al wood lands hotel is very Clean, well maintained and conveniently located - overall good experience. The whole staff in this hotel is amazing. Always caring and ready to proactively help. All this with a lovely smile on their faces. Otherwise everything was good. 100% Recommended

Very bad experience with tulips resorts. Service and food quality was very poor at tulips valley view resorts. Expected good room with clean but provided 3bed room house😞😞. I mean our room was not reserved !!! There was no time to cancel and look for other hotels. Served food was terrible and worst than Street food. The room heater was not there by default and there were additional charges if needed. Shampoo and soap was in a bottle where it looked like hand wash lequid. Bed size was small.

The one day stay at Drizzle Inn turned into a nigh mare, had to put up due to late booking. The place looks charming by the view but the Rooms are congested with a bunker bed, old geyser which may burst any time. For Dinner one has to tell by morning else you will not get food. The order was messed up by the Manager and the Chef was a part time person who cooks well but refused well I got only three Chapattis in total. We had to make a verbal argument and he later managed by making two more of it. Next day break fast same story, no eggs as some one before came and consumed. The room boy in spite of showing soiled foot mats refused to change. The Manager gave some excuse and replaced. They agreed for two nights and later said not available. The place is not a good experience for families looked like a bachelor accommodation and low on maintenance and it can become bad with rains. The approach road is all broken and Cars have to be careful not to get stuck in the craters. There is no proper care by the Manager, his job is oriented towards collection and not to provide a good experience and service.

Good facilities. Free wifi. Complementary breakfast. Complementary tea/coffee in evening. Free drinking water in jug. Neat & tidy room. Nice view from the room. Nice TV with ***y channels. Swiggy & zomato delivery works.

Excellent Resort, away from the city rush. The rooms and Bathrooms are clean, Jaya ji at the reception was always helpful. Overall we had a 3 night pleasant stay, with a beautiful view.

It was a excellent stay... Food was very good and people are very courteous and made our stay more memorable......The rabbit and fish feeding was fun... The pony was cute and the spa was really rejuvenating We will plan another to Savoy soon...

Hotel location is good......Common areas are well maintained however the rooms are not as reflected in photograph on the website....Restaurant is not well ***aged although the staff is good but I feel there is a lot of scope for improvement. ...Buffet breakfast is good....Biryani taste was good....Food in general was good...Had to wait for more than 30 minutes for the hotel staff to transfer my luggage from room during checkout.....There was a lot of difference between the price as mentioned on trip.com and directly with hotel.....Trip.com was less for the same Privilege Suite....

Firstly, I was given a room in an extension block that seemed to have been built recently. It was modern but lacked the charm and character of a true heritage property. The main building, with its fireplace and historic ambience, was nowhere to be found. This was especially disappointing considering the premium price I paid, comparable to what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. The lack of attention to detail continued throughout my stay. When I checked in on a rainy day, I had to walk to the extension block without an umbrella despite the muddy road. The staff seemed unbothered by this inconvenience. Additionally, the room didn't have slippers, and the floor was cold, with no heating available (although they did provide a basic room heater when requested). To make matters worse, I had to call the front desk to confirm my room for the second day, which should have been done automatically as part of their standard procedure. This lack of efficiency only added to my frustration. The toiletries were also woefully inadequate, with only basic soap and shampoo provided. Power cuts were frequent, and I had to notify the front desk each time, which seemed like a hassle the hotel should have anticipated. The breakfast buffet was uninspiring and lacked flavour. To make matters worse, I had dinner at their restaurant, which was rated top in Ooty, but my experience was average at best. To add insult to injury, they got our order wrong, substituting Nasi Goreng (fried rice) with Mee Goreng (fried noodles). When I brought this to their attention, they made no effort to compensate for the mistake. In conclusion, Hotel King's Cliff fails to live up to its reputation as a heritage property or even a 2-star hotel. The overpricing and lack of attention to detail make it a poor choice for travellers seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Ooty.
