Hotel Dengan Pools di Shaanxi, China

During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure.

Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms and wonderful service. The staff were attentive, the facilities were clean, and the overall experience offered great value for money. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays.

We chose this hotel for the location at the airport. We arrived very very late, and the connection between the airport and hotel was locked. We did not know how to access the hotel, which caused us stress. There was a phone number, but I could not figure out how to make a local telephone call on my international telephone. We only got through because others had the same problem and were also trying to access the hotel side. At three in the morning, we could not figure out any alternative. There should be clear signage with clear instructions. That was our only problem. The front desk was helpful, the room was good enough, and the breakfast was solid.

This is an excellent hotel. The location is good, but since the city is large, you still need to travel by taxi. The main attractions in the city are close to the hotel. We booked a standard room, but received an upgraded option – a two-room suite on the 5th floor, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was very clean and well-equipped. The room had a comfortable bed and high-quality bedding. A major drawback was the terrible view from the window. The view was of a dilapidated inner courtyard and a neighboring building, so it was impossible to open the curtains. The service was excellent. Despite the staff having some difficulties with English, it didn't hinder communication. The breakfast was excellent, everything was delicious and varied – mainly Chinese cuisine, but also European options. We were very satisfied with our choice of hotel.

雖然我給了好評，但是真的不是因為我對酒店有多滿意，所以，必須要來説一下我的感受，酒店環境很好，出去就是濕地公園，風景很美，內部配的有游泳池健身房，還有小孩玩的遊樂中心，可以説硬件設施還是不錯的，可是讓人無語的是，節假日期間一個服務崗位居然衹安排一個工作人員？？導致的結果就是，我們辦入住和退房的時候，裏三層外三層的人，雖然當時的前台小哥哥已經非常麻利的在辦理了，奈何客人太多，一個一個的辦，也等了挺長時間才輪到我們，不過有一説一，這個工服上帶鑰匙徽章的前台小哥，非常有禮貌，看的出來，業務能力也很強，知道我們等的久，會主動致歉，並給我們升級了帶露台的房間，送了水果，看到我們帶小朋友，還主動讓客房給我們送了小朋友的牙刷，然後就是另一個很高的服務員小哥哥幫我們把行李送回房間，然後這個服務員也衹有一個人！明顯感覺忙不過來，送完行李都是小跑着離開的，我當時還跟他吐槽，大過節的你們怎麼上班的人這麼少，入住以後打電話讓送個東西什麼的也是很慢，讓人體驗感大打折扣，對了，還有早餐，除了那個熱米皮還不錯外，其他的中規中矩，説是價值一百多，個人覺得不值，房間帶免費早餐可以去吃，要是另外花錢去吃那就沒必要了，總之就是給好評完全是覺得當時上班的工作人員不容易，服務行業節假日就不能多安排點上班的人嗎？這個價格對應如此的人員配置服務實在不值，希望酒店能有所改進吧！

The hotel is very clean and quiet. The only downside is that the next metro is a 20min walk, but that’s all. The staff was very friendly and you can do your laundry as well. Convenience stores and restaurants and malls are within walking distance!

We absolutely love this hotel! Simply because the room is very spacious, service is top notch. We were given welcome fruit twice. Our laundry is taken care of and sent to our room in a matter of a few hours. Location is within walking distance to Zhonglou subway station and Muslim street and Xi'an grand mosque. Staff is friendly and attentive. Communication is done via Google translate with no problem. I would definitely stay here again!

這家酒店真心推薦！房間特別乾淨衞生，連角落這種容易忽略的衞生死角都打掃得很到位，完全沒有不乾淨的地方，住着特別放心。床品也乾淨又舒適，睡着很舒服。服務更是沒話説，工作人員態度都特別好，有需求響應得快還很耐心，整體入住體驗超棒，下次來還選這！
