Overall stay was good. Staff was excellent, willing to help, and courteous. Rooms and hallways were okay. Beds were kind of short. Breakfast was okay with normal food served. Yogurt had been frozen along with muffins and etc. Pool was good but not enough lounge chairs for everyone. Hot tub was nice and hot but the jets didn’t work making it more a hot pool. I would definately stay there again. No major issues and great staff.

Hotel yang hebat! Ia terletak di tempat yang tenang di bandar yang sibuk tetapi tidak jauh dari segala-galanya. Semua orang di sini ramah dan membantu tetapi jarang anda melihat seseorang di kaunter penerimaan tetamu. Mereka melakukan kerja yang hebat mengikut garis panduan penjarakan sosial.

Supposed to stay in this hotel for 3D2N but we keep extending. As I’m typing this review I am considering to extend 1 more day. This hotel has shuttle buses to the Disney land and Universal Studio! Just opposite the hotel it’s the premium outlets!

I had the best customer service I have ever received in Orlando at this hotel. Judy at front desk was really pleasant and willing to help with whatever she could, including getting the bed cleaned and extra towels brought up by house keeping. Also Najia was very friendly in answering the questions I had at the time. Even the house keeper on Floor 2, July 8th took our dirty towels since we didn't have space to hang them. The room itself was enough, the microwave and fridge were all we needed at the time. I'm looking forward to coming again and staying at this hotel next time I am in Orlando!

I cannot say enough good things about this Hotel! Beds were so comfortable, rooms clean and HUGE! Room was perfect for 3 of us. Loved that they had the toilet with a sink and mirror separate from the shower which also had a sink and mirror. The pool area was absolutely beautiful and the nachos were so yummy! I was sad that we only stayed one night before starting our Disney trip. 24 hour Starbucks was nice but apparently it depends on who is working if they will give you an ice water or not lol

這間酒店允許帶寵物。衹住了2晚，中間沒有人打掃房間。感覺有跳蚤，剛入住時在房間裏待了不到10分鐘覺得痒痒的，要求調換房間，前台很爽快地給換了，但是還是沒有改善。房間裏的空調聲音很大。儘管旁邊有個大的商場可以逛，酒店是新裝修，有微波爐和冰箱，早上會有簡單的早餐，工作人員都非常友善，但是不會再選擇入住。
