Everything was awesome. All the employees were very friendly and kind. The place is very clean and organized. The breakfast was delicious. Also, the pillows are the flueffiest I have ever had at a hotel. The place and neighborhood is very nice and quiet.

房間乾淨，員工非常友好，早餐還不錯，早上有去環球影城的班車，不過走過去也就20幾分鐘。酒店提供的香皂有種洗不乾淨的感覺，每次洗完手都特別滑！我23年12月底入住的這段時間酒店兩個電梯衹剩下一個可用，等電梯的時間會比較長。

В целом отель неплохой, из плюсов: - большие комфортабельные номера оборудованные всем необходимым - удачное местоположение, в 7-10 минутах хотьбы большой супермаркет и аутлеты - быстрое заселение и выселение - ежедневная уборка Минусы: - довольно скудный завтрак, выбор очень ограничен - шатлы в парки регулярно отменяются и узнать об этом заранее невозможно, только по факту отсутствия шатла

We stayed here before our cruise. We flew in the day before and took the shuttle from the airport. We checked in early and Gabi at the front desk was wonderful. She got us checked in quickly and signed up for the airport shuttle for the next morning. Our room was nice and clean. The beds slept well. We could hear planes taking off and landing, but this is an airport hotel, so we expected that. We were happy to find out that there was a local area shuttle, which was super helpful as we had to make a Walgreens run. Gabi was very helpful in answering all of our crazy questions and had such a great attitude, we enjoyed talking to her. Breakfast was the usual Home2 variety, but rather than having to heat up the sandwiches in the microwave, they were in a heat box, which was a nice change. We enjoyed our brief stay!

Stayed at this chain in Charlotte and was very impressed, so when we had a wedding to attend in Orlando this was our first choice. Room was OK; most of the staff was friendly....breakfast was....awful...cold eggs and potatoes is not a good start to the day.....pricing was just-confusing-price on the internet was for one day, and the rest of the prices were different for each day of the stay...never experienced this type of pricing before and it felt scammy.....but that's OK-plenty of hotels to stay at in Orlando, and next trip will find us in one of them instead.
