Alla reception come detto in tutte le recensioni devi lasciare 100 euro di caparra e 8 euro al giorno a persona per le tasse...e anche se ho detto e fatto vedere che sul sito della prenotazione c'era scritto 1.70 a persona non gli è importato niente!! Quindi sarebbe il caso che il sito stesso aggiorni perché è una presa in giro!!! Ho dovuto aggiungere 32 euro alla mia prenotazione quindi non c'è stata tutta questa convenienza! L'hotel nel complesso si presenza bene e anche pulito ma le camere sono piccole davanzali e scaffali rotti non è proprio da 4 stelle!! La colazione molto scarsa non è compreso né caffè né tè né cappuccino ma solo latte freddo e succo ace! La cena se hai la pensione completa non è compresa neanche l' acqua il pasto non lo puoi scegliere o quello o quello il menù alla carta non è compreso nell pensione completa .assurdo!!! Poi in fondo non si mangia neanche male ma è veramente poco da rimanerci con la fame!! Mai vista una cosa del genere!!! La gentilezza ve la sognate!!

Stayed here for 3 nights to explore Tirana. The hotel is approx 23 mins from the main square so was a bit of a walk if you wanted to come back to the hotel after a day out and change for dinner. We had early dinners in the centre and came back in the evening to the hotel so did not cause us a problem. Both the rooms and the rest of the hotel was very clean. The bedrooms were more traditional whilst the bathrooms were very modern with a nice shower. The bar was quiet but nice, and there is a restaurant within the hotel but we did not try it out. Breakfast was very good, with fried eggs/omelette, sausage and bacon, bread and jams, great fruit and pastries, yoghurt etc. Eating a good breakfast meant that we did not stop for food during the day and had an early dinner. There was a problem with the hotel pickup but that affected a number of people as we arrived at Tirana airport just before the US Secretary of State. Just one of those things. Returning to the airport was fine which the hotel organised as well as printing boarding passes as mobile versions are not yet allowed at the airport. Really enjoyed our stay here and as long as you don’t mind the walk to the centre the hotel is great.

Although they gave me a different room typology from the one I have booked (which it was also at a different building) they were quick to change us to the right one. The hotel was a bit tricky to find (the taxi driver couldn't find it even with the address) but the room was cosy, good facilities, didn't like the spa much, but a good hotel to spend the night.

hotel is great located at the center of Tiarana. Around the heart center of the city. Easy to go alone to the city park and Parlza. Everything is good service, the reception is very helpful and kindly. Have a great breakfast and coffee lounge. Reasonable price for the trip. Room is clean and everyday have helper clean the room. Bed is supper comfortable. Will come again.

Good location and be easy to visit key point view , but hotel service is not good that take me disappointed. Might choose another one near the location if come here again .

Everything was nice from check in till checkout. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were specious. Breakfast was good. The park view from the room window was really nice

Lokasi hotel sangat baik, tetapi kemudahannya lama, bilik 24 meter persegi benar-benar sempit, sarapan pagi tidak layan diri, sikap layanan tidak disebutkan, sangat bagus, tetapi harga lebih dari seribu benar-benar terlalu buruk, persekitaran dan kemudahan hotel ekspres domestik adalah harga hotel yang terbaik
