Nice hotel, just a bit away from center. Breakfast should be tried

Very good location with shuttle bus service taking us to the main train stations. Great view from the large and comfortable balcony and super buffet breakfast in a very very comfortable setting at the coffee shop.

Room is spacious. Good location. Great view. Large balacony for you to sit comfortly outside to enjoy the city view. However, the cleaniess of the room could be improved. I believe the staff has made their best effort to clean the carpet. But, that sort of carpet is not easy to clean. The car park is not fully 7x24. You can park the car overnight with 2000Yen per night. However, you can not drive-in or come-out between 23:00 to 08:00 every day.

Excellent services Staff polite and smart

The room was very clean, the staff were very friendly, and I had a very comfortable stay. The view of Osaka from the bathroom was amazing. The amenities were great, and drinks and nuts were provided free of charge. It's close to the station and easy to access, so I'd definitely like to stay here again.

This place is just crazy. It is a bit pricey but it is worth it. I think they should use better promotional photos. I went there without any expectations but the room was so spacious and the view was fantastic. I felt the sincerity and attention from all the staff from check-in to check-out. I definitely want to come back. Enjoy drinks including champagne and cocktail of the day for 3 hours in the lounge. Best place to stay.

I chose this hotel for a business trip. It is very close to the venue and very convenient. The hotel is clean and tidy. It is not bad.

Because of the shape of the hotel, the room types are quite different, but it is only the passageway, and the actual use is not much different. I stayed in Room 4 before because of the room type, but it was not very good. The price was high, about 1,800 rooms, no breakfast. It was a pity that it took more than 30 minutes to go through the procedures. I felt that the staff were not familiar with the business. The location is a bit remote, away from the commercial district. The cost performance is not high.
