Very satisfied for all services in this place. All staffs are willing to help any circumstances. They allowed us to leave our luggages when we arrived before check-in time or leave after check-out time. Only con for this hotel is there are no elevator in the nearest exit of Hommachi station. I was a dog tired carrying my luggage up stairs 🤣. Anyway I would recommend this to my friends though.

Travelodge is a basic no frills hotel which you might want to reconsider booking if you’re in Osaka for a holiday and want to be pampered. There is no room cleaning until every third day (although you can get towels at the front), and breakfast can be skipped since it makes for a very sad start to the day. The hotel should also consider investing in a hot water dispenser; there’re many guests taking MANY BOTTLES of hot water from the coffee machine, which is frustrating. I’m unlikely to return.

The very large and clean but the elevator very busy in the morning when you need to check out , all hotel have 1 elevator. Check out time is 10.00 am .

The hotel have the appreciate room was clean that feature all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the facilities are convenient for a smooth arrival. The staff look for nice for my family , you can deposited the luggages before check in , how ever this hotel have a elevator sometime to slow when many people may used , this location near the station closely and near family mart , great idea to choose this hotel

Good location from honmachi station exit 3 and exit 1 walk shortly. The room and bathroom bigger than hotel in Japan. We arrived before check in time around 1 hour and the staff is very kind. We can check in before. In the bathroom room has a lot of fungus in shower, wall and basin. TV is not active and a lot of dust on the bed corner.

Location wise is ok but I was a little shock that they only do cleaning on the 4th day onwards which is quite new to me. Frankly a little dated. Otherwise should have better options

Good location without any noises so u can really relax. Breakfast doesn’t worth it. You’d better choose something else near this place.

The hotel is nice cute, but when we arrived we suddenly smelled smoke in the room , so I informed the hotel staff and he changed for me suddenly he was nice and the room is cute and well organized with bathtub. I like how I can use all the small area useful. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows was perfect for sleeping 💤

Location wise near the dotonburi and shinbaishi by less than 3 stations away. During the stay, the floor was not heated so it was colddd. This was during early winter season.

The hotel is reasonably priced and located in a quiet area, just a short walk from the train station and convenience stores. However, the cleanliness of the room could be improved—I noticed some hair on the floor. The breakfast options were also quite limited.

New and clean. Love the amenities provided, bathroom supplies, soap ans shampoo, pyjama's. It was really nice to havw a bathtub in the room, perfect for after a long day out. The water pressure was strong ans good. Elevators can be quite busy in the evening. A short walk to metro station and a minimart nearby.

29sqm room size is huge in Japan!! Especially love the bathroom's retro tile design, the osaka wallpaper, old authenic wooden floor, simply loving it. The bed, lighting, and aircon are all added to the wonderful staying experience! The property exercised 3 days cleaning policy, so we don't have daily housekeeping service but manage to change towels everyday. There is only one lift within the hotel, we are lucky staying at 11th floor so upon checking up at 7am, we are not stuck like guests in other floors, waiting for lift. Lomcation is good. Quiet, 5 mins walk to Hommachi station, considered very convenient and good for family stay. Doutor cafe, proto and minishop are just next to it Only one bad experience is the weird smell came from toilet for first two days, spread air refresher in the toilet doesn't work but spread directly into toilet bowl on 3rd day, then smell is gone. (Pls trace the source of the smell) Overall, a superb stay in osaka! Should not miss. High value for money
