The man on reception was welcoming and helpful from our arrival. Greeted us warmly whenever we walked in and out and answered any of our questions. The lady on reception great too as was the cleaner. We had pizza for dinner and best we’ve had particularly the 3 cheeses. Hotel was close to town and easy walk from anywhere. Highly recommend.

This hotel is in an older building, very central position, near the centre of Orange, the roman theatre, etc. . The room was a bit tired, but clean. A bit more furniture would have been welcome... Very helpful and friendly staff, and competitive price when we visited. Recommended!

We stayed just 1 night. Polite staff, decent sized room, clean, medium sized TV screen.. But a bit tricky getting into the hotel as it is off the small but busy street, no proper or safe drop-off point. Small lobby. Only 1 small elevator that may fit 2 with bags. Wifi in the room was weak. Shower on level with rest of the bathroom with just a shower curtain so that floor gets wet beyond the shower area, no surface to place dry clothes. Not much variety for breakfast.

Would never return! During checkin was told breakfast included, then charged at checkout for it. She tried to charge for three days breakfast when we only stayed two nights. Carpet in room was disgusting. Stains of various colours all over — yellow, brown, white, etc. We put out out sign to clean room after first night and reminded desk but it never happened. If you can’t find staff, look in the parking lot, you’ll reliably find them on a smoking break. Internet only worked in lobby, not in room. I could write more but it’s not worth my time.

We never told you breakfast was included. Your room was not cleaned the next day because you had put the sign on the side of "do not disturb". Great expérience! The service is very friendly & helpful. A short menu in the restaurant but good. Good buffet breakfast. We were in room 304 with window on the main road but the hotel is well insulated. Very high ceiling & plenty of room. Impeccably clean.

The hotel will not win any design contests but it gets top marks for location, between the Arc de Triomphe and the Roman Theater, the former fairly close. The hotel is functional, very unfussy. It did have coffee and tea making facilities, a bonus. The bathroom was large enough. I had three single beds in my room, a chair, a luggage rack and a writing desk. Wifi signal was quite good during the day but had to head down to reception in the evening. I did see staff react quickly [not ‘we will send somebody’] when someone had a room issue. This is the first place in years that has not had password protected wifi. Parking on site was free. The breakfast had a decent range of options for 12 euros.

Je me suis rendu dans cet hôtel pour mon travail . Ce n’est Pas terrible au niveau de l’état des lieux: vitres cassées, télécommande qui ne fonctionne pas. J’ai d’ailleurs entendu d’autres clients se plaindre. Cher pour le peu de qualité . je ne recommande pas.

Erg goed hotel, fijne atmosfeer, leuk gelegen in het centrum. Parkeren kan beveiligd en gratis maar er zijn maar 8 kleine plekken. De receptionist vroeg eerst 10 euro maar ik heb bij het uitchecken niets betaald en hij drong er verder ook niet aan. Later las ik op hun officiële website dat het ook gewoon gratis is. Dus ga niet in op een verzoek om te betalen.

Geboekt voor 2 nachten. Tussenstop op weg naar Spanje. Nette 3 pers. Kamer. Lieve mensen bij receptie. Parkeren kan in de buurt. (Wij zelfs achter hotel , 5 plekken) Makkelijk heen te rijden. Loopafstand van oude centrum. Leuk stadje als tussenstop.Het toeval wilde dat het amfitheater gesloten was ivm concert deep purple. Dit ook meegepikt. Prachtig. Na het concert in hotel werd nog maaltijd aangeboden. Ligging als tussenstop ideaal.

Excellent accueil. Personnel agréable et disponible. Établissement très propre. Petit déjeuner de qualité. Plateau de boissons chaudes bienvenu dans la chambre. Petit bémol, la literie un peu dure ... pour un dos un peu fatigué. Globalement hôtel très satisfant.

Chambre triple suffisamment grande, personnel très sympathique mention spéciale à Steeve accueillant, plein d’humour et chaleureux. Possibilités de stationnement à proximité. Restaurant et terrasse disponibles sur place. Proche du théâtre antique. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation

Je n'ai pas séjourné à l'hôtel mais j'ai eu l'occasion de m'arreter très récemment dans la partie restaurant. L'accueil a été très bien avec un gros plus pour la partie cuisine. Un menu peu cher avec de l originalité et une qualité des produits irréprochable. Je recommande ce lieu
