Ulasan Welina Hotel Premier Shinsaibashi

We liked the location - easy to walk and explore the city. Breakfast is good, fullfiling, good variety of cold and hot dishes. We stayed at japanese styled room. Best way to enjoy the stay for families with little kids.

Best location within 10 minutes walking to shinsaibashi and Namba station. Luckily we can chek in earlier one hour thanks for the lady staff i forget her name. Pleasant service and fast check in. Room clean and more spaceious than similar hotel nearby. After check out we can keep our Luggage at this hotel for several hours. Overall i am very satisfy with this hotel and Will stay here again if ever come to Osaka again.

Hotel at the top floor for 5 or more than 5 guests. Room is clean and comfortable. Very near to Shinsaibashi bridge and night market . Ideal for those who love shopping

Location is good, easy access to main shopping street and shopping can be crazy by staying here, haha!

Very convenient hotel which is next to Donki,also in 心齋橋.so u can have many things to eat n go shopping easily.the room is comfortable n big but no room cleaning.but it’s ok .

This hotel is surrounded with night bar/clubs, not suggested to take with kids. The good thing is that it is near downtown, a lot options for shopping, Bookoff, beautiful views.

Not really tidy in room and hotel lobby but the location is super great. Just a bit noisy at night. Spacious Japanese style room for a big family.

Extremely convenient location. Hundreds of bars, restaurants are within walking distance. Good and reasonable price. My second visit and will continue.

The room was small but comfortable. We put out our trash and used towels in the hallway and they were picked up/exchanged quickly each day. Service was prompt but not always the friendliest. We did not try the hotel breakfast but we could smell the curry each morning. We used the washer and dryers twice, which was very convenient. However the dryer took three 30-minute cycles to dry, and not all items were completely dry. The rooms had “coolers” instead of actual refrigerators. If you choose to stay in Osaka, this hotel is a quieter choice as it is close to to Glico sign but not so close that there is a lot of touris passing by.

We stayed for 8 nights, no cleaning of room, I asked them to clean the room and they charged me for Y2k for 2 rooms. The sink in the shower area is clogged and smelly, there are even black tingy coming out of the sink, so gross😑 But the location is perfect 👌 Sorry, but we will not come back to Welina hotel 👎

That’s a really good place to stay

Very conveniently located near Namba station within 2 minutes walk to Dotonbori but there were men and ladies hanging outside inviting you to bars and a lot of rubbish by the bicycle parking area just outside for the duration of my 5 nights stay. Not what I expected as Kyoto, Nara and other parts of Osaka were very clean. The room was very small and superficially clean but when you look around, there are thick layers of dust on many ledges and corners, it could do with a deep clean. The staff were good and even though their English were very limited.

The location is perfect.. 100 meter to don quijote in dotonbori 200-300 meter to dotonbori bridge center and 500 meter to Namba Station Big room for couple or solo traveller.. Very friendly staff Recommended

The male Frontdesk ask to charge me 1000yen after saying I was late for checkout. He was saying he call me to notify the checkout but he didn’t. He lie about this so he can extra charge me. Upon checkout I ring the bell at front desk so many times the guy saw me but was on the phone for 15minutes which delays my checkout time as well
