Lovely clean hotel but still can’t get over the fact the hotel bar & restaurant close at 3pm, ridiculous that you can’t get food or drink around the pool after 3pm

Resort was clean, very nice staff. Though the rooms were updated the furniture was not so the furniture is out dated compared to the room. Mattresses should be replaced asap.

Very quiet and clean. Check in was fast and friendly. Rooms were perfect for a family. Dining selections weren’t very good. Not hot selections at night. Had to use a delivery service. We will return when in Florida.

Stuff was very friendly, place was welcoming, loved the table tennis by the pool, and everything else. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

The sheets were so dirty and the towels as well. this place is NOT close to Disney. The pricing was not that bad so I thought it would be fine but nope. The windows don't open either I felt trapped.

Very nice rooms, clean. The only minor issue was very low water pressure in one of the showers. I would stay here again.

It is a family friendly hotel, has a laundry room and a kitchen in the suite. If we are going to Orlando again in the future, we will definitely consider Westgate hotel as our first choice.

no housekeeping, the on-site restaurant was closed until "maybe summer," and the shuttle to Universal runs once per day and was fully booked before we even checked in. Yet somehow, they still charge a "resort fee" despite not even having basic hotel amenities. On top of all this, the rooms were not updated and far from clean. Would not stay here again.

Checkin process took forever. Assuming they use an old system. No point in doing pre check in on app with uploading ID and cc because you had to do it again at the front desk. Very few amenities since they considered this month off season. No restaurant bar and grill. Very minimal hours for Starbucks and convenient store. Rooms were very spacious and stocked with kitchen and cleaning supplies. Dishwasher, laundry machines, etc. Great location.

The property is close to universal and attractions. The views was amazing from the room with universal in the background plus a beautiful lake. The gym and pool is nice. The property is renovated but it seems to be missing something. Stay at the property to figure out what’s missing. Maybe the paint was interesting or the hall ways seems outdated. Besides that the stay was great. It is gated creating a safe location. The parking is interesting bc you have to park offsite and shuttle to property. I recommend party music at the pool and the bar to open back up.

Excellent location for Universal and International Drive. Large heated outdoor pool. Clean and comfortable room. Good value for money.

The bathroom doors should be sealed as water leaked into the toilet area. Pedestrian gate should be key card accessible to enter the compound from side walk

Vending machine coin slot jammed and dispenser not functioning. The furniture is worned needs to be replaced.
