Hotel berhampiran Otaru Sakaimachi Street, Otaru

Stayed for 2d1n as a couple. We had a comfortable stay in the room, which was spacious and even had a small sofa. The location is excellent, a short walk from Otaruchikko station. It is also directly connected to the large Aeon mall which we visited quite a lot. It connects directly to Wingbay as well, which was convenient for shopping, etc. It is about a 30 minute walk to the more touristy part of Otaru, which was fine with us since the prices in the surrounding area were also lower.

Is a very busy hotel, staffs in reception looks tired all the times 😅 (no greeting upon check in no good bye upon go out). But the hotel itself is worth 5 stars. - location opposite JR station 5 stars - walking distance to Otaru canal 5 stars - Onsen available with small treats / amenities (microwave) very thoughtful more than 5 stars - room sound / noise proof is very good. Can’t hear the noice from corridor or next door or top room ( which I have this sound issue at other hotels when staying in other Hokkaido hotel for 10 days ) - recommended hotel will come back again

Let’s start with the Service staff. Customer facing warm attentive accommodating responsive smiling. Choose any positive word and it will be here in this wonderful onsen resort family managed with the son at the front to welcome you. Shiro San. Mother and owner father are both very active in the daily management Lobby evening cocktail hour is pleasant and relaxing. Sink into the warm ambiance of the lobby coffee beer area with eye catching decor n warm service. Cookies nuts beer coffee n wine are served here. Breakfast n dinner are a delight n foodie experience especially in room and whether in the different dinning areas western or Japanese. Such a delightful experience to have both like we did. Food n beverage is excellent and we totally enjoyed our 2nd and 3rd nights dinner in room. Onto the onsen now. There are 2 public onsen areas and I tried both. I was totally blown away by the evening session at the onsen located at the lower level. Out of this world is the description with Indoor hot pool Outdoor hot pool Outdoor cold pool Sauna n steam room n Fireplace The onsen on the lobby level is different as it has a high tech sauna room with a hot area where you can lie down to enjoy the heat on back or front. Car park is ample and a very very short drive to the lobby drop off pick up with a shelter should it rain. A must come n try

Saya memilih hotel ini kerana saya merancang untuk pergi ke resort ski. Walaupun berbanding dengan tempat yang lebih murah berhampiran Stesen Otaru, ia adalah tawaran yang bagus dengan tempat letak kereta percuma dan mandian terbuka. Kemudahannya juga bersih. Kopi dan teh boleh didapati secara percuma di lobi berserta kemudahan seperti lobi. Perkara yang menarik ialah ia mempunyai teh hijau panggang! Dari segi kemudahan, agak menyusahkan kerana ketuhar gelombang mikro hanya berada di tingkat tiga, dan tempat mandi terbuka yang luas dan selesa, tetapi saya suka mandi sejuk tetapi mereka tidak mempunyai satu, jadi saya berikan 4 senyuman. Sungguh mengagumkan bahawa kakitangannya sangat ramah dan mesra. Saya akan menggunakannya lagi lain kali.

オーシャンフロントロイヤルスイートルーム 805号室に宿泊しました。 最上階の円形のフロア、リビングからの海岸と岸壁の景色が絵画のように素晴らしく感動しました。 海岸にそびえたつ建物は古いようでしたが、部屋は綺麗にメンテンスされていて快適に滞在できました。リビングおよび浴室からの景色は素晴らしく、この眺望を楽しむだけでも宿泊する価値があるように思われました。調度品はアンティックな雰囲気で、リゾートの雰囲気とマッチしていて良かったです。 大きな浴室は温泉ではありませんが、常にお湯が張られた状態で、いつでも入ることが良かったです。浴室の窓を開けて、日本海の波の音を聞きながら、日本海の雄大な景色を楽しめました。タオル類も十分な数が用意されていたのも良かったです。 夕食はレストランでスイートルーム特別コース「プレジール」を頂きました。品数も多く、ボリュームもあり、おいしく頂くことができました。ワインも割安で良かったです。箸で頂くことができ、女性スタッフの方もフレンドリーで、楽しく夕食を頂くことができました。追加料理でホワイトアスパラハスの料理をお願いしましたが、とてもおいしく満足できました。 朝食もレストランで「創作ブレックファースト」を頂きました。景色を楽しみながら、席でゆったりと朝食を頂けて楽しめました。朝からスパークリングを無料で頂くことができたのも良かったです。余談ですが、男性スタッフのユニークな髪型がよかったです。 今回は大変満足しました。また機会があれば、宿泊したく思いました。

