Location is very good as it is right across from Otaru train station. Breakfast is very good and there is supper too. But the room is a little small.

Love the night noodles! onsen was great! But the bed was hard and rougher than expected

Location: Just diagonally across the road from JR Otaru station and bus interchange. Attraction: Otaru Canal is within walking distance. Facilities: Love the complimentary noodle supper, ice-cream and yoghurt drink at the resting lounge just outside the onsen.

Super good location. 2mins walk from the station and 6mins walk to the kamel.

I booked a dbl room during winter trip and didn't want to haul my luggage in the freezing snow. Very convenient and literally acrosss the street from otaru station. Room is a bit old and small but I don't mind. Bathroom is clean. Towel is clean. Pillow is a bit small. Onsen was great. Lobby served fresh grounded coffee all day and night. 1 min walk to Lawson for late night cravings.

Just across the station, walking distance to the shopping streets and the canal. Breakfast was really nice with fresh and cooked seafood but you have to be in a queue to be seated.

Good location. Opposite is Otaru JR station and Bus terminal. Walking distance to Otaru Cannal. Love the Onsen here.

Excellent location especially on the snowy day, very close to Otaru train station. Checking in with the machine booth, so modern, never seen things like this before. So many choices on breakfast at 2nd floor, Bravo!!! Small room for 2 with a reasonable price, acceptable.

As a Dormy Inn Premium, the food was excellent. Breakfast had a good spread of fresh sashimi and other traditional japanese options. The public bath was well maintained and as always the free ramen and ice cream round up a great day. The location is just across the Otaru JR Station and a 10 minute walk to the Otaru Canal.

Not a bad stay there with good staff and service would definitely recommend

Location is very good and convenient walking distance to fish market and don donki , but the hotel room a bit old need to improve .

The room is spacious. The breakfast here is superb. I used to stay here last year and very impressed. Will definitely stay here again if visit Otaru.
