Friendly staff at counter and restaurant; comfy room with a review (as shown in the photo) ; I successfully booked a room near the airport but later I was refunded as I was told it was fully booked by a. Trip.con staff - which was not a very good experience. Luckily I found this hotel as I was totally satisfied.

很有名也很傳統的酒店，也是很講究身份的酒店。沒有讓人能説得出有什麼不舒服的地方，無法給出不好的評價。當然費用會比周邊的其他一些酒店貴。

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at Scandic Holmekollen. The hotel boasts a relaxing ambiance and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The combination of the serene atmosphere and the helpfulness of the staff made my stay truly enjoyable. Definitely staying at The Thief upon our return to Oslo. Incredible customer service, comfortable beds, best water pressure I have have ever experienced with sizzling hot water! Incredible location! Walk everywhere! Dining and shops immediately outside the front door. Downstairs bar was super chill hang out with phenomenal cocktails. Sassy blossom was my favorite.

Hotel just right to the main station, 5 mins walk away. love that there was a luggage room so no need to worry if you arrived early. however there was a hiccup during our stay. where my friend forgot her small pillow at the hotel and when we emailed to ask there were no answer untill few days later with nothing was found in the room, couple of days later they found the pillow and send to us with charge, at least it was found. thanks to housekeeping and the management team.

The location was absolutely fantastic, being located right across Oslo Central Station. This made it really convenient bringing our heavy luggage to the room and there was also no stairs involved. The room had all the basic necessities, but I was sorely missing room slippers to keep your feet warm in the cold. While there was a coffee machine, there was no kettle provided, if you want to make a cup of tea instead. However, the one thing that truly sets this hotel apart is the breakfast, which is stellar compared to other hotel breakfasts you might get in Europe.
