Hotel 5-Star di Tibet, China

We stayed at St Regis at the beginning and end of our Tibet trip, it feels like home! All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially the reception lady Irene Liu and the one served us at restaurant named Ruth! Both are extremely helpful and nice, highly recommend !

這次入住體驗非常棒！酒店位置優越，出行方便，周邊配套齊全。房間乾淨整潔、寬敞明亮，床品舒適，隔音效果好，睡得特別安穩。服務熱情周到，前台coco辦理入住高效快捷，態度友好有耐心，還給我們直接升級了套房耶，有被狠狠驚喜到。衞生做得很細緻，環境安靜雅緻，整體性價比超高，下次還會選擇這裏！

We recently stay at Lhasa Fanlian hotel. The room was so clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was well-stocked and functional. However, it was a bit small for twin sharing room. The butler was so friendly & helpful. He was very patient explaining the apparatus in the room & adjusted everything for us. I like the hotel architecture & amenities very much. They do provide hi-tea & supper for free, and the breakfast has a lot of variety & fruits were very fresh. I will highly recommend it to my friends & relatives if they come for holidays in Lhasa in near future.

We stayed at the Shangri-la after a week of being in Tibet. It was a nice change from the more Chinese style hotels we had stayed in and was ideal for the night before our flight out. The rooms are great and we booked one with a bath. The shower was very powerful and hot. The breakfast buffet was, by Chinese standards, decent for western options and the evening buffer was good for approx 200rmb/person if you're in need of more western options. The big plus for me was the gym. Decent by most hotel standards and had a good mix of resistance machines, cardio and free weights (mainly dumbbells of up to 20kg plus a pair of 27.5kg). The only thing missing from the gym really is a squat rack but otherwise very good. Would stay again.

The hotel is very beautiful and all modern. The staff is super kind and helpful. The breakfast is correct and good. There's a amazing terrace on top of the building with a view on the Potala Palace. The hotel is very well located, closer to the pedestrian area and the Potala area. I highly recommend it!

Wow, saya sangat kagum dengan Basongcuo Saya selalu menyukai mereka sejak saya memandu sendiri ke Hotel Songtsam di Meili Snow Mountain pada tahun 2013. Kali ini saya menginap di hotel yang baru dibuka walaupun ketinggiannya agak tinggi Semua kakitangan hotel yang terlatih, perkhidmatan yang terperinci adalah hebat selepas makan tengah hari dengan pemandangan, saya berjalan-jalan dari hotel ke jeti Terdapat banyak timbunan Mani di sepanjang jalan, tasik yang hijau - gunung bertutup di kejauhan, dan rumah-rumah ***a Tibet sangat tenang dan menyembuhkan. Selepas itu, hotel juga menyediakan minum petang percuma kembali ke bilik anda untuk berehat. boleh tahan!

There’s room for improvement for the check in service. I provide my personal id card for check in but the customer service requested me the booking number which I find it ridiculous. The hotel was booked under my name and they supposed could have checked my booking right away. The customer service replied that it was relatively troublesome if only id is provided. I am clueless as to the standard of customer service provided by this 5 stars hotel. The rest of my stay is pleasant.
