A nice stay at this Japanese onsen style hotel. Good breakfast and onsen facilities. Worth staying for one night.

Very comfy bedding, decent sized room (for Japan) but definitely paying for that extra space, not a cheap hotel. Onsen was very good. One of the best onsens in a hotel in a big city I’ve had. Although you have to bring your own towels from your room. Complimentary popsicles for refreshments after onsen. Location is in a fairly quiet area. The hotel is in between 2 subway stations.

I visited the TikTok-famous onsen hotel, and while it was a bit pricey for a solo traveler, I can understand the hype after staying there. The room was clean and spacious for one person, though it might feel cramped for families. They provided free ice cream and yogurt drinks after the onsen, and soba at night! The breakfast spread was good, though I wasn’t very hungry, so I didn’t get to try everything. They also have unlimited matcha, coffee, and soft drinks available, which was a nice touch. The service was excellent, and I had the onsen all to myself, followed by a great night’s sleep. For those with tattoos, you can request stickers at the counter to cover them before entering the onsen. Overall, the experience was great.

While the location is a bit of a walk from the subway, I truly appreciated the experience. The onsen was fantastic, and having free snacks and drinks available made it even more enjoyable. Overall, I found this place to be quite lovely, and it made my visit very memorable.

Very good to rest during in Osaka. I am very enjoying hot-spring. The soba is good taste. I will be back soon.

clean and zen place, recommended for a good respite in the city. location is away from the bustling area, good walking proximity to the metro and highly recommend for a stroll along the river!

This hotel has great onsen and the spread of breakfast buffet is diverse, highly recommend it to everyone!

The elevator is a bit smelly like smelly feet, and the floor is not that clean. The breakfast is the same every day, kind of boring for eating it few days in a row.

Hotel Service is very good. all the facilities are just fit for travel and relax. traditional japanese food and some foreigner style food is very good. Onsen is the most important and the best from this resort. Location is a bit far from the center but the Subway station is very near.

A great concept that can act as an escape from the city with a great location.

Good stay with a fantastic onsen experience. Staff are friendly and location is 1-2 stops from umeda and shinsaibashi for the main shopping areas, so would recommend!

Great location ,Close to metro ,canal , rose garden a lot of cozy coffe shop and restaurants nearby. Love the atmosphere in the hotel,great experience in onsen , massage chair, breakfast, everything.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel! I especially loved the complimentary ice cream, Yakult, night noodles, and the relaxing hot spring—these little perks made the experience even better. Morning buffet breakfast was good, too. However, there were a couple of maintenance issues. The sink in my children’s room was blocked, and my own room’s sink didn’t have hot water. Aside from that, everything else was great, and I had a pleasant stay overall. Would consider returning if these issues were addressed.
