Hotel di , Osaka

Don’t expect this to be a full service hotel, it is self check in only but the steps are very easy so there’s not much issues there. Rooms are clean and spacious with spaces for luggages, it’s located near a train station and there’s few convenience store in the block so don’t worry about not finding any groceries. If you are looking for apartment like stays then this is a good recommendation, the only minor issue was that the air conditioning was not that strong so it was a bit stuffy. 

We booked the quadplets room that comes with 2 queen beds. It’s fully equipped. Would be better if washing machine has drying option. Limited space to eat in the room as only a small tea table and a small couch provided. Overall still a pleasant stay. Location wise is very convenient, very closed to Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi shopping street . As we need to depart for very early flight in the morning, this apt is perfect for a short walk to Nankai-Namba station, about 7mins walk. Staff is quick to response and clarify via chat when we didn’t know how to retrieve our room key & had issue with slow wifi connection. All solved promptly. 👍🏻

The location isn’t as near to Nippombashi as it claims to be. Getting there at night was challenging as it was through dark alleys that were strewn with garbage. Once the accomodation was located, the room was clean and bright and had all the necessary amenities that it advertised. The owner was friendly and helpful and all information required to check in was sent in an email after confirmation. Not suitable if you are travelling with large suitcases. If you are using the futon, you’ll have to make it up yourself. Then there will be no more room left to open your bags.

지하철과 떨어져 있어서 이동거리를 생각하고 여행일정을 짜야 함. 침구에서 바스락 거리는 소리가 많이 남. 수납공간이 매우 부족. 히터시스템의 난방시설로 매우 건조함(기관지에 매우 나쁨). 단열이 전혀 되지 않음. 창문을 다 닫았음에도 바닥으로 찬바람이 많이 들어옮. 하지만 새로생긴지 얼마 되지 않아 단정하고 깔끔한 느낌. 세탁기와 세제가 있어서 간단히 옷을 빨아 입을 수 있었음. 협소하지만 잠만 자기에는 충분함. 가족과 함께하는 여행으로는 추천하지 않음.

I stayed for 3 nights and it was quite satisfying. The room was in good condition and the location was excellent. Subway stations, shops, convenience store were very close to the hotel. The washing machine in the room was convenient as well. But wifi connection was very bad. The staff tried to solve the problem but I couldn't use wifi almost every night. It needs to be improved because it is a pretty big problem. If the wifi problem is solved, I would like to stay here again next time.

Location next to Nippombashi station, place is clean, has washing machine, kitchen area, oven, microwave, table, fridge etc. Sofa could do with a cover.

Good new apartment hotel in a local neighborhood. Maybe hard to locate but once you get it via Google map, it's easy to navigate around. Good room sized wt good sized bed for families. 5-7min walk to Nankai (Airport line), 5-8min walk to local metro lines. 5min walk to shinsekai.. Email check in and all self service.. All good and works.

聽朋友説去日本漫遊，住日本民宿比較好，但是當我確認行程的時候，發現好多民宿訂完了，最後發現還有4號店，看見兩張1.5米的大床，挺適合我們家出遊。看評論區23年的評價説有裝修，也有説環境差，結果選來選去還是定了10晚，一到酒店，就驚呆了，果然還在裝修，室外一片狼藉，樓下沒有門禁，類似於國內老小區安置房，突然覺得憋屈急了，在國外又不知道怎麼辦，衹能勉強住下。入住還是很方便，裏面也比較乾淨，但確實很擠，是很擠，也很黑，喜歡陽光的小夥伴就別選這個，放下行李箱之後，腳都沒地方去了。住了6晚之後，發現很嚴重的噴漆味，一看確實有個工人在外面刷漆，而且還有一把大風扇24小時插在外我們房間門口，真的是糟糕急了，在國內，這個房子不能拿出來商用吧？由於我是孕婦，最後跟攜程溝通這個情況，攜程協調好給我換了一個住一的其他門店，難波店還是不錯，像個酒店了，乾淨整潔，電器齊全，陽光充足，晾曬衣服也方便，離地鐵口也近，每天自由行很方便，我都拍圖片了，大家參考一下吧，前面的是4號店實況，後面的是換過的。

The price is satisfactory to me. There are convenience stores and drug stores around, which is very convenient.

位置超級方便，心齋橋，黑門市場都在附近，客服的服務也超級好，這裏的房間都很小，這款酒店適合帶小孩子，房大，床大～有空間放箱子，一般酒店都很難達到，下次來還選這家！
