Staff were helpful. The power went out a few times and we finally figured it out it was because of a faulty light. We got to change to another room. Room is quite spacious that we can open 2 suitcases at the same time. Buffet breakfast was ok. Location is convenient with a tram stop nearby.

The location is easy to go anywhere in the city by tram

Tram station is located in front of the hotel. It’s easy to go around the city.

The hotel is situated near the town.. the staff is very helpful. The rooms are very clean and lovely beds.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's clean, rooms are spacious and well located.

Service was excellent. Friendly helpful staff. Nearby city centre and traveling model is very convenient.

So happy to stay this hotel, nice location,great helpful service staffs ,good breakfast…. Really a good place for the people first time visit Oslo . I will be here again when I will visit Oslo and share all my friends too !

The location of the hotel is very good, although there is a few amenity in the room, the overall is not bad.

A bit far from the central station But the room is warm and nice Bathroom is a bit weird that the water would spread out of the showering area However, they provide free tea all the time Breakfast is always crowded and the quality is just ok, coffee was awful

It was the best hotels. I have stayed. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. We enjoyed the stay a lot. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who are planning to visit Oslo. It’s  just 13 min walk from central station oslo. Will definitely come back.

Nice hotel for one night layover . Comfortable and clean . Receptionist was super friendly. Breakfast was more than okay.

This is the most ridiculous hotel we’ve ever stayed in our entire life. No phone, no water glass, it’s just a bed and a fan. It gets really warm and humid at night and it’s impossible to keep the window open as it’s very noisy at night. The fan is just a disaster, we tried to use it the other night and it sounded like an aged engine (seriously) when we turned it on. The location of hotel is OK but there were way too many ******* and homeless wondering around the hotel and made us feel not safe at all. Bathroom is extremely small!!!!!!! My husband and I were barely able to get around in the shower room. The front desk agents were not helpful at all. They are very robotic in giving you all the answers and it come across to me that they hate their job so much! Defiantly not recommended anyone to stay there, horrible experience and we will tell all of my friends and family to avoid this hotel. 设施：0 卫生：2 环境：0 服务：0

No slippers provided in the room. Water heater is inconsistent.
