Lokasi yang bagus, betul-betul di jalan-jalan di Shinsekai dan berdekatan dengan banyak stesen kereta api. Keldai gergasi di sekitar sudut juga! Bilik kecil dan ketat seperti biasa, tidak mengejutkan di sana. Segala-galanya bersih dan pengemasan adalah setiap 3 hari tetapi mereka menyelesaikan tugas dengan sangat baik. Kemudahan juga percuma untuk dinikmati di lobi. Kakitangan sopan dan sentiasa membantu. Akan mengesyorkan 💯

It’s next to Shinsekai street. Full of people on the night. Quite a nice a helpful staffs. We expend the day to stay here and the staff is very helpful to reserve the same room for us.
The room size is normal for Japanese hotel, therefore it quite small for us who has a big luggage for traveling.
We love the location here, there is 2 rail lines station nearby the hotel which easy to connect for both osaka loop line and jr line.

Second time staying here. Experience was as good as first the time.
Location was great.
Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful.
While amenities are not provided in the room, you can help yourself to them at the first floor.
Overall good stay, value for money, and would stay again if visiting Osaka.

The hotel is very close to the metro station and the JR station. It is convenient to travel to different places. The night scene of the surrounding area, Shinsekai, is very unique at night. It is worth visiting. The room is not very big. However, the design is very thoughtful so it is comfortable to stay in.

The bathrooms were very nice. But tv only showed Japanese channels. No channels for foreighn tourists in other languages, or movies.
Also front desk staff was nice and English ok but not too knowledgable about local area, how to get around, find back, etc. They needed to check internet for everything...something I can do.
Also, rooms should provide bottles of water

Very convenient location. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is comparable to stars hotel, over expectations.

The location is good, from the airport take the nankai express train directly to the shin-imamiya station and walk 5 mins to hotel. Surrounding with many restaurants and donquito. Although the room is a bit small but it’s clean. Air-condition is good. They change towels everyday by putting new towels in the bag at the room doorknob. But they clean the room for you every 3 days (not daily) I stay 7 days 6 nights there (they clean on the 4th day) but it’s ok for me. By overall I am happy with this hotel. It’s non-smoking hotel which I love it very much. ❤️ They have ice machines on some floors too. Great hotel with good rate.
