Ulasan TAKUTO HOTEL OSAKA SHINSAIBASHI

I was really disappointed at the front desk service, I brought 6 months old baby with me and want to check in at around 2pm when we arrived. My baby was so tired and cryinng so hard, but the front desk girl didnt allowed us to check in. She wants us to check in at 3pm sharp without considering that the Baby is Crying and has no pity on him. Aside from communication difficulty(they are not fluent in English, its really hard to communicate wisely with them), I was ALSO really SAD that the Front desk is NOT friendly, and they have rooms available but they just want us to wait. I am super regret that I booked this hotel at that moment!! Hope you should orient your hospitality and apply it next time to other guests.

Good hotel, big hotel room, wash machine, cooking good for family!

Room size is spacious enough for foir people. There are a washing machine, microwave and air purifier provided in the room.

Location is good, near to the subway station, with walking distance of 10+ mins. The family room is not so big after we opened all luggage. The shower room has full facilities and able to dry the washed clothes. Counter service is not so effective and bias, using a translator kit to entertain a Korean family sentence by sentence, but leave us to read by ourselves. There is also a 1000 yen charges to help keeping the luggage after check-out. Overall, the hotel is good for a family stay at Osaka.

房間足夠大，四張單人床，還有洗衣機洗完衣服後直接掛陽台第二天早晨就幹了，特別贊👍，出門右轉二十米就是心齋橋那個著名的商業街了，購物很方便。

地方夠大！3個行李箱打開仲有大量空間走動，仲有煮食地方用具齊全同洗衣機功能良好！惟可惜離地鐵站有些距離！附近有難波神社景點，百年古樹值得參觀一下

近日本橋站 就在心齋橋附近 不過是橋尾 去道頓堀境碼再行10分鐘 位置還可以吧 但房間在大阪來說 絕對性價比極好 以心齋橋附近 咁既價錢 無得輸

房間大，兩個2.4米的床，其實是四個1.2米的床拼的，一家四口一起住很寬裕。洗衣服很方便，衞生家和淋浴間洗漱間是分開的。有簡易廚房。該有的都有。當然價格也不算便宜。我們住了五晚。大概1800一晚。位置要點贊，去哪裡都方便，就在心齋橋那條商業街旁邊不到20米。屬於商業和CBD交叉地。 服務打三分，一，三天打掃一次衞生補充水和洗漱用品，公寓式酒店這樣也還正常。二，退房時間十點，這是早就説好的，沒問題，我們頭天晚上去前台申請延遲到十一點退房收取了1000日元，算是沒問題，就是顯得忒小氣，國內這種要給免費。三，退房的時候，我們要去前台寄存行李出去吃飯，前台漂亮的小姐姐拿出一個收費單，要收1000日元，孩子他爸説了幾句她都不肯免費，一度有點尷尬。我就有點無語了，我可能有點孤陋寡聞了，住了你家五晚，寄存行李一小時居然要收費，你是多恨錢。孩子他爸就想着錢不多就給了吧，我就不想慣着這種行為。後來我告訴她我在攜程平台上訂的，訂單上面有寄存行李免費服務。給她看了訂單頁面，她才沒收錢了。錢真的不多，但是給人的感受不好。難免讓人多想是不是衹對中國人這樣。

房間空間夠大 十分好 唯一缺點：早餐建議在附近cafe吃 沒有自助早餐 但overall十分好 如果再去都會住同一間酒店！

日本的酒店大多數都是具有年份的～但是普遍都保養得挺好的挺乾淨衞生的～而且酒店都很人性化～對小童長者都很友好～衞生間都有長者扶手～浴缸～暖氣～電動馬桶～

很棒的飯店 1.空間很大，4個29吋行李箱攤開都沒問題 2.離心齋橋站近 3.房間有小廚房、洗衣機還有暖風機 下次有機會還想入住

早餐很差，不到3歲孩子收1000日元早餐。給4個麪包，網站也沒有提示。酒店洗浴用品也不更換，垃圾也不處理，牙膏都沒有了

設施齊全，廚房鍋碗瓢盆刀什麼都有，房間又大三個大箱子一起打開沒問題，交通便利，樓下購物吃的都有，定的連通房兩個家庭一起住沒問題
