My stay at Hotel The Leben Osaka in March 2024 was fantastic. Despite the rainy weather during check-out, the front desk staff kindly provided us with umbrellas, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. While I didn’t subscribe to breakfast the hotel's central location allowed us to easily find delicious dining options nearby. The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the city. The Leben Osaka's exceptional customer service and thoughtful amenities made our stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka and can't wait to come back."

The location is great. It's takes about 6 minutes to go to the metro station. The room is spacious and clean.

Excellent location to and from shopping areas. 5 min walking distance to MTR. I will certainly reserve it in my next trip to Osaka.

Very suitable for family. The room is really big, nice and clean. I can watch YouTube on the TV directly! I only washed clothes once during the 5 nights stay as they only have 3 washing machines. Free skin care can grab from ground floor, they also have free coffee and detox water for certain period. I will definitely visit this hotel again !

This is the second time we stay LEBEN during our trip. We left our luggage at LEBEN and travel to Kyoto. Staff are extremely helpful let us keep our luggage in their hotel.
When we checked in to our room, the luggage already in our room! Which is so great!

The room is very spacious and very clean . The bed is big . You can refill the necessities anytime on the lobby and get as much as you want . I enjoy my stay . Only one disadvantage no window view .
