This is the worst hotel with the worst room i have ever been and if you can please cancel the room and give full refund so that i can book a good hotel

Rooms are small, but the building is new, and everything is clean!

My 2nd time here.. very strategic location, Room is clean and cozy, very near to city centre, nearby great coffee shops and shopping areas, staff are friendly.. Everything about this hotel is just great..

Heating not working. Extremely rude staff. The old lady on reception was extremely rude and asked me to checkout if i had problem with heating.

Good location, however the room was very small, fits only bed. No table, kettle or mini fridge.

The cleanliness is good. The staff is helpful and respond fast to request. The only issue is nothing inside room except a bed and a TV. Everything you can get in other hotels such as hair dryer, cups and handset require you to go down to reception to collect. Also not enough hooks or hangers and racks to place your clothes, towels or personal belongings,

We stayed for one night only and just needed a bed and a shower so the fact that it was compact and basic was fine. There are two clothes hanger and no desk/chairs. If that’s what you are wanting then you need to look elsewhere. There is a coffee machine downstairs and loads of shops just across the road. The staff are so nice and friendly. Our toilet smelt really bad when we checked in but they sent a cleaner straight away and cleaned it again. No problems after that. Basic but ticks all the boxes!!

The hygiene of the room is very good and the facilities are very new. But the room is very small, the bed takes up most of the room, and there is almost no room to move around after putting the luggage.

Staffs provide good service as always. But super small room, I feel hard to stand in the twin room. No kettle no cups in the room.

A bit far away from the city centre, but these is a bus stop nearby, only costs 2 pounds to get to the city centre. The room is a bit small for two people, but fit for a solo trip like me.

The bathroom was also compact but functional, with hot water available at all times. One downside was the lack of amenities in the room. There was no kettle or coffee-making facilities, and while there was a TV, the channel selection was limited. However, if you're just looking for a place to sleep, it serves its purpose.

Was good for £55 a night very basic.

The staffs are so helpfully. However the room is a bit too small, the room could use a small desk or chair. The toilet is clean but somehow had a bit of smell.
