The staff at the reception speaks fluent English, which is good. Sth dramatic happened after I checked in. Somehow my suitcase cannot be unlocked,though I knew the key number. So I had to call reception for help, luckily they do have the tool to open the suitcase, but I was told to wait because someone else were using it and I was supposed to be called after the reception got the tool. Waited whole night long, with no phone call, and had to check out the next morning with my broken suitcase. So if you find your suitcase cannot be opened, go find reception immediately or u might not get the chance to use the tool, haha

　アメニティはフロント横で取っていく無駄を省いたシンプルなホテルなので、5つ星や4つ星ホテルを求めては物足りないと思います。ただ普通のビジネスホテルよりはるかに落ち着ける新しく清潔なホテルです。朝食付きのパック料金でもサイトによりとてもリーズナブルなものがあります。 　ロケーションは運河沿いではなく、旧日銀ビルなどに並んだ位置にあるため、とても静かです。モール商店街に近いために散歩がてら寿司屋、花園町のケーキの館や新倉屋にも近いです。さらに隣にLAWSONがあります。 　駐車場はチェックイン前の13時から預けらるれるので、車を置いて運河や必見の小樽芸術村、小樽市立文学館など観光に最適です。 　運河沿いから離れると途端に観光客料金ではない地元民価格のお店が現れ、場所が素晴らしいと思います。 　さらにホテルの部屋からの港を一望できる眺めは素敵でした。 　私たちは広くない部屋にエクストラベッドというさらに狭い条件でしたが、とても快適に過ごせました。ドアが厚いのか全く他の部屋の音が聞こえないことも理由かと思います。 　ただし部屋の風呂は狭いです。代わりに最上階の大浴場は温泉ではありませんが、眺めがよく清潔です。またコロナ対策のためか混雑しないよう、使えるロッカーを制限していたのも好印象です。 　朝食バイキングは北海道への観光客が目当てとする魚*や蟹などありません。それでも地元野菜やアリスファームのジャムなど美味です。和食というより洋食よりのメニューですが、温かい食べ物が多く、雪の小樽でも暖まります。厚切りベーコンと蒸し野菜がとても美味しかったです。 　またスタッフが若くて、キビキビしているのにとても好感を持ちました。駐車場に入れる際にフロントスタッフが、雪のなか誘導してくれました。朝食会場でも活躍していましたので、人手の必要なところに手助けするようです。 　新しく間接照明の多いのも落ち着けるビジネスホテルとしては上級です。 　お勧めは、夕食後にアーケード街の端にある、歩いて5分の「酒商たかの」という17時から角打ちスタイルの酒屋はご主人が最高にフレンドリーで、日本酒を一杯飲めば人との触れ合いもできます。 　私たちは旅行支援を利用しました。支払いは１人3,300円にクーポン3,000円がついていたので、実質300円です。申し訳ない費用でした。また利用したいです。

Let’s start with the Service staff. Customer facing warm attentive accommodating responsive smiling. Choose any positive word and it will be here in this wonderful onsen resort family managed with the son at the front to welcome you. Shiro San. Mother and owner father are both very active in the daily management Lobby evening cocktail hour is pleasant and relaxing. Sink into the warm ambiance of the lobby coffee beer area with eye catching decor n warm service. Cookies nuts beer coffee n wine are served here. Breakfast n dinner are a delight n foodie experience especially in room and whether in the different dinning areas western or Japanese. Such a delightful experience to have both like we did. Food n beverage is excellent and we totally enjoyed our 2nd and 3rd nights dinner in room. Onto the onsen now. There are 2 public onsen areas and I tried both. I was totally blown away by the evening session at the onsen located at the lower level. Out of this world is the description with Indoor hot pool Outdoor hot pool Outdoor cold pool Sauna n steam room n Fireplace The onsen on the lobby level is different as it has a high tech sauna room with a hot area where you can lie down to enjoy the heat on back or front. Car park is ample and a very very short drive to the lobby drop off pick up with a shelter should it rain. A must come n try

We booked this hotel again after a very pleasant stay years ago, despite the price being on the higher side for our travel dates. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet our expectations due to miscommunication about pricing. Somehow, it wasn’t stated in my booking that I was traveling with a child, I carefully clarified with both the hotel and the agent weeks before arrival about extra charges. I received confirmation of the exact nett amount to top up and decided not to cancel. However, upon arrival, we were informed of a different price—an additional $300+ for my child, despite not needing an extra bed. Our check-in was badly delayed, as we arrived late at night with a child and had to sort through this issue. I had to present all the email confirmations from the hotel and the agent to resolve the situation, which was frustrating and unnecessary after such thorough prior communication. On a positive note, the hotel’s location remains excellent. It provides direct access to the airport via a nearby station and is just one stop away from Otaru Canal, making it convenient for travelers. While the location is undoubtedly a highlight, the inconsistency in communication and lack of clarity about pricing policies overshadowed the experience.

