Our stay at the Yunhe Hotel was the most memorable part of our trip to Xi'an. The hotel's facilities and service truly impressed our whole family. A key factor for our family travels is ensuring the kids have a great time and are comfortable, and they certainly were here! Plus, the hotel's location is super convenient; we could get almost anywhere within a 20-minute drive. If we ever come back to Xi'an, we'll definitely choose Yunhe again! Special thanks to the kind young man who left sweet soup for us every day, and to the gentle front desk staff, Yezhi, Li Zi, Qiutian, and everyone else. Thank you all for your wonderful hospitality; you've left us with a fantastic impression of Xi'an.

Very close to the subway and surprisingly quiet, with a cool retro decor. It was super convenient for getting around. You absolutely HAVE to try the rice noodles for breakfast! I ate them for three days straight, haha. They come with a stir-fried meat sauce that's incredibly delicious. The aunties and the front desk staff were all so thoughtful and accommodating. They helped with everything I asked for, even printing dozens of pages of my contract! **Double Indulgence Afternoon Tea Buffet**: Highly recommended, with fruits, pastries, and coffee.

The room was a bit cramped. Usually, when I book through Ctrip, hotels upgrade my room type. The water pressure from the faucet was good, but the sink was round instead of square, which made the faucet too close to the basin, so I kept bumping my hands on the edge when washing them. The tissues were of poor quality; they disintegrated and left bits everywhere in the box. The good points are that it's extremely close to the subway exit – you just step out and it's right there. There are also many chain restaurants nearby, and you can walk to the Muslim Quarter in about five minutes.

Love the location, stretch of streets food and night food cart. Many eateries in same building including metro station. Receptionist is very helpful and good service. Room is very cozy and comfortable. Very new and come with bidet and fridge. Only thing is current main entrance is under renovation and have to walk to back street to take lift. Price is super good as managed to grab the viucher at special price. Worth to stay. Will Come again to stay.

The hotel facilities are good and it's clean. The bed is really soft and comfortable. The cleanliness is quite satisfactory; there are no stains on the bedding, and the floors are clean. The hotel is conveniently located near Keji Road subway station, making transportation quite easy. They also offer complimentary afternoon tea with black tea and parking vouchers.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to get around, especially for food lovers. The room was clean and tidy, the large bed was very comfortable, and my child had a great time. The air conditioning and other room facilities worked perfectly. The front desk staff and housekeepers were all very warm and attentive, adapting their service to guests' needs. Deliveries were brought to the room by a smart robot, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, I highly recommend it. If I come to Xi'an again, I'll definitely choose to stay here.

The hotel staff were excellent! They contacted us in advance and managed to get both our rooms on the second floor, which had great views. The rooms were well-equipped with everything you need, including a mini-bar and a hairdryer. I was particularly impressed with how fast the kettle boiled. The service at this hotel was truly satisfying. The lady at the breakfast restaurant was also incredibly kind and helped my kids with their food. The breakfast quality was on par with a 5-star hotel; I even had three of their mini Roujiamo! Highly recommend this place!

The hotel service is excellent. From the moment you walk in, the staff, including the room attendants, greet you warmly, making you feel right at home. Aunt Xiao, from housekeeping, was like an elder in our family; she interacted with us warmly, and on our departure, she reminded us to take all our belongings and expressed her hope that we'd return. Her words were incredibly kind. Just for that familial warmth from Aunt Xiao, I'd recommend this hotel to all my friends. The hotel's location is perfect, right near Datang Everbright City and the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda. There are plenty of convenient dining options downstairs. The front desk staff are also very professional and friendly. I'll definitely be back – this was my third stay, and it gets better every time.

The hotel's location is fantastic; it's right next to the Bell Tower and there's a subway entrance downstairs, making transportation incredibly convenient. Our room didn't face the Bell Tower directly, but that was fine. The hotel is clean and tidy, and they even have self-service laundry. Although we only stayed one night and didn't get to enjoy the simple afternoon tea snacks, it really shows how thoughtful the hotel is.

Xi'an Tone Parc Hotel – I wasn't very familiar with the name, but I chose it because of its excellent location (right near the Bell Tower), and it turned out to be a delightful surprise! The facilities are great: the room was spacious, well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was far superior to what you'd find at Hampton Inn or Vienna Hotel. The management and staff are all young, incredibly warm, friendly, and always happy to answer questions. They're quick to resolve any issues customers might have. Our flight was canceled, forcing us to rebook, which affected the time for our airport transfer service. They patiently helped us contact the transfer department multiple times until everything was perfectly resolved. I'm truly grateful for their assistance!
