Bilik yang saya tinggal sebelum ini besar, tetapi bilik yang saya tinggal kali ini kecil. Sarapan pagi mempunyai pelbagai jenis barangan dan memuaskan. Perkhidmatan meja depan juga baik.

Very very old hotel.... broken windows, bugs, smelly room, no bottle water supply (they gave you a jar to refill water outside for the purpose of environmentally friendly), dim lights, noisy air con, weird noise at night, hearing things (maybe bugs) crawling inside walls... bedding doesn't feel very clean.... front desk service is ok but other staff are very nice! Nice snack and coffee in the coffee shop

The hotel has a very good sense of design, which shows that the hotel has a very good taste. The service is particularly good and it is very clean. It is worth recommending. Overall, I am very satisfied. The price is also very affordable. Recommended

Aircon keep dripping although already being fixed. Newly provided towels have smells like it was not properly dried, and it takes so long to deliver. No digital TV.

Stay at room 292, the worst room ever. The sink is clogged, a lot of small ants near the amenities desk. I requested near lift & non smoking, turned out I got smoking room & very far from lift, in the corner of hallways. Room very noisy due to near with their karaoke bar. No mineral water in the room, u must walk to the dispenser which is not good for hygienic reason due to pandemic. Facial tissue in the bathroom smell bad, luckily facial tissue in the working station is fine.

The horel rooms are big and comfortable, but all fixtures and furnitures are outdated, old and not well maintained, need to do some remodeling to upgradw the furniture and fixtures