Very nice place to stay and room size is large by Japanese standard. If you drive, it is a good place to stay otherwise it can be a long walk to the touristy areas

We stayed at Yu Kiroro for one week and it was the best vacation my family could have asked for! You definitely need a car if you will be staying here and there’s plenty of parking for guests outside and near the hotel across the street. The entrance is very welcoming and we felt at home right away. When you check in, each guest receives a complementary parfait and one access to private onsen. The hotel was very clean and very quiet. The kitchen is well-equipped with dish-washer, oven, microwave, and a massive fridge so we simply bought groceries when we felt like staying in at a local supermarket (I recommend TRIAL). The bathrooms were also very nice with room and floor heating so your feet won’t get cold in the morning. The sheets were crisp and clean and the massive window in each room had an amazing view and sunlight on a good day. The restaurant within the hotel was very affordable yet served high quality food with great view of nature. They also offer family friendly activities such as horse riding, morning walks, and outdoor bbq. Overall, it was a great experience to escape from the city to relax and go to onsen every night before it closes at 12 am. They are also very reasonable with room keeping and respectful with our privacy and time as we stayed in a lot. This place is a must try, and we will definitely go back especially in winter! 　小樽の町には何度か泊まったことが有りますが、今回は小樽市を高いところから一望しようと小樽天狗山ロープウェイに寄ってから、横移動してホテルに到着しました。玄関近くの駐車スペースに車を停めました。玄関を入ると自動検温器があり、消毒液を手にスプレーして、順番待ちのためフロント前で休憩。8階の2809号室のツインルームに入りました。室内設備は、一般のホテルと同等に完備されていました。窓からは、ホテル横の道路や近くの山の景色が見えました。札幌市に住む友達がホテルのフロント前1階レストランで夕食を予約してくれていたので、友達と一緒に会食となりました。混んではいませんでしたので、コース料理を、話しながらゆっくりと楽しむことができました。館内は、室内プール、フィットネスも有りましたが、1泊だけでしたので利用できませんでした。修学旅行生も大勢泊まっていたので、土産物ショップは結構若者が来ていました。朝食は、2階のレストランでブッフェスタイルでした。食べ物も結構揃っているので腹一杯になりました。朝一番で大浴場に行きましたが、ほとんど人が居なくでゆったりと入れました。チェックアウト出ホテルを出てからは、上方に登り、ループの道路と朝里川ダムと紅葉を見てから帰路につきました。1泊ではもったいないリゾートタイプのホテルでした。

👍🏽Pros: - Facilities in the room seems new. - Most of the front desk staffs are friendly and speak English - Close to most of attractions - There's a sliding door dividing the bathroom and the bedrooms, which helps to soundproof the sleeping area. 👎🏽Cons: - Far from Otaru station - Public bath is quite small. It would be crowded when there are more than 5 people in the public bath. - Only provides complimentary green tea bags, no black tea or coffee.

小樽に行く際は必ずと言っていいほどオーセントさんにお世話になります いつもはツインのお部屋を予約しますが、今回は旅行支援を利用したので奮発してデラックスツインにしました 眺めがよくて最高でした ですが、近くに新しいホテルが出来て、海側の眺めが遮られてしまったのが少し残念です フロントやラウンジなどにいるスタッフの方の対応もとても丁寧で、廊下をすれ違う清掃のスタッフの方々も挨拶なども とても気持ちが良いのです（泊まる度に毎回変わらず） 食事や観光 どこに行くのも便利な場所にあるし、小樽駅まではアーケードを通って行けるので、天気が悪い時などはとても助かります ホテル内の食事もとても美味しくて 本当におすすめのホテルです
