Ulasan Sheraton Miyako Hotel Osaka

Spacious room with super comfortable bed. It's located just right beside Kintetsu Limited Express so it was very convenient coming from Nagoya without having to change trains. It's just 1 station away from Namba, Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi & Kuromon Market which is very convenient.

We stayed 4 nights at Sheraton Miyako Hotel, Osaka during 28-30 May & 2-4 June 2024. The room is relatively spacious and has all the required stuff like toiletries, coffee machine, fridge, etc. Staff is helpful and attentive. Check-in is really fast. Location is great with Kansai Airport Limo Bus from T1 or T2 to hotel doorstep. There are 3 subway lines below the hotel. Next to the hotel is 2 big shopping centres with lots of food option.

The Room is spacious and clean. Is located near to the subway station. Had a great stay!

A. very traditional Sheraton style hotel. Maintaining good quality of cleaningness and services . The location of this hotel is almost perfect, very very convenient travel by subway and JR, also it is easy to get a taxi. Love this hotel, will stay again if going to Osaka next time.

Location is convenient, service is normal and acceptable, price is a little bit higher as consider the overall performance.

Everything is good , only for families who have baby the hotel don’t offer to give cradle ،

Stayed on the 15th floor, the hotel was in a very good location and loved the hospitality. Definitely recommend staying at the Sheraton in Osaka.

Since Covid-19 5 years ago, this my 1st return trip to Osaka, me & my wife always find Sheraton Miyako Osaka provide excellent services from all staffs. Due to my business trip, we do not really have time to explore much of the hotel facilities & foods. Busy having meetings with suppliers. We love to stay in Sheraton Miyako Osaka Hotel because it is very convenient to travel to nearby town/city like Kyoto, Nara & Kobe. Also it is very convenient to travel from/to KIX with the airport limousine bus from this hotel.

Location is fantastic and airport limousine just arrived at front door. Train station is only 2 minutes walk and there is a department store there. Hotel is a bit old but breakfast is great.

All great, except that it’s not easy, also due to rooms’ size, to have a separate bed for kid.

The reception staff is very helpful and their spoken English is very good. The location is good and easy to go to the airport by limousine bus at the hotel. The buffet breakfast is nice with many choices.

The location is perfect for enjoying the city and also for catching a metro/train to other areas to explore. The staff were excellent and the breakfast was good enough - but to stop serving at 9:30 am on a Sunday, does seem odd. The rooms are clean and well maintained and everything was satisfactory. Thanks to the team for helping me find my iPad, much appreciated.

Excellent Hotel location. Have direct Limousine Bus to Kansai Airport from just besides the hotel.

The hotel is just located outside the train station with easy access to almost all the different train lines. Will be back for this hotel again.
