Room is very small , very basic room, clean. Value for the price paid. There is a water dispenser at the lobby which is a plus . There are no facial products being provided unlike other Japanese hotels I have stayed . Lots of food options around , 10 mins walk to Osaka station .

Good location near many restaurants and the Umeda Hub - we stay already the 2. time here in Osaka

Twin room was bigger than the usual hotel rooms in Japan. Very close to both Osaka Station and Umeda subway station making it very convenient for day trips to surrounding cities

Room is small but location is very very good. You can go to hotel from underground street. It is very useful in rainy days. Room is clean and staffs are helpful.

Hotel location is good and staffs are helpful, friendly and nice. Breakfast also better than I excepted !

It is located within walking distance from JR Osaka station and can be accessed through the underground shop street, so accessing the hotel in rainy weather is not a problem at all. The staff can speak English well. The breakfast is perfect and worth the price with Costa coffee. The room is not quite large but sufficient for stay.

The front desk were helpful.
The breakfast options were limited but okay.
We would go back for the location, the room and price.
The pillows are not comfortable at all…

Average 3 star hotel, it’s small but there is everything you need. Can’t complain more because this is japan. Staff is friendly, and special thanks to a female staff that helped me with a route with facilities of elder people when I went to take the train to Kyoto

This Ibis is located in the center of Osaka near Umeda station. It is also closed to Don Quijote and Osaka Science Museum. It is very convenient if you have to travel to other outskirt cities.
The room is clean and tidy. It is good for solo and couple travel. Very happy with my stay there.
