Absolutely fantastic service, great rooms and beds, super friendly front desk. They helped us buy tickets to Huashan late at night, and provides shuttle service to the location and back. They gave us free tea and allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel while we climbed the mountain. Super Recommend!!

I had a wonderful stay at this conveniently located hotel, with smooth traffic and no congestion nearby. Service was truly outstanding—attentive from start to finish. Fresh fruit was delivered daily, and the team noticed my birthday, gifting me a present and a handwritten card, which felt very personal. Room facilities were excellent: everything worked flawlessly and was easy to use. The shower was a highlight, with exceptionally strong water pressure and near-instant hot water, making every rinse quick and refreshing. The bed was comfortable, Wi‑Fi stable, and housekeeping kept the room spotless. Overall, superb value and hospitality; I’d happily return.

We had a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza Baoji. The room was spacious and offered a stunning view of the city and the river . The hotel's location is excellent for both sightseeing and business . A special thank you to Jessica, the manager, who was incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English, making us feel very welcome. In fact, all the staff were remarkably attentive and professional throughout our stay . The facilities, including the indoor pool and the sky bar on the 40th floor, were top-notch . A truly wonderful experience and probably the best hotel in the city!

衞生：客房打掃得一塵不染，床品潔白柔軟。衞生間的角落和公共區域都保持得很乾凈，細節處理到位。 環境：酒店選址絕佳，臨漢江濕地公園而建，窗外就是生態綠意。建築最高衹有二層，白牆黛瓦的中式庭院風格古色古香，與周邊的江水濕地完美融合。早晚帶孩子在園中散步，空氣清新，鳥語花香，像住在風景畫裏。 服務：服務是此行一大亮點。從進門到入住，工作人員對孩子的照顧特別友好貼心，不僅主動提供小童用品，每次遇到都會微笑問候，讓人感覺温暖周到。 設施：房間佈局合理，庭院設計很有私密感。早餐品種豐富，還能嚐到漢中特色的熱麪皮，現蒸現切口感軟糯，孩子也很喜歡。唯一不足是餐廳略小，高峯時段略顯擁擠。另外，洗漱用品雖是酒店定製款，但品質與五星標準尚有差距，建議升級成更高端的品牌會更完美。 總的來説，這裏非常適合親子度假，環境和服務超預期，下次來漢中還會選擇。

There is no room service/cleaning for the 4d3n we stayed, maybe need to be requested i am not sure. We have extra plastic bags for gabbage and use own toiletries so wasnt an big issue. Complimentary incence making and tea set wasnt given as stated in booking upon check in. No one at reception whenever we go out in the morning & return in evening so i didnt really bother to ask bout it ... owner is friendly, pretty sure he will give it if i request. Location is good as many eateries around within walking distance, inc morning /night market. No free laundry service, chargable ¥100 per stay (daily washing possible). This service is outsouced so we can only get clothes back the next day. We only washed once throughtout the 3n stay and owner gave a discount and i paid ¥50.

We booked the hotel for just one night, but were absolutely delighted! Everything was at the highest level: very beautiful, cozy, and clean. The view from the room was simply stunning—it was a real pleasure to wake up to such a panorama. We would especially like to express our sincere gratitude to the manager, Aliya. She explained everything in detail, showed us around, and was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. Thanks to her, our stay became even more comfortable. A special thank you as well for the wonderful birthday surprise! My husband was truly pleased to receive such a thoughtful gesture—the celebratory cake and breakfast with a breathtaking view made the day truly special. We would be happy to return again and will definitely recommend your hotel!

The hotel is really beautiful, clean and spacious rooms with floor to ceiling windows. The hotel customer service is also very attentive and helpful. But also I loved the restaurant with the roof top bar, varieties of drinks for different vibes from day time to night time. At night the bar is very beautiful with all the lighting. There's also a beautiful pool which I think it would be so convenient in the summer time.

We loved my stay at this hotel. Initially, we were planning to book a room at the more expensive Hotsprings hotel, but I am glad we didn't. The hotel owners were kind enough to take us directly to the hot springs and we purchased a day pass instead. The husband and wife who own the hotel are wonderful people. They have Japanese-style cinema rooms with smart toilets and showers that are simply amazing. If you're looking for a weekend getaway with your gaming friends, they even have a room dedicated to E-sports. This hotel opened its doors in 2022 and they certainly went all out to differentiate themselves from the bigger hotels. The prices are so affordable that you can book a room just to watch a movie, spend the day at the pool or even enjoy the online gaming room with your friends. I believe they put a lot of thought into their offerings and I wish them all the best for the future. I will definitely visit again.

Perkhidmatan pelayan peribadi Tongtong sangat baik. Bilik tidak bersedia semasa saya pergi ke sana Bilik itu agak sejuk pada waktu malam dan menghantar pemanas udara. Terdapat terlalu ramai orang di kolam air panas, dan pengalamannya adalah biasa. Terdapat bayaran untuk syurga haiwan peliharaan yang comel. Terdapat caj tambahan sebanyak 138/2 untuk memberi makan, yang agak mahal. Terdapat juga kuda di hotel, dan kanak-kanak berseronok menunggangnya. Saya juga menonton rancangan itu Secara umumnya, saya mempunyai perjalanan yang menyenangkan dan anak-anak saya menyukainya
