Luxurious hotel. Hood location. Quiet. Nice restaurants. Unfortunately certain blocks quite far from lobby (block 1). Main entrance is quite a walk from the road uphill. Make aure aide gates are open when u walk back after town walks.

It was such a pleasant stay! The entire hotel has beautiful interiors, the room was spotless, oxygen worked perfectly, and the view from the 8th floor was gorgeous. All of the staff were extremely helpful to me, a non-Chinese speaker with translation apps and did their best to make my stay comfortable. Will definitely recommend it to everyone who’s planning to visit Lhasa.

There’s room for improvement for the check in service. I provide my personal id card for check in but the customer service requested me the booking number which I find it ridiculous. The hotel was booked under my name and they supposed could have checked my booking right away. The customer service replied that it was relatively troublesome if only id is provided. I am clueless as to the standard of customer service provided by this 5 stars hotel. The rest of my stay is pleasant.

真心要好好寫一下，雖然酒店門頭不夠醒目，但是設施和服務絕對一流，尤其是服務，前台熱情服務周到。尤其是禮賓雅婷，還有一位藏族帥哥江措，服務無微不至，噓寒問暖，歡迎哈達，伴手禮，一樣不少。江措還特意為房間拿了氧氣分接頭。住了眾多帶管家的酒店，衹有在拉薩的這家酒店留下了深刻的印象，謝謝你們讓我更加提升了對西藏的好感。極力推薦。拉薩有眾多的網紅店，衝著這兩位管家也應該來這個酒店打卡。

酒店真的絕絕子，到酒店已經是八點左右，到了先給我準備了甜茶讓我坐在旁邊休息，酒店人員就已經辦好了入住，屋裡的空調與製氧都已經打開，桌上的銀耳粥温度剛剛好，整體設施很完善，沐浴露很好聞，整體很乾凈，燒水壺燒水也很快，服務也很好，就是電視太差了，可以升級一下，早飯真的很好吃，特別是米線，吃了兩碗，雞肉腸好評，很多都是少數民族可以吃的牛肉和雞肉，這個很加分，炒藏麪很好吃，酸奶也很不錯，但是小料一點一般般，蜂蜜有一點點膩，但是整體很棒，而且一開始先給我倒了一杯茶，然後我要了熱牛奶，還為我準備了熱咖啡，很貼心，第二天早上趕飛機七點就出發，詢問酒店能不能準備早飯，很貼心的準備了麪包，水還有牛奶，住酒店送的下午茶和晚間酒二選一，選了酒，因為下午比較忙碌沒去下午茶，但是酒真的很驚艷，很好喝，看圖就行，送的是金湯力，橙色的是血與沙，帶黃瓜的是莫斯科騾子，紅酒是桑格利亞，我的順序是這個，然後血與沙和桑格利亞很好喝（桑格利亞建議最後一杯喝），我還留下了一罐沒有用的氧氣瓶留給你們

前台小姐姐服務特別好，笑起來眼睛彎彎的，一見面就把哈達輕輕搭在我肩上，嘴裏説著‘扎西德勒’。她還倒了一杯雪菊遞給我，説‘這是緩解高反，前台是藏式風格，每個細節都透着藏地的質樸和用心。
服務好得沒話説：她看我一個人，主動幫我把行李送到房間，還蹲下來教我怎麼用加濕器和供氧面板。聽説我想去扎基寺，她不僅告訴我怎麼坐公交。退房那天我起得早，她居然幫我準備了路早裝在布袋裡遞給我，説‘路上別餓着’。這種像姐姐一樣的照顧，真的讓人想哭。
性價比真心高：説實話，拉薩好一點的酒店都不便宜，但這家的價格真的很友好。房間寬敞乾淨，晚上供氧開着，一點都沒高反。早餐居然有面、糌粑子、酥油茶，吃得飽飽的再出門，連午飯都能省一頓。酒店門口就有公交站，打車去布達拉宮也就起步價，交通省下來的錢夠買一堆小紀念品了。
這次住下來，覺得錢花得特別值。不是因為便宜，而是因為那份像回家一樣的温暖。下次來拉薩，還住這兒！🙏

酒店很新很寬敞，辦入住的幾個前台小妹服務很好，熱情，有求必應，還提前上房間幫忙把氧氣打開，給講解了氧氣面板怎麼使用，還配備了吸氧管，酒店還有餐廳可以點餐，很方便適合我這個懶人，味道也不錯，在這裏這個箱子都是房間裏就可以看到對面的雪山，真的美美的睡了一覺，早上起來還看到了日照金山，下次來的話還住這裏😁

GGuest UserMy long-awaited trip to Tibet finally began, and I decisively chose The St. Regis Lhasa. The room was spacious, amenities were complete, and the location was convenient, close to all the main attractions. They even have a medical room, and their homemade altitude sickness medicine is quite effective, supposedly with no side effects. Thanks to this medicine, I was able to continue my journey to Ngari. The breakfast was also very generous and varied over my three-day stay, not the same every day. There were also some à la carte options; I enjoyed congee with abalone slices, which was comforting. Furthermore, in an altitude-prone area, the staff's attitude is a big plus. I especially want to commend our butler, Riri. As I was experiencing a bit of altitude sickness, I bothered her quite a bit, but the thoughtful Riri patiently helped me out. I'll definitely choose The St. Regis again next time I'm in Lhasa.

