Hotel Orlando dengan Kolam Renang

The trip was excellent, spacious room & hall. Clean and tidy. We enjoyed the stay even though it was only 1 night.

Hotel vila ini sangat selesa, dengan kemudahan dobi yang lengkap, terutama dengan bayi dan orang tua Keluarga sangat sesuai untuk menginap, kerana dapurnya lengkap dan boleh memasak sendiri, memenuhi perut Cina kita! :

It didn’t start out well at the beginning. Property is huge but took awhile to check in due to long lines. After getting checked in and going to room on the other side and making it to the 17th floor, realized the key wasn’t working. I had to go all the way back down and wait in line another 30 minutes to address the issue. It was really annoying that I had to wait this long to get help with a simple issue. The room was nice and comfortable and had a great view but I noticed food on one of the pillows. I didn’t bother to alert staff. I just didn’t use that particular pillow. Aside from this, I think the food choices at Descend 21, could be much better. Th fries were overcooked but burger was just ok. Pool area was amazing!!! I could have stayed there all day! Hotel is also in a great area.

Lage des Hotels bei Ankunft, insb in den frühen Morgenstunden, perfekt. Hotel direkt am Terminal. Man fällt quasi vom Flugzeug direkt ins Bett. Ausstattung hochwertig. Preis allerdings sehr hoch.

It is not an expensive hotel and is pretty decent for what you pay. It is very, very big and set up in the ”motel style” where all the of the rooms have an exterior entrance. They wouldn't let uber eats drivers come past the lobby, which is pretty annoying given that it is about a 5 minute walk to the lobby (and then 5 back), where as if the driver could drive right up to your building, it would take 30 seconds. Not fun when it's pouring rain (like in my case).

Arrived and the refrigerator was not working, nor was the tv remote. Maintenance came the refrigerator had been turned off and the remote needed batteries. Done. Then went to Brush my teeth and the water was leaking into cabinet. Called maintenance again and they said they would repair the next day. Went to take shuttle to universal. The bus was late and smelled like gas. Picked us up late as well. The breakfast was very simple and nothing to rave about. The clerk at the front desk was very quiet and unfriendly. All in all wouldn’t recommend but location was good.

This resort is absolutely amazing from the staff to the amenities. I felt very comfortable here as a first-time solo traveler. I received daily text messages from staff checking in on me which I appreciated so much. I loved it there. Definitely my go to hotel for each time I visit Orlando!

Comfortable clean room Had great time by pool with pool service prompt. That I loved. Would have liked pool to be heated. It was cold

Pengalaman itu hebat! Walaupun kami berada di tepi lebuh raya ia tidak begitu bising dan sibuk. Suka jakuzi!! Mereka agak campur aduk dengan tempat letak kereta sendiri tetapi pengurus mengendalikannya dengan sangat tenang dan pantas untuk kami. Pasti akan menempah lagi.

I stayed at this hotel for a quick trip to downtown Orlando. The location is very convenient and the hotel is very nice and clean. The room was spacious and it looked over the lake. I will definitely stay there again.
