I was writing due to question when would the $179 be placed back on my card that was taken off of my card when they was trying to charge me for two bedrooms full price after my room accommodations was unavailable due to circumstances on y’all end. With no notice no explanation or anything. Then I spent a whole hour trying find other residents that could accommodate me and my family. But they was all booked on such short notice. She act as though she didn’t even want to try to contact a manager, who then agreed to give me two regular studio rooms for the price of my original room. Only to have to go back to the front desk three time due to keys not working to one of the rooms. Only to inform me that’s she knew she had problems with that particular room so did I mind moving to another room. Or to another floor once again. Let’s be mindful at this point my 4mth 1yr and 4yr old are crying hungry and diapers need to be changed and sleepy and it is going on a little after 7 and I arrived at 5 because I was told the room wouldn’t be ready until at least 4. And I have to keep dragging back and forth because at this point the rooms that was given couldn’t be assessed. I missed reservations due to time consuming situation on y’all end and no accommodation for almost 2 1/2 hours. On my birthday. Just ruined my birthday on my actual birthday. Some of my extra birthday money I had for spending also was ruined because extra money was spent trying to get a room because she then put it in a supposedly pending that I could no longer access. and reservation to eat canceled. Was extremely exhausted agitated and angry a complete wast of time. Extremely not satisfied and something needs to be done. I will push forward with speaking with higher management if I feel like I’m continually not being heard or sympathized.

To whom it may concern. I work with the Major Country Concert Headlining Joe Nichols that is coming to Swansboro on Friday August 9th 2024. I would advise anyone considering booking lodging here to take your business elsewhere. I met with the Director of Sales “Kelley Brown” to discuss lodging sponsorship for Joe Nichols and his Team. This is a very standard and routine way of securing lodging in the Entertainment Industry for all High Profile Individuals that tour. Ms. Kelley Brown immediately responded with a very condescending and snarky demeanor in regards to Joe Nichols when I informed her that the concert would have 5,000+ attendees. She very literally cut me off with a chuckle as if it were a joke and condescendingly informed me that she and the General Manager “Cassie Madison” had discussed the sponsorship offer and that Joe Nichols was not worth trading $2,000 worth of sponsorship for rooms. I was very confused with Ms. Kelley Brown’s tone and demeanor. I asked her why she was being sarcastic and rude about the Joe Nichols event. To which she slightly giggled and replied that she wasn’t. I then informed her that we would not be partnering with them for sponsorship for Joe Nichols or for any of the other Major Artists we will be bringing to Swansboro for concerts in the very near future. I have worked in the Music & Film Entertainment Industries for 15 years and have booked thousands of rooms for high profile entertainers. I have never once encountered the level of condescending unprofessionalism I encountered at this Hampton Location. I’ve never once had to post a bad review or complaint on any Hotel ever. Very clean and modern, it is the same standard if not slightly better than other more expensive hotels such as Quality Inns/Holiday Inns… the only bad thing is that I found a cockroach in the room on our 4th day and let it outside. Internet is unsecured, walls are kinda thin but not bad, and elevator wasn’t working when we were there but that will be fixed soon. Overall it’s a great place to stay for so cheap!!! Clean rooms, clean building, amazing staff.

Penginapan itu ok, kami sangat menikmati betapa dekatnya kami dengan pantai. Kami tidak bersarapan, ia sangat sesak. Saya tidak mahu mencubanya. Saya hanya mempunyai dua masalah, bukan masalah sebenarnya. Tetapi ia mungkin lebih baik. Apabila kami tiba, bilik kami belum siap. Ia sepatutnya siap pada pukul 4. Dan kami terpaksa menunggu, walaupun selepas menunggu, ia masih tidak bersedia. Jadi wanita meja depan meletakkan kami di bilik baru. Jadi tidak mengapa! Dan juga, saya terpaksa menyapu bilik air dan meminta tuala saya. Disebabkan covid, bilik tidak dapat dibersihkan. Dan apabila anda pergi ke pantai 2 hari berturut-turut, pasir dan barangan semuanya berada di dalam bilik mandi. Saya tidak keberatan sama sekali menyapunya sendiri. Tetapi ia sangat terhad kepada apa yang boleh dilakukan oleh penjaga rumah. Selain itu, ia tidak buruk. Ia tidak kuat, agak sesak. Tetapi tidak teruk. Saya akan tinggal lagi.
