Hotel as per makemytrip web seen tobe good with 2 star. But actually it is a cheaper hotel very poor maintenance and bad house keeping. Lesser staff. No restorant room walls have fungus and no colouring since many years. Windows not getting locked, threth for security. Not a safe place to stay with family.

Please carry Geyser with you because they don’t have it also please carry towels toothbrushes body wash shampoo with because they don’t have it .the things they have it are window, doors, commode and yes thankfully TV .if possible please carry servants and chef

Stay at the property is too satisfying, the service they provide is excellent. Food is satisfactory. Overall experience is really good. I would recommend to visit this.

Location: the hotel is ideally situated in the main shopping area, although finding the exact spot might require asking for directions upon arrival. Maps indicate the location behind the hotel, which can be confusing, especially at night. However, the hotel receptionist was helpful in guiding us to find our way. Food: meals are provided on a prior order basis, although we didn't have the chance to try them. Room facilities: the room and bathroom were impeccably clean, though there was some noise from the bathroom door. However, upon request, the staff promptly provided hot water. Room price was quite affordable.

It was great to stay at hotel sapphire grand. And the hotel staff is also very nice & helpful. The hotel is a little inside but has a view.
