Overall we had an amazing stay at the Crowne Plaza. The front desk staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The wifi was good in the room and common areas of the hotel. The coffee bar was great to have on the ground floor. The gym was mostly clean. The base of the tread mills could be a lot cleaner. The swimming pool was very nice but I recommend going in the early mornings when there are fewer children at the pool. When requesting to have our room cleaned in the middle of the stay, there must have been a communication error with housekeeping. The front desk followed up and the following day our room was cleaned perfectly. The location is ideal for visitors of Universal Studios. The location is good for Disney World. My family is grateful for our Orlando experience at Crowne Plaza.

It is not an expensive hotel and is pretty decent for what you pay. It is very, very big and set up in the ”motel style” where all the of the rooms have an exterior entrance. They wouldn't let uber eats drivers come past the lobby, which is pretty annoying given that it is about a 5 minute walk to the lobby (and then 5 back), where as if the driver could drive right up to your building, it would take 30 seconds. Not fun when it's pouring rain (like in my case).

Arrived and the refrigerator was not working, nor was the tv remote. Maintenance came the refrigerator had been turned off and the remote needed batteries. Done. Then went to Brush my teeth and the water was leaking into cabinet. Called maintenance again and they said they would repair the next day. Went to take shuttle to universal. The bus was late and smelled like gas. Picked us up late as well. The breakfast was very simple and nothing to rave about. The clerk at the front desk was very quiet and unfriendly. All in all wouldn’t recommend but location was good.

The valet and parking staff were fantastic! Thank you JJ and TG! We were in town for the bowl game, and they made it very easy for us to get to the game, and get home from the game. They were very friendly and extremely fast as well! We will return if ever in Orlando again.

Truly enjoyed our stay at SpringHill Suites. We checked in around 7 pm with a gentleman that has a unique name should have told him to write it down I apologize but I hope you get recognition he checked us in and we were on our way to enjoy the resort unfortunately 3 hours later we noticed our ac not working and I told him about he said I'll said a tech when we came back in wasn't fixed so I called front desk and James answered apologizing about the situation and that unfortunately he couldn't do anything till the mornin, in the morning Zoe and Jillian helped my family with our extension and were able to move us to a more comfortable room with a working ac thank you all so much for going above and beyond we had a blast!! Definitely going back!!

유니버설 스튜디오 관람을 위해 4박 투숙했습니다. 전체적으로 시설은 만족스러웠습니다만 호텔이 넓게 퍼져 있는 형태이기 떄문에 체크인 할 때 메인 로비 근처로 방을 얻는게 셔틀버스 타거나 식당을 이용할 때 편합니다. 푸드코트 식당의 가격은 미국 기준으로 괜찮은 수준이고 퀄리티도 그렇게 나쁘지는 않았습니다. 유니버설 스튜디오로 가는 셔틀도 매10분 마다 있어서 이용하기 편했습니다. 셔틀버스로 유니버설 스튜디오까지 가는데 5분 정도 소요되었으며 셔틀버스에서 내려서 시티워크를 지나 유니버설 스튜디오 입구까지 10분 정도는 걸어야 합니다. 객실도 유지관리가 잘 되는 편이었고 깔끔한 편이었지만 묵었던 방에서 추워진 날씨에 난방이 잘 되지는 않았습니다. 하우스키핑도 매일 잘 제공되었고 문자를 통한 프론트 데스크의 응대는 편리하고 만족스러웠습니다.

Nice hotel. Pool and poolside bar with some food— great, since the restaurant was closed. Shuttle to Universal, Universal desk, walking distance to 3 restaurants, convenient store (albeit with questionable customers), and a mini golf course. Room was spacious and a unique shape due the round building. We had a high-floor and outside view.

房間還不錯，整潔乾淨。偶爾聽到飛機飛過的聲音。不提供拖鞋。牙具。早餐6點開始，還不錯。前台是南美或者印度的朋友。基本上還算禮貌，有問必答，雖然答案你不一定是你想要的。酒店出發的穿梭巴士很準時，提前一天和前天預約。機場到酒店的巴士，等了25分鐘。一個司機，負責三個酒店的客人。車身ramada suite。

In short this is one of the best resort experiences of my life and I consider going to resorts my favorite hobby. We originally reserved a week through our timeshare exchange and then booked an additional room when our best friends decided to join us as well. Flights were delayed so it was nearly midnight when we checked in. Security: I was immediately impressed that the gate guard even made our taxi driver show his ID before allowing us through. Activities: I knew we would be in for lots of treats and things to do but I had no idea that there would be 10-12 activities per day. Most are free but some cost extra, usually minimal. Customer Service: The best. Checking in at midnight is no fun for travelers or hotel workers but we were greeted with a smile and she made sure we had our acitivty schedule and knew what benefits we had available during our stay. All staff was lovely and friendly. Rooms/Rec Areas: Both rooms were amazing, very clean and well kept, and the grounds were immaculate. The pools and hot tubs were always crystal clear. Food/Drinks: We ate from the poolside restaurant a few times and the food was delicious and portions plentiful. Drinks from the bar were great, tip your servers and bartenders folks - it goes a long way. We can’t wait to go back!

ユニバーサルオーランド公式ホテルなので、ユニバに近いしアクセスはとてもいいです。最近出来たばかりのホテルなので新しいし清潔感はありました！ホテル自宅がとても広いので部屋まで行くのがちょっと大変です。早朝に荷物だけ預け、受付を済まし、バースデー缶バッジとルームキーを貰ってアーリーパークインしました。 20時頃戻ってきて翌朝5時には出発だったのでほぼ滞在していません(笑)廊下の人の声が聞こえたりしたので壁は薄めだと思いますが、寝るだけだったので問題なかったです！
