Hotel berhampiran Marks and Spencer, Oxford

酒店旁邊就是公交站，去oxford center比較方便，房間面積還可以，陽光充足，乾淨，温馨，窗户望出去風景很好，早晨還看到了小松鼠，孩子很喜歡。但是入住時間4點之後，退房時間是10點，真的很不方便，另外，入住連續5天以上的才會提供房間打掃，我們連續入住三天就沒有打掃，覺得不是很合理，需要改善。

The location is excellent which is at the city centre. The price is reasonable but the room is a bit small. Apart from the small area, everything is perfect

Very very basic. Very little care taken in general. Room was ok but small and stuffy. Decor run down . Corridors cramped and shabby. Desk was unmanned, had to buzz to get staff over road from their “ sister “ hotel. They seemed disinterested. Little local knowledge. Walls paper thin. When i left in the morning , I walked out into a building site - the whole section , including the front door , had been sectioned off workmen - who shouted at me for not wearing a hard-hat 😂 would have been nice to get a heads up from the hotel this was happening. You get what you pay for , and this was cheap , but I won’t be staying again. Recommend avoiding

暑假期間，價格優惠，房間都是統一標準的尺寸，景觀不同價格有差異。乾淨衛生，不大，但是實用。看了看9月的價格相當的貴，都需要3K了。 離牛津西門商場很近，各種美食都很方便，步行到達牛津各個學院，非常方便。 酒店早餐很不錯，除了擺出來的各種美食，還可以跟服務員要omelet蛋卷等一些現做的，味道好過希爾頓系列酒店。萬豪出品，水準放心。

酒店位置不錯，距離神學院公交四站，走路大約20分鐘。 房間也挺大，這個房型床很大，感覺有2米了。四口入住，房間介紹有兩張沙發床，沒看到，圖片顯示上下樓，實際是平層，不過面積夠大，酒店給加了兩張小床。 取暖不錯，房間温度舒適，窗外是農場，非常田園的感覺。 早餐中規中矩。 美中不足，前台臉很臭，也沒有人搬行李，後來去房間路上遇到一個工作人員看我拖箱子還拎了四個包很吃力，主動把我送去房間，非常感謝！ 酒店衞生不錯，浴缸和水壺都很乾凈，床褥收拾的也非常乾淨。 總體很滿意。

Was easy to locate especially for first timers in oxford. There was a convenience store & fast food van just opposite and was so perfect to get something to eat. Room was super clean although there was no intercom to communicate with the the receptionist as we had to go downstairs to complain when we had a issues with our toilet sink. However, it was quickly sorted and we were assisted to get another room asap

It was a short trip to Oxford and we booked one night stay at this hotel. Location was very good as its only short bus ride away from Oxford town centre. The room was clean and spacious for the three of us. Would totally recommend it to others.

Hotel ini terletak dalam jarak berjalan kaki dari Bicester Shopping Village, yang sangat mudah. Tempat letak keretanya luas dan bayaran parking untuk tetamu hotel sangat berpatutan. Ini adalah satu-satunya hotel dalam jadual perjalanan yang termasuk sarapan pagi, dengan pelbagai jenis, memudahkan semua orang untuk makan dan pergi membeli-belah. Kami memesan beberapa makanan Barat di hotel untuk makan malam, dan kanak-kanak sangat menikmatinya!

Looking at previous reviews of this hotel, I can only think that our experience here was an unusual one but we were quite disappointed with our stay. Our room (3) was tiny (in hindsight we should have booked a more expensive one), and was uncomfortably small for two people with nowhere to put bags down or hang up clothes apart from a few hangers on coat hooks. The lighting was poor and it had a very rattly industrial fire door into the bathroom, which seemed amusing at first, but wasn’t quite so funny in the middle of the night when it clanged shut if you let it go! In fairness, other rooms on the websight looked gorgeous, I wish we’d booked one of those! Not the hotel’s fault, we just expected our room to be better for the price. Also disappointing was that the food on both nights was below average with limited menu choice and lots of dishes being unavailable.. This was a shame because it was my birthday ‘treat’ but fell far short of what we expected from a so called ‘luxury’ hotel. I can only think they were having a couple of off days and we were just unlucky. On a positive note, it’s a very eclectic place, decor is rustic, bordering on scruffy but still interesting, the staff are very friendly and the bar and restaurant have a warm and welcoming atmosphere, but when we were there the poor staff were run off their feet which resulted in patchy service and difficulty reserving a table, However, despite the problems the staff were very nice people especially the bar manager who tried her best to make up for the various menu shortfalls and discounted our drinks and food bill as an apology, which we very much aporeciated, but sadly I still don’t look back on our stay and feel that it was all that great, not really as special as we hoped it would be given all the hype. Based on our experience I wouldn’t recommend it or go again.
