Hotel Dengan Pools di Shaanxi, China

During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure.

I traveled with two children and booked a family room in the apartment building with a king bed and a sofa bed. Since it's close by, I could easily get a taxi from the entrance of the High School Affiliated to Shaanxi Normal University on Ci'en West Road, avoiding the one-way traffic congestion in front of the hotel. The hotel breakfast was good, and the dinner buffet was amazing, with delicious food and very reasonable prices. I also ordered late-night snacks; the fried rice, fermented glutinous rice soup, and small dumplings were truly delicious. After having the hotel's 'safer' noodles and roujiamo, there was no need to go to any snack street. The hotel service was excellent, especially Lucy. We arrived before check-in time, and she escorted us to the executive lounge to rest and even provided complimentary breakfast vouchers, for which I'm especially grateful. The kids had a great time eating and playing at the hotel. The Giant Wild Goose Pagoda and the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City are right at the doorstep, which was incredibly convenient with children. After three days in Xi'an, I've grown to love The Westin hotel; it feels very reassuring. It was a pleasant trip.

I booked this for my family. It was clean! The service was excellent! Food and lodging were both available. The price was reasonable! It's close to T3, and the shuttle to T5 for departures takes only 10 minutes. Even Eastern Airlines crew members stay here. My whole family stays at the airport hotel whenever we have layovers, which is several times a year. It gives us such a sense of security!

This was my first time staying at the Hilton in Xi'an, and I was really impressed. The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to Yongxingfang and the City Wall, and within walking distance of a subway station. The decor has a grand, traditional Chinese style; although it shows a bit of age, it's meticulously clean and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. The breakfast spread was also excellent, with plenty of local specialties. This hotel is definitely ideal for tourists, and I'd prioritize staying at the Hilton again if I return to Xi'an.

This stay was very bad. Very bad. We were arranged to stay in the north. The north side faces the street. The cars passing by at 4 o'clock in the morning, especially the cement tankers, were very loud. It was impossible to fall asleep. No matter how good, comfortable, and welcoming the hotel is, it can't stand such noise, especially the window where I stayed was the entrance and exit of the parking lot, and there was an intelligent voice gate that announced the vehicle number in and out, which was very loud. The experience was very bad, and I would like to remind you. If you stay in this hotel, don't stay on the north side of the hotel.

The hotel service is warm and friendly, the hygiene is clean and tidy, and the rooms are cozy and spacious. The hotel's location is excellent, and the housekeeping staff are also very kind. The front desk ladies are very enthusiastic, and the room prices are very reasonable, offering great value for money! I've had more than just comfortable and pleasant stays here; it's also given me a taste of local life, which is my overall impression of this hotel. However, I do have two small suggestions: 1. There's really only one power outlet and one USB port by the bed, which isn't very convenient for phone users. 2. The air conditioning's heating effect isn't particularly good. I tried all three fan speeds, and it still wasn't very effective (it's also possible my friend and I just didn't know how to operate it, and by then it was too late to call staff to check).

The room was spacious, comfortable, and smart. The staff, from the front desk to the dining service, were all very enthusiastic and attentive. It's a great hotel for families traveling with children. The location is close to the Bell Tower, making it convenient for getting around, and the surrounding alleyways are very charming. The breakfast was plentiful, and the food presentation was beautiful, showing the hotel's attention to detail and care.

We had a lovely stay at Sofitel Xi’an! From the moment we arrived, all the staff were so friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made us feel very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with so many delicious choices every morning. A special thank you to the breakfast team — they were incredibly kind and attentive to my baby’s needs, especially helping us with warm water. That small but thoughtful gesture really meant a lot to us. Overall, the service was excellent and full of genuine care. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return again!

This is my third visit to Mount Hua, and I once again decisively chose the Shaanxi Geo-building Nanshan Huashan Hot Spring Hotel. The experience was even better than before! It's a direct 1.5-hour drive from Xi'an, and the hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, with air so fresh it's incredibly relaxing. The hot spring room I booked was a wonderful surprise – the private hot spring courtyard was secluded and quiet. Soaking in the hot spring while gazing at the distant mountains made my fatigue vanish instantly. The room facilities were complete, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries had a subtle, pleasant fragrance, showing quality in every detail. The staff were particularly enthusiastic; they actively helped us with our luggage and even recommended a less-traveled hiking route for Mount Hua, helping us avoid the crowds. For dinner, we ate Shaanxi cuisine at the hotel restaurant. The Gourd Chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the Mount Hua wild vegetables were refreshing and delicious. The value for money was excellent. The hotel's location is convenient, and there are also local orchards nearby where you can pick fruit, making it perfect for a leisurely vacation. I've already recommended it to my friends, and it will definitely be my go-to place whenever I visit Mount Hua in the future!

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The location is excellent, with convenient transportation and beautiful surroundings. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and decorated in a warm and elegant style with great attention to detail. The staff were enthusiastic and thoughtful, professional and efficient. My stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to everyone!