Rooms feature a 24-hour oxygen supply, with quiet wall-mounted diffusers or nasal cannulas available, and the system is virtually silent. The rooms themselves are clean, featuring smart toilets and automatic curtains. There's a self-service laundry room equipped with dryers. The hotel has a large parking lot and its location is convenient for transportation. Additionally, there's a viewing deck with a great view of the Potala Palace. Our butler, Zaxi, was outstanding, incredibly thoughtful, and responsive to our every need. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

GGuest UserMy stay at the Shangri-La Hotel in Lhasa was absolutely impeccable from start to finish. Every detail, from the airport pickup to daily living, dining, and transportation, showcased professionalism and warmth. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lhasa!
The airport pickup service was punctual and attentive. The driver was calm and professional, ensuring a smooth and comfortable journey. Throughout our trip, the hotel arranged a dedicated driver to take us to Jokhang Temple and Potala Palace. The routes were well-planned, the driving was steady, and he waited patiently, allowing us to easily visit these sacred sites without any worries.
I must give special praise to our butler, Zhixi. His service was incredibly meticulous and he anticipated our every need. From guiding us during check-in and offering itinerary suggestions to providing tips for high altitude, he followed up attentively throughout, always responsive to our requests. He handled every small detail with such care and thoughtfulness, making us feel completely at ease.
The dining experience at the restaurant was excellent. The dishes were varied, delicious, and of high quality. A special thanks to Dekyi Wangmo for her exceptional care. Her service was warm and attentive; she proactively anticipated our needs, from taking orders to refilling tea and providing thoughtful details. The dining atmosphere was cozy and pleasant, and we enjoyed every meal thoroughly. This was especially helpful for us who experienced some altitude sickness.
Standard hotel services were also top-notch. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were humble, courteous, and responded quickly. Whether it was helping with facilities, addressing requests, or providing temporary assistance, they were efficient and warm, truly making us feel at home.
From airport transfers and butler service to restaurant care, the Shangri-La Hotel's exceptional dedication protected our entire journey, making our high-altitude trip warm and smooth.

GGuest UserWe called ahead to let the hotel know it was our 5th wedding anniversary and hoped they could decorate the room for us. We were so pleasantly surprised when we entered – red bedding and swans folded from towels really showed the hotel's thoughtfulness. Manager Kuang even gave us a tour of the hotel garden, where we met a cute golden retriever named Zhouzhou! I wasn't dressed appropriately to pet dogs, otherwise I definitely would have played with her. We heard they're planning to build a pet park and organize some parent-child activities soon, which sounds amazing. We hope to see it on our next visit.
Special thanks to Aunt Bian Zhen from housekeeping, Manager Kuang from the front desk, and Pubu Zhaxi from security who helped us with our luggage and parking. These three were truly warm, enthusiastic, and responsible. Experiencing such excellent service in the highlands was even better than the St. Regis in Lhasa! Oh, and Miss Baima from the Liao Bar was also very lovely! We had an unforgettable anniversary.

GGoutuidenaoziThe hotel has a very stylish ambiance and looks genuinely new, with a pleasant fragrance. The room facilities are comprehensive, and the oxygen supply is excellent. Every evening, we received complimentary drinks and fruit, and the breakfast was quite good. We also tried the special wellness therapies, which were very relaxing and worth experiencing. Overall, it was a great stay. The complimentary hat in the room was perfect for travel photos, and they even stored our ordered cake in the fridge. The only minor issue was that the therapy clothes provided in the room included a ridiculously small size for the bottom, which I couldn't wear at all, haha.

The food is delicious, amazing breakfast buffet with very high quality items and the restaurant food was succulent.
Also. When staying at Songtsam, make sure to have a massage at their spa. The Spa lady Tenzin phuti is so knowledgeable and will give you a massage like you never had before. A must do at the hotel.
Big thank you to Sonam, English speaking lady who took good care of me and her English was brilliant.
Overall, Songtsam is an amazing hotel and you won’t regret staying there!

My room was also upgraded to an executive one, which was spacious and well-equipped with amenities, including free oxygen supply. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and varied. BBingge77This hotel deserves all the praise! The moment we stepped into the parking lot, we were greeted by that signature scent of a five-star hotel. As soon as we entered, the authentic ******* decor immediately immersed us in a wonderful atmosphere.
The front desk staff were incredibly efficient with check-in, and they even upgraded our room for free! While we waited, we sipped on rhodiola tea and enjoyed a welcome dance – it was an amazing experience.
The room design was thoughtful, the amenities were high-end, and every little detail exuded quality.
This is the first hidden gem of a hotel that has made us fall in love with an entire city just because of our stay there!

I was pleasantly surprised to find that Lhasa Paradise InterContinental Hotel offers such exceptional butler service, which is just as professional as top luxury brands, if not more attentive and heartfelt.
Nancy treats guests like family. Every morning, I would wake up to her warm greetings and caring messages, making me feel instantly comforted. Whenever I encountered any issues during my trip, I naturally turned to her for help, and she always patiently solved every problem for me right away. Even for matters that were not part of the hotel’s standard services, she still listened carefully and provided great assistance.
This stay was absolutely perfect. I truly felt like I had a family member looking after me in Lhasa. I will definitely choose Lhasa Paradise InterContinental Hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it to all my friends.
