Hôtel situé à 20minutes en voiture du centre de Ottawa. Commerces, autoroute et restaurants à proximité immédiate. Hôtel globalement propre malgré la poussière cumulée sur certaines surfaces. Matelas confortable mais les oreillers seraient à améliorer. Le personnel est agréable. Petit déjeuner disponible pour 15$/personne. Peut être bruyant le samedi soir car l’hôtel accueille des équipes sportives.

Very good hotel but i give 4 to location because it was 10 to 15 minuets walk to ByWard market where os busiest place in ottawa . I have few complains that can be fixed easily. First the water in the gym was tap water which tasted bad and second is that i noticed the gel shower and shampoo was a same liquid, im not sure but it felt like it

Hotel ini sedikit runtuh (walaupun lobinya cantik). Tempat tidurnya tidak terlalu selesa. Mereka menelefon setiap hari untuk menawarkan kami pengemasan yang bagus. Jelas sekali disebabkan oleh COVID beberapa kemudahan tidak tersedia. Ia memberikan helah untuk apa yang kami perlukan dan agak murah.

For my first time staying overnight at Ottawa, I booked a hotel room for one night at Lord Elgin. Upon arriving early at the hotel, I was provided with a room before my check-in time - which was very appreciated. The facilities are clean and the staff is friendly. However, little did we know, our room on the 7th floor was connected to another room with adjoining doors. We were unable to sleep through the night as the room had little to no sound isolation from the connecting room, in which a baby was crying all night. I am baffled as to how we were able to hear every single noise: coughing and sneezing from the parents in the other room, their toilet flushing and the baby crying throughout the entire night. We were unable to sleep comfortably and woke up with splitting headaches. I booked this hotel to be the closest possible to the Rideau Canal Skateway, but I will have to find another hotel the next time.