Amazing location (10min walk from JR Station, 12-15min walk to main shopping street), great view facing the canal. Staff were very friendly. Overall facilities seemed old but very clean and well maintained. I would recommend this hotel to others!

お部屋は大変綺麗でした。ツアーでしたので選べませんでしたが、新しい建物のほうで全てが新築で綺麗でした。でも歴史的建造物をリノベしたレストランがある方のお部屋も気になりましたが。窓の外の景観が全くなく、ダメ元でフロントに掛け合いましたがツアー客は変更できません、と言われ。。omo那覇さんはツアー客でもチェンジしてくれましたけどね。綺麗なお部屋なんですが、使い勝手が今ひとつでした。冷蔵庫が遠い。テーブルの近くにあって欲しかったです。あと、トイレ、洗面台、シャワー室は広々しているのですがあの広さがあればバスタブを作れたのではないでしょうか。omoシリーズは若い人向けだからバスタブは必要ない、とかでしょうか。お隣の歴史的建造物と中で繋がり、レストランへも行けます。そのレストランですが、予約制でディナーがあり朝食もそちらで食べます。朝食は豪華でした。かなり工夫されていてバラエティに富み美味しかったです。でも、トマムのニニヌプリの方が美味しかったですね。冷たいお惣菜がどれも今ひとつでした。それと高級感出し過ぎ。。ちょっと疲れます。ツアーに組み込まれていたので幾らだかわかりませんが、そんなに高価な朝食なのでしょうか？トマムと比べてomoシリーズには中国人がほとんどいないので少しホッとしますが。目の前にコンビニあり、小樽中心地にあり観光にも便利です。朝食はなくてもいいので、お安く泊まれたらまた行きたいですね。

Good hotel stay with plenty of extra amenities and storage to make your stay comfy. Smoking area for smoking guests stinks the whole lobby as you walk through reception to the lift, which is a shame. It is a non smoking hotel. Close to the sightseeing spots and about 10 mins walk to JR Station and supermarket.

　小樽の町には何度か泊まったことが有りますが、今回は小樽市を高いところから一望しようと小樽天狗山ロープウェイに寄ってから、横移動してホテルに到着しました。玄関近くの駐車スペースに車を停めました。玄関を入ると自動検温器があり、消毒液を手にスプレーして、順番待ちのためフロント前で休憩。8階の2809号室のツインルームに入りました。室内設備は、一般のホテルと同等に完備されていました。窓からは、ホテル横の道路や近くの山の景色が見えました。札幌市に住む友達がホテルのフロント前1階レストランで夕食を予約してくれていたので、友達と一緒に会食となりました。混んではいませんでしたので、コース料理を、話しながらゆっくりと楽しむことができました。館内は、室内プール、フィットネスも有りましたが、1泊だけでしたので利用できませんでした。修学旅行生も大勢泊まっていたので、土産物ショップは結構若者が来ていました。朝食は、2階のレストランでブッフェスタイルでした。食べ物も結構揃っているので腹一杯になりました。朝一番で大浴場に行きましたが、ほとんど人が居なくでゆったりと入れました。チェックアウト出ホテルを出てからは、上方に登り、ループの道路と朝里川ダムと紅葉を見てから帰路につきました。1泊ではもったいないリゾートタイプのホテルでした。

小樽に行く際は必ずと言っていいほどオーセントさんにお世話になります いつもはツインのお部屋を予約しますが、今回は旅行支援を利用したので奮発してデラックスツインにしました 眺めがよくて最高でした ですが、近くに新しいホテルが出来て、海側の眺めが遮られてしまったのが少し残念です フロントやラウンジなどにいるスタッフの方の対応もとても丁寧で、廊下をすれ違う清掃のスタッフの方々も挨拶なども とても気持ちが良いのです（泊まる度に毎回変わらず） 食事や観光 どこに行くのも便利な場所にあるし、小樽駅まではアーケードを通って行けるので、天気が悪い時などはとても助かります ホテル内の食事もとても美味しくて 本当におすすめのホテルです

温泉、食事、お部屋、どれも私の好みに合い、非常に良かったです。 本館の部屋に家族4人で宿泊。開口部が大きくとってあり見晴らしが良く明るい部屋でした。石狩湾、JRの線路、小樽の町並みが眼下に見下ろせました。 私達しか宿泊客がいないのでは、と思うくらい静かで、他のお客にも会いませんでした。 部屋も、部屋風呂も広く寛ぐことが出来ました。特に温泉は湯加減が私にはちょうど良くて気持ちよかったです。タオルが山のように置いてあり、濡れたタオルを使わないで良いのが嬉しかったです。 食事は食事会場で、海鮮の会席料理をいただきました。アスパラ、ホタテ、ジャガイモ等北海道産の食材が使われ、どれも美味しかったです。 とても良い宿ですので、また是非訪れたいと思っています。
