There is not much space in the room, and the room looks pretty worn out.

Walking distance from Umeda Station, very convenient neirbourhood. Tiny room. Bed is comfortable, silent. The bathroom is quite uncomfortable. It looks like a plane wc. It is everything clean, but in the bath there was mold, what it is very dangerous for health. Good service, very efficient, free water and coffee. I think it is a good value for money.

The front desk staff were very nice and helpful! They were able to assist me with my problems, as there were staff who spoke English. The room had just enough of what I needed and was very neat and tidy.

Very basic hotel with basic amenities provided but it is in a good location for access to the sites of Osaka. Walls were thin and could hear lots of noise from other rooms. You get what you pay for with the price and in that location, would recommend for a short stoppver.

The breakfast is really good. It seems like I pay for food and get the room for free.

eventhough this is just a small budget hotel, but the services given was good. totally worth the price.

This is such a weird place to stay. Dark, old almost looks like a ******* house.Our room was used to be an emergency equipment room. Only up point is they have laundry

Everything you need is there. I loved everything including check-in and out was done on a machine.

So far so good. If you're in a tight budget and not choosy then hotel Kansai is good for you.

Nice location, near to Osaka Station

Things have been different after covid there are good and bad about the hotel after 2 years since my last stay. Breakfast was still good but not as good as before. And the supper curry rice no longer supply. But there are free coffee and the location changes also.. lots of "information center" around if you know what I mean.

Location was a bit far= 1km from Osaka/Umeda station, and in a seedy part of town. The single room was a bit worn down with marks on the walls and the TV is a bit old. The room amenities are adequate. The breakfast was well-priced and delicious with a room plan that included it. For travelers planning to store luggage on the day of checkout, be aware that there is a 500y per item fee. Overall, it's a no frills hotel good for staying overnight if you can get a deal over other hotels, but be aware of its drawbacks.
