Good place .!! Comfortable stay .!! Enjoyed !!

Average stay. Definitely not worth the money. Dirty bathrooms and average food. Great staff.

Good- The hospitality and standards of taj were very well maintained. The garden area is beautiful. Breakfast was great!! Not so good - the 2 bedroom suite had just one bathroom and the suits are in the middle of reception. No privacy in that sense. The individual rooms are much better

Our trip has been made absolutely memorable thanks to a blissful stay at savoy. Food: is absolutely perfect, it may not have the largest breakfast spread but everything served tastes amazing (and it has quite a selection for every palate) Cannot emphasise how child friendly this place is, we even had special meals made for our baby (15 months), and my little one relished it. Service: it an absolute taj standard. The staff always greets you with a smile, they are knowledgeable, kind, and extremely helpful. Thanks to Arjun who helped us with our meal customisation and their talented chef! Ambiance: the place is a cosy little nook, each cottage is filled with warmth, the bed is absolutely perfect and the fire place adds to its rustic charm

Waah Taj. Always been excellent at serving and hospitality. Ooty Savoy Taj is a place where you can go anytime to have peaceful evening. My visit was attended by AADIL a brilliant person behind the bar counter. Polite, soft spoken and very good at his work. TANUSHREE served me the food again a very polite and humble person. It was a delight to spend my time there.

I have stayed here many times and it only gets better. Personalized treatment and wonderful staff makes the experience special. Love that it is pet friendly too. Definitely my go to place to stay in the area. Thank you for some great memories!

Excellent celebration trip for our parents milestone and a birthday. The warmth and personalized service was a standout as was the heritage character of the hotel . A true oasis within Ooty and felt like a home away from home. The housekeeping team and te service team took great care of all the arrangements. Everything was personally attended to by senior staff and all were very pleasant and approachable. The dining room is a very venerable venue with great local food and a competent team. The only feedback will be to introduce tasting and set / course wise menus to suit individual tastes and portions, especially a Thali style dining option.

Stay was very nice Thank you for such lovely memories... We really enjoyed the stay and gardens are amazing Colorful flowers and nice vintage ambience It was really like staying in a English cottage. Food was very good and we would love to come back to Savoy

Very comfortable room. Loved the fire been lit and hot water bottle service provided on colder nights. Loved the buildings and the bar. Restaurant was great for evening and buffet breakfast. Scrumptious Dosa's! What really made it a magical stay was the Staff, they were all fantastic at hosting us.

My experience at Savoy was nothing short of excellent. Adil at the Cantabury bar was really attentive and professional with the services. I loved the services and would love to visit Sovy again. I loved it. I would recommend my friends with to visit place as well.

It is not easy to maintain a heritage building but Savoy hotel,being nearly two hundred years old,manages it well.It is impressively decorated,clean and relaxing We stayed in one of the little villas ,effectively a small suite There is a wonderful cloistered area to walk around looking out on well manintained grounds that have a variety of subtropical or Mediterranean plants given the height above sea level There are some mild limitations ,we could not work our TV,the doorway into bedroom is not for overly tall people ( bend head to avoid injury) and thankfully a bathmat is provided to prevent slipping The hotel will provide a lit fire for an hour or two if they can be assured it is supervised—I am not sure that many people might manage this nowadays The bar menu is moderately extensive .The staff are unobtrusive 8n manner but welcoming in nature It is a very fine hotel and a great contrast to the excessive or unsustainable tourism to Ooty,which is overly busy ,noisy,etc

This was the second time I stayed at the Savoy! It's definitely my home in the hills!!! I simply love the old world charm of the property! Kartik at reception, the servers at the restaurant & the housekeeping staff, everyone goes out of their way to give you the best experience. Our Heartfelt thanx for making our stay memorable & so comfortable!! #Tajness
