Ulasan Hotel Hillarys Shinsaibashi

Love their amenities and onsen. I spend a week there overall is good but the service can be better.

Place is located at the heart of city area! Which is convenient 👍 amenities is okay within hotel

Very centrally located about 5 minutes walk from Shinsaibashi Station exits 5 and 6. Can be a bit crowded in the area on some nights due to the drinking clubs. The hotel is located along the alley streets and Mooken, the pastry shop is very nearby. Rooms are clean but a little tight. Just did not like having to use the raised bathroom as it's not safe for elderly to keep stepping up and down to get in (besides having to shower in the bathtub).

I booked a double room and had to keep the window closed because of the noisy exhaust fan across the street. I called the front desk to complain, and a Japanese gentleman, who seemed to be the lobby manager, personally came to offer earplugs and arranged for us to switch rooms on the second night. Although the noise didn't significantly improve 😅, the service attitude was truly exceptional. The location is super convenient.

The room's location is super convenient for getting around, with lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It's also very clean, and the front desk staff are incredibly patient. They even offer free afternoon tea, and the breakfast is plentiful. Definitely worth recommending!

This is our second time staying in this hotel. Location is great. You can access shops, restaurants easily around that area.

Right in Shinsaibashi, getting around is super convenient. The place is small but great! When you're tired from shopping, you can drop off your bags and rest a bit before heading out again. The location is absolutely unbeatable!

hillary's shinsaibashi is well managed. this is a testament to the leadership lead by the hotel manager, kim. special shout out to miki, the hotel trainer and the rest of the hotel team, tamana @ reception; odahara, tanokawa, christine, kim, ayano and janelle @ breakfast room not forgetting the nepali housekeepers and the gentleman who takes care of the onsen. good value for a comfortable stay during our japan journey in 4 seasons. completed spring and autumn. winter and summer to go.

I’d rate Hillarys Shinsaibashi 4.5 stars. The location is absolutely perfect – right in the middle of the action. Even though it’s in a busy tourist area, the rooms are surprisingly quiet, and I slept well without being disturbed by street noise. The staff are super friendly, everything in the room works as it should, and there are plenty of washing machines, which is very convenient. The amenities are solid and of good quality. The room itself is on the smaller side. You can’t really open a large suitcase completely. Otherwise, it’s comfortable. The bed is great, the ventilation and plumbing worked perfectly. The only downside is that it was a bit dusty. Overall, though, it’s a really nice and convenient place to stay.

Hotel staff are accommodating specially the guy who also speak fluent english. He is very friendly. The amenities are great but hopes the coffee gets served early in the morning since they don't have electric kettle inside the room. The room is spacious too. Location is ideal.

The staff speak very good English and the manager Mr Kim always attentive and helpful.. strongly recommend. Location is excellent

We like the hotel generally, especially for its location and cleanliness. They do provide free coffee, tea at the lobby as well, free bun at certain timing. However, just on one note, during my check-out, I forgot to bring down the second room card which I left inside the room. The receptionist, named Sakomoto asked me to get it from the room with not a very friendly tone. I asked whether if we can just get the housekeeping to do it as I was also with my 2 children. She was showing a very very impatient face and told me ok. And didn’t even look at me and asked me to go. When I feedback about her attitude, she was saying, I said ok, u can go, thank you. This kind of attitude is not acceptable especially in this industry . Generally, is a hotel that I would return BUT only this particular receptionist that I think the management should review, it destroyed the overall hotel warm hospitality. I hope the management takes the necessary action. Thank you.

DECENT !!!!!! Prime location and u can get anything u need anytime as it’s really at the centre of Osaka , new and clean environment , very comfortable stay. the staff are helpful. I would definitely recommend my friends to stay.
