Hotel dengan Pengambilan dari hotel di Orange County

The problem I had was there was construction going on and I was awaken at 7:00am by the sound of hammers and pounding. This continued all day. So my sleep was interrupted. The Airconditioning went out in my unit rm 522 on the hottest day. It was 94 degrees outside, my room was 80 degrees and I had to move to rm 602. The breakfasts served were nothing like the advertisement pictures. No bacon only sausage patties. Waffles were good and other amenities. The rooms were nicely laid out and comfortable aside from the Airconditioning. Showers lacked bodywash and shampoo, but there were plenty of towels and the bathroom lighting was good. Overall it was ok because I could use the microwave and stove to cook my own meals. Housekeeping staff were on the job.

Hotel ini sangat dekat dengan lapangan terbang. Kira-kira 10 minit selepas panggilan, akan ada bas ulang-alik hotel untuk menjemput anda. Kecekapan agak tinggi. Saya sukakannya. Kadar penghunian hotel sangat tinggi pada hari itu, dan bilik itu tidak tersedia sehingga petang. Lelaki di meja depan memberi oolong semasa mendaftar masuk, dan dua tetamu berbeza sebenarnya mendapat kad kunci nombor bilik yang sama!

close to airport..The room is smaller than a normal Hampton Inn...decent pool area..Breakfast was ok..not much to it..we chose no house keeping..when we went to front desk for more wash cloths it seemed to be a problem ..its just ok..nothing extra or special..

I had the best customer service I have ever received in Orlando at this hotel. Judy at front desk was really pleasant and willing to help with whatever she could, including getting the bed cleaned and extra towels brought up by house keeping. Also Najia was very friendly in answering the questions I had at the time. Even the house keeper on Floor 2, July 8th took our dirty towels since we didn't have space to hang them. The room itself was enough, the microwave and fridge were all we needed at the time. I'm looking forward to coming again and staying at this hotel next time I am in Orlando!

The front desk receptionist was really nice checking us in! The outside could need some improvement! If I had to rate our room on a scale from 1 to 10. I would rate it a 6! They offer sack breakfast in the morning! So the overall State I will give it a 5.5

Very close to the airport. The 24/7 shuttle service was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfy.

Jennifer in the coffee/espresso shop at the hotel rescued me after flying all night from Spokane and still having to drive to to Sarasota with a perfectly made, to my specs, Breve Mocha. My thanks to her, she deserves whatever bonus this gets her on top of the gratuity I left. Ralph Davis Spokane

Untuk menangkap penerbangan keesokan harinya, ia sangat sunyi. Terdapat ketuhar gelombang mikro kecil yang dapat memanaskan bento. 24 jam ke pengangkutan ulang-alik lapangan terbang juga sangat mudah.
