Overall good experience, except that the main elevator was out of service. Rooms could do with an uplift as they are looking tired. Breakfast was very good, although the croissants were not very fresh.

酒店設施略顯陳舊，房間空間夠大，窗外路易港景色不錯，地理位置好，下樓就是waterfront 商業街。在攜程上訂的半食宿套餐性價比不錯。

I had my birthday dinner at Yuzu restaurant with friends and all was beyond perfect.. Godish and Tiffany were there to make us feel comfortable from start to finish .. food was amazing and wines were absolutely wonderful.. thanks for the Yuzu team for the excellent service and fabulous food..

The best location of the city with sea view room. I just love the hotel and accommodation. The best food and service ever I enjoyed. Very very big thanks to NISTHA for helping amd guiding me for the best food and service.I must be recommending for business and travel with family.

I was in Mauritius for one day for a work trip and to say this exceeded my expectations is nothing short of accurate. The welcome was warm and accommodating. The staff were fantastic and a real joy to speak to and help solve issues i had with such a busy schedule. Saira, on the front desk was amazing. Very kind, keen to help and quite possibly made me day. Thank you Priyanka, was very kind on my leaving, check out and again just in general very happy to help me. I cant say that any staff member i spoke to was in anyway shape or form unapproachable but also very welcoming and friendly. It has been a pleasure staying here

The food was yummy! Be sure to try the lamb rack and the spinach/ricotta ravioli. It's delicious! We downed it all with a good bottle of red... and the coffee creme brulee... just the perfect conclusion to a very nice meal. But what certainly made it a premium experience was the attentiveness and the excllent service by Nilesh and Tricia. They make you feel like stars! We highly recommend!

Vissen Sanjeev is the best ! He goes above and beyond and makes me feel welcome. I look forward to coming back to this hotel. So friendly & nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are comfy and very clean. The food is of a high standard and they have some great wines too!

Service was excellent all around, and Vissen was extra attentive and friendly at breakfast each morning. Definitely a 5 star service in the centre of town. I would recommend staying here for business instead of a sea side hotel as there is too much traffic.

I emailed this hotel many times to correct the charge for room reserved they placed on my credit card even though the room was prepaid. The customer service is not up to par of what should be expected. The reservations manager said the front desk will contact me however after several attempts to contact them there was no reply.

Had an incredible time at the Labourdonnais Waterfront Hotel! We enjoyed our wines at the outdoor bar, Nadeem was excellent as a bartender and server. He gave us recommendations of places to visit which was very helpful. An impressive experience overall!

An awesome place to hang out and enjoy all the amenities it has to offer. Truly love our lunch experience at the Post Box Lounge Bar. We especially appreciate the flawless service from Nadeem Bur, he remembers exactly what we like to drink and the lunch we enjoyed so much. Thank you again for the wonderful experience!

We just had the pleasure of staying 3 days at your amazing Labourdonnais Waterfront Hotel. We had a lovely waterfront suite. Most importantly we appreciated the amazing front desk staff comprising Saira, Sephora, Doshika, Yash, for their smiles and efficiency and your IT person Kishan. We owe a special thanks to Saira who helped us sort out the Norwegian Cruise Lines error with our airport transfer and arrange a private car to take us there. For all of this, we are truly thankful. Our view was amazing! We were on the 6th floor and had a waterfront balcony! This was the accommodation that Norwegian Cruise Line selected for us, and they were top notch! Our flight out wasn’t until 10:30 PM the next night, and the hotel staff were kind enough to extend our stay to accommodate our flight plans (this was all post cyclone so the a lot of flights were messed up from a temporary closing of the airport)! They also have a lovely patio/bar at the back of the hotel that opens up right into the heart of the bay and shops. The hotel has plenty of options for food on site, and the food was delicious! Our first afternoon here, we had the main restaurant in the hotel (I had pan-seared red snapper and my husband had spinach and ricotta tortellini). In the morning, we had the breakfast bar provided that included: bacon, sausage, eggs, different types of curry, rice, dim sum, pastries, cereal, crepes, fresh juices, and fruits. So impressed with the establishment! We will definitely be back in a couple years with our daughter once she gets older!
