Excellent hotel, top notch service. The oxygen in the room is a life saver for me. Staff was super helpful with ticket bookings and trip planning. Highly recommended and hope to return soon.

It was such a pleasant stay! The entire hotel has beautiful interiors, the room was spotless, oxygen worked perfectly, and the view from the 8th floor was gorgeous. All of the staff were extremely helpful to me, a non-Chinese speaker with translation apps and did their best to make my stay comfortable. Will definitely recommend it to everyone who’s planning to visit Lhasa.

I had a really positive experience during my stay, thanks to the amazing service from Danny and Bowen at the front desk. They were incredibly helpful, professional, and patient — solving my issues quickly and making sure everything was taken care of. I stayed at this hotel from June 5-7 2026. The official check in time is listed at 2 pm. They did not give me access to my room until after 4 pm. Furthermore, laundry is listed as included service and they said their facility was not working and had to send it somewhere else. They charged me a hefty fee. I believe it’s a misnomer for this hotel to call themselves “international” This hotel really only caters to Chinese speaking populations, which is fine and the typical situation in Lhasa, but to be more accurate, the hotel shouldn’t make the claim “international.” That would typically imply better more comprehensive services for people outside of one population and nationality. This hotel is listed as 5 stars in Lhasa. I have traveled to many countries and stayed in many 5 star hotels. According to my experience, this hotel doesn’t measure up to a 5 star standard. Perhaps it did in the past. 5 star hotels typically have much better restaurants and dining options. The room was clean and I had a nice view.

Wow, saya sangat kagum dengan Basongcuo Saya selalu menyukai mereka sejak saya memandu sendiri ke Hotel Songtsam di Meili Snow Mountain pada tahun 2013. Kali ini saya menginap di hotel yang baru dibuka walaupun ketinggiannya agak tinggi Semua kakitangan hotel yang terlatih, perkhidmatan yang terperinci adalah hebat selepas makan tengah hari dengan pemandangan, saya berjalan-jalan dari hotel ke jeti Terdapat banyak timbunan Mani di sepanjang jalan, tasik yang hijau - gunung bertutup di kejauhan, dan rumah-rumah ***a Tibet sangat tenang dan menyembuhkan. Selepas itu, hotel juga menyediakan minum petang percuma kembali ke bilik anda untuk berehat. boleh tahan!

整體體驗遠超預期，酒店硬件設施完善，環境乾淨雅緻。服務周到細緻，前廳人員態度親和，全程體驗感極佳。早餐菜品豐富多樣，葷素、點心、飲品一應俱全，選擇很多，吃得十分滿意。從環境、服務到餐飲都挑不出毛病，住宿體驗很棒，真心推薦給大家。

There’s room for improvement for the check in service. I provide my personal id card for check in but the customer service requested me the booking number which I find it ridiculous. The hotel was booked under my name and they supposed could have checked my booking right away. The customer service replied that it was relatively troublesome if only id is provided. I am clueless as to the standard of customer service provided by this 5 stars hotel. The rest of my stay is pleasant.
