Menginap bersama rakan-rakan di sini, pengalaman yang sangat baik. Perkhidmatan ini mengagumkan, dan Diane yang bekerja di sini membuat perjalanan kami. Dia mengesyorkan 2 restoran yang lazat di kawasan itu. Bilik itu bersih dan dihias dengan baik. Penginapan yang sempurna untuk perjalanan hujung minggu.

Hotel room is in need of touch-up, looks and feel dilapidated. Location is nice, the takeaway ready breakfast pouches is good car trips and the gas fireplace is nice. Location is very close to the kissing rock.

Convenient location, and a nice big King room, but a few drawbacks: lack of instructions for the room: the shower tap is mislabelled, with "hot" delivering cold water only, the temperature controller was unusual and not intuitive, and does not provide any cooling, only heating. The lighting in the bathroom was not sufficient, with the larger shower being a dark area.
It was a pity that Covid-19 had caused a halt in the advertised sit-down breakfast services - with only hot coffee and a paper bag with fruit juice, an apple and packaged bakery item available for collection each monrning at reception, a short walk up the road.

The place is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay for the most part, however, there were a few things that could be improved. For instance, when we first arrived, the mini fridge was not plugged in. We had to pull out the mini fridge and plug it in and wait for it to get cold before we could use it. The phone was not plugged in and could not figure out how to get it working. The wifi was a little weak. We were unaware that this property did not have air conditioning and it was very confusing using the thermostat for heat. The TV wasn't so great.
However, we did enjoy our stay regardless.

BUG IN BED . I would not recommend this hotel & the pictures look different from the property. At checkin we got put in a room with some clothes still left in the closet. The front lady moved us to a new room & after a few hours laying on the bed a MILIPEDE crawled on my boyfriend. We immediately left and were relieved bc the furniture in the room was worn down anyway. Still working with ******* to get a refund seems like the hotel isn’t trying to take responsibility since it’s been 2 days and they can’t be reached yet.
