Hotel is very conveniently located just above the Shin-Osaka Train Station. There are also many restaurants around. Only thing I hope is for the room to have better lighting to brighten up the whole room with options of White Lights

Great stay at remm Osaka! The location is very convenient, especially for getting around the city. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the massage chair was a nice touch. Staff were friendly and efficient. Would definitely stay here again!

Location: Probably the only hotel located right inside Shin-Osaka Station. You don't even need to exit the station; just head to the north exit and you're there. Facilities: The rooms are cramped. If you have large luggage, this isn't the place for you. Don't book a queen room for two people – you'll be constantly bumping into things just trying to move around. Service: Mostly self-service, but there was a friendly guy at the front desk who spoke Chinese, and the service was good.

Everything was perfect during the stay in Osaka with 3 times visiting - don't want to change any hotel - recommended for family trip with children and elder

The hotel's location directly above Shin-Osaka Station is incredibly convenient, with many restaurants nearby making dining easy. However, the service was quite poor. When I handed our passports to the front desk for check-in, speaking in English, a rather unpleasant person from the staff abruptly came over and chastised my son for using the front desk's touch screen. When my son showed his residence card and responded in Japanese, his attitude completely changed. Given their apparent unfriendliness towards Chinese people, I would advise Chinese travelers to think twice before choosing this hotel.

The hotel is clean and tidy, and its location inside Shin-Osaka Station makes it incredibly convenient for taking the Shinkansen, other train lines, and the subway!

This hotel is right at Shin-Osaka Station, which is super convenient for business trips when taking the JR Shinkansen. The room is a bit small, just enough space to turn around, but the bathroom and toilet are decent, thumbs up. Breakfast is at the Vietnamese restaurant downstairs, and the food is good. Shin-Osaka Station has plenty of shops and restaurants, and it's also quite convenient to get around Osaka by subway from here.

it locates inside the railway Station and so it is super convenient for people travelling with public transport. clean room and good facilities.

Shin-Osaka Railway hotel - Superb position for exploring Osaka & Kyoto & connecting by Shinkansen to Tokyo, etc., or flying from Osakaairport. Everything about the hotel is slick, except for breakfast, which a limited menu/choice affair , in the Vietnamese coffee shop, alongside main entrance. The Concierge was absolutely fantastic! He could not have been more helpful and was charming to us, and so understanding when it became clear I’d accidentally duplicated my two room booking to 4 rooms. Despite a no cancellation policy, the hotel offered not to charge us anything for cancelling 2 of the rooms. Trip.com accepted the free cancellation, after some explanation from me.

The hotel was conveniently located near the Shinkansen station, so it was easy to transfer from one city to another. The area outside the city is more of a business/residential district so there is not quite a lot to do at night. The room was clean, although a bit small, our 23kg luggage could barely fit when we opened them. But otherwise, it was nice and clean.
