautifully prepared, high quality, and absolutely yummy. The entire environment is so relaxing, making it the perfect getaway. We also loved both the indoor and outdoor pools—they are clean, modern, very comfortable, and paired with excellent facilities. Highly recommended!

The service is flawless—attentive, warm, and genuinely thoughtful without ever feeling intrusive. The rooms are extremely comfortable, beautifully designed, and perfectly suited for a slow, restorative stay. The surrounding nature is stunning, and the resort feels well integrated into its landscape, which adds a lot to the overall experience. We stayed in December, and despite it being winter, the atmosphere was still incredibly pleasant and charming. The main pool does not operate in winter, but honestly, it doesn’t feel like a drawback at all—there is so much more to the property than the pool. Breakfast deserves a special mention: it is excellent, with high-quality ingredients and great variety. I highly recommend trying breakfast in different restaurants during your stay, as each offers a slightly different experience. Overall, Halekulani Okinawa is a refined, serene, and beautifully executed resort. A perfect choice for those who value comfort, service, and atmosphere over loud entertainment—even in the winter season.

優點：廚房廚具設備充足，我們在超市自己買肉回去煮。還有大屏幕可以投屏觀看。房間很大，衛生環境乾淨。 缺點：沒有步行距離可達的連鎖便利店。大型超市亦要行車距離約15分鐘。早上10點要check out。

這是間寵物友善民宿，民宿主人很樂情跟友善，還有可愛又愛撒嬌的貓咪迎接，附近飲食選擇很多，對於開車族會比較友善，因爲位置屬於比較寧靜的地方，走路到大街需要走一小段路，每日早餐簡單又好吃，每天有些許變化，還不錯 推

Pada hari lahirnya, saya menggunakannya tahun lalu dan tahun ini. Pemandangan, bilik, kakitangan dan perkhidmatannya sangat bagus. Untuk makan tengah hari, saya makan tengah hari dengan bir peribadi hotel dan menghabiskan masa yang santai. Saya gembira dapat minum anggur merah pada waktu koktel tahun ini. Makan malam juga hebat. Perhatian kakitangan sangat baik. Saya mahu pergi lagi tahun depan.

今回で2度目の宿泊になります。 前回とても素晴らしい滞在だったため、またオリエンタルヒルズさんを選びました。今回も本当に素敵な時間を過ごすことができ、特にスタッフの皆さまのホスピタリティは相変わらず素晴らしかったです。パートナーもとても喜んでおり、心からリラックスできる幸せな時間となりました。 一点だけ気になったのは、バスルームでシャワーを使用した際、壁の四隅から黒いカビのようなものが床に流れてきたことです。沖縄の高温多湿な環境ではカビ対策が難しいことは理解しておりますが、せっかくの素敵なホテルですので、この点が改善されるとより快適に過ごせるのではないかと思いました。 総合的には今回も大満足の滞在でした。またぜひ宿泊させていただきたいと思います。素敵な時間をありがとうございました。

The location is easy to reach even without a car thanks to regular bus connections. The setting itself is stunning — the hotel is located on a separate peninsula, and the views are truly magnificent. Unfortunately, the hotel building feels very old and worn out. It is difficult to perceive it as a high-end place in its current condition. Because of this, the prices for additional services and restaurants also feel overpriced. Dust, dirt, worn furniture, and even mold significantly spoil the overall impression. At the same time, there are many positive aspects. Some areas are beautiful, the food is very tasty, and the staff are extremely polite, attentive, and caring. However, there was also an issue with canceling part of my stay. I submitted a cancellation request, but it was repeatedly declined. Although the manager confirmed by email that the cancellation should be possible, they claimed the request never reached their system. If the hotel undergoes a proper renovation, I would gladly return. For now, my feelings are very mixed — the natural beauty and great service contrast strongly with the poor condition of the property.

最高のホテル。スタッフの方がいつも笑顔でとても親切で安心して過ごせた。室内は清潔で広くて快適。お風呂とトイレが別で気持ちよく過ごせた。お風呂の給湯が上手くいかずお湯を溜められなかったのは残念だったがシャワーから溜めることができ、子ども達も気持ちよく入浴できた。シャワーヘッドがミラブルで嬉しかった。屋上でのBBQは美味しくて楽しかった。早朝チェックアウトの日は、朝食をテイクアウトできるように用意してくださり、とてもありがたかった。
