Ulasan Asia Novo Boutique Hotel - Ormoc

The location of this hotel is so good. It is near to the market, to fast food restaurants like jollibee, mcdo, chowking etc. It is also near the ports to cebu, Bohol and Camotes. The room is quite clean and spacious.

The hotel room is 18 m2 and quite comfortable. There is nothing in the bathroom except towels. There is not even paper in the toilet. There is no closet for clothes. The sink faucet in the room is broken. There is only bed and towels. There is no other special equipment. It is not different from cheap hotels.

Aside from their friendly and accommodating staff, the room itself is very comforting. Well-maintained yung bath/comfort room. Spacious bed. Had a very good night sleep 😊 Sulit na sulit pa yung breakfast menu. All good 👌

The room we got has a sink that is clogged, the flush was broken.. But they offered us to transfer to another room. But the room service was quick and willing to assist anytime. The location was at the city center.

The room was adequate for a short stay. It had the basic amenities needed, though nothing particularly stood out. The bed was comfortable enough, and the room was clean. However, the overall experience was fairly average, with no major issues but also nothing exceptional to note. It served its purpose.

Location wise, very accessible. Close to establishments and seaport. Customer service is poor. The room is spacious but has defective amenities.

Wifi not working normally. Water heater not functioning.

This place is already out of control the maintenance is not working everything in this hotel is falling apart water is leaking, the hot water heater is not working, the ceiling in the bathroom is leaking and had a mold, the remote control is not working, no tv. It use to be a good hotel but after pandemic I cannot even come back to this hotel.

The location is very convenient I always use this hotel every time I come to Ormoc, some how this time the service is not very good, no towel provided in the room. I called to give us towel and she give me only 1 piece as she said they still doing laundry 9 Pm at night. And they knows that it was booked for 2 person.

Not bad for quick sleep over. Near the ormoc plaza. To night market. Mall and convenient stores.

Nice hotel

it was a nice stay and everyone is very accommodating the problem we had is the door that it was broken that we couldn't open it anymore that we need a bar to open it. but over all the hotel is safe and clean
