Our recent experience at Centro Park Hotel in Ostfildern has left us utterly disappointed, prompting us to share our ordeal on TripAdvisor as a warning to potential guests. We had booked a three-night stay from September 5 to 8, and right from the start, issues arose. The automated check-in machine, intended to replace human reception, was out of order. Our late arrival stranded us outside, unable to check in. After a frustrating 15-minute call, we were promised assistance in 20 minutes (though we ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes outside). To compound matters, one of our team members' rooms wasn't registered, and they had to settle for another guest's room. Later that night, another team member arrived around 11 pm, and the individual who eventually opened the door made her wait outside for approximately twenty minutes before allowing her in. The mismanagement persisted with no available drinks in the lobby and a lack of bottled water in the rooms—unacceptable for any hotel, especially one associated with a reputable chain. We stayed at Centro Park Hotel for professional reasons, and the experience as guests was absolutely inexcusable, all in the presence of our client. We want to highlight that we had to apologize to our client for the dysfunctional and disrespectful behavior of Centro Hotel's staff and management, which is not only embarrassing for the hotel in Ostfildern but highly inappropriate. What we experienced in this hotel was absolutely disrespectful. Their proposed solution for reimbursement? A paltry voucher for 200 euros... Never again will we choose this establishment. Das Hotel ist definitiv sauber und das Personal ist durchaus bemüht. Leider ist das Hotel ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, was sich auch im Eingangsbereich und dem gesamten Ambiente zeigt. Die Zimmer sind teilweise sehr klein und abgenutzt. Das Restaurant bietet sehr gutes Essen als carte mit einem okayen Service. Das ist alles nicht wirklich dramatisch schlecht, aber das Hotel hat eigentlich einiges an Potential

Excellent service at the front desk and breakfast , other services I didn't use - hotel is very well located. Rooms are functional and very stylish - wonderful view and cosy. I found a very personal note in my room from the room manager. I met the hotel director Mr. Welti. He lives an excellent hospitality - congratulations!

Sind in den letzten Jahren gelegentlich hier gewesen. Unter neuem Namen hat sich nicht so viel verändert. Die Reservierung klappt wie immer perfekt. Wenn keine Großveranstaltungen in der Gegend stattfinden, sind günstige Preise und Angebote verfügbar. Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto in die Tiefgarage geht gut, dann muss man allerdings in der riesigen Tiefgarage des Einkaufszentrums den richtigen Ausgang finden. Das Hotel ist nicht zentral in Stuttgart, sondern im Vorort, die Anbindung mit der S-Bahn (5-10 min Fußweg) ist auch abends gut. Empfang und check-in schnell, höflich, unkompliziert. Zimmer und Bad sind sauber, und funktionell, aber kein Luxus. Manche Zimmer zur Hauptstraße können bei geöffnetem Fenster recht laut sein. Zur anderen Seite schläft man aber sehr ruhig. Im Sommer kann es in den Zimmern je nach Lage und Sonneneinstrahlung auch warm werden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war immer sehr gut, zur Zeit wird die Auswahl durch die Gesundheitslage deutlich eingeschränkt, aber immer noch ist die Qualität akzeptabel. Wer sich der Lage bewusst ist, für den ist die Übernachtung hier ihren Preis wert.

Ich war dienstlich für 3 Nächte im Wangener Landhaus Aparthotel. Beim Checkin wurde ich leider nicht sehr freundlich begrüßt. Der Service beim Frühstück war aber top - hier superfreundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal! Die Frühstücksauswahl war auch sehr gut. Mein Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das hat gepasst. Es wurde kostenfreies W-Lan angeboten - jedoch war das W-Lan nicht sehr stabil (in meinem Zimmer kaum zu benutzen). Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Parkplätze stehen ausreichend kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Mit der S-/U-Bahn erreicht man die Stuttgarter Innenstadt in ca. 15 Minuten.

L'hotel mi ha dato la sensazione di aver vissuto tempi gloriosi,come se un tempo fosse stato di una certa importanza,questo per dettagli di arredamento e di servizi nelle camere che un tempo dovevano offire un maggiore confort. Le dimensioni della camera sono ragguardevoli: camera davvero grande con salottino,scrivania e balcone con tavolo e sedie. Lo stile della camera e i suoi arredi rimandano ad altri tempi però ancora oggi son ben tenuti eccezione fatta per la moquette,consumata e macchiata sia dentro la camera che nel corridoio. Al bagno probabilmente è stata messa mano in tempi più recenti rispetto alla camera ma la realizzazione è avvenuta con materiali decisamente economici e si vede molto;in luogo della doccia era presente una vasca idromassaggio datata e non credo funzionante, tuttavia il bagno è stato funzionale a ciò che serviva;nota davvero negativa la mancanza dell'aspiratore. Top : parcheggio gratuito e fermata della metro di fronte all'hotel che porta in centro in 10 min. Per quanto concerne la colazione c'era di tutto e per tutti i gusti anche se la qualità non mi ha entusiasmato.

This hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Waiblingen. Modern, clean and bright rooms (we had a corner room with a queen size bed and a pull-our sofa) hotel staff were all lovely and willing to help with any request we had. The night staff was even kind enough to pour us a drink from the bar at 1am when everything else in Waiblingen had already closed. The breakfast buffet is absolutely appropriate for a hotel in that price range. There is an underground car park in the adjacent building which is convenient as car park space is otherwise very limited nearby. Definitely one to come back to when we’re in Waiblingen next time.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, modern und praktisch. Gute Verdunkelung, großer Fernseher, soweit so gut, dass ich nach meinem ersten Besuch wiederkam. Beim ersten Besuch war das gesamte Gebäude gerade fertiggestellt, die Rezeption an einem kleinen Tisch im Flur, provisorisch eben. Die Lounge, in der es Frühstück und eine Bar geben sollte noch nicht fertig, aber in Arbeit. Nun, ca. 3 Monate später ist die Lounge zwar fertig, es gibt aber immer noch kein Frühstück und keine Bar am Abend. Als Vielreisender ist mir das zwar wichtig, ich würde wegen der guten Zimmer aber drüber hinwegsehen. Leider muss man sich zwingend selbst einchecken. Ich hatte das Hotel unterwegs gebucht, bin losgefahren und danach die Mail zum Self-check in bekommen. Nun ja, beim Fahren schwierig. Also hingefahren, in der Hoffnung einer Rezeption, die mich einfach eincheckt. Ist nicht möglich, man muss sich an einem Tablet selber einchecken, die Daten einmal für den Meldeschein und noch einmal für die Rechnungsadresse eingeben. Trotz des sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiters sehr nervig und zeitaufwendig. In anderen Hotels reiche ich meine Visitenkarte für die Rechnungsadresse, schreibe mein Geburtsdatum auf den Meldeschein und unterschreibe, das dauert 3 Minuten und nervt nicht. Aus diesem Grund werde ich dieses Hotel in Zukunft möglichst meiden.
