Excellent view of mountains and river. It’s on the bank of river and right in the market. Very serene. Good food. Polite & well behaved staff. Hotel has a very nice lawn for sit-out. Old property. Poorly maintained. Somewhat run down. Lift isn’t available. The worst experience at check out. Every staff member chased us for tips. Many of them we never saw during our stay.

Amazing hotel centerlly located with amazing staff like tahir bhai zahoor bhai always welcoming and helping each customer out of way. Wpuld recommend this hotel to all. Best hotel is pahalgam with all facilities like, hotel water, good heating, tastlyy food with river view

The room and the view was good but the food was worst and the room heater was not heating the room property staff was also not that great

The food was good and the staff was very cooperative. Also, the central heating of that place was great with the hot water running in the bathroom. Especially in that cold weather in kashmir, you need a hot blanket on your bed. That was also there. Overall it was a good place to stay. And the location was very good. From that location we can visit lavender park, beta-ab valley, park, amusement park and other valleys. The location was very near to other facilities like atm and other restaurants.

I have booked suite room. Room is good but it is winter, heater was not working. We called multiple times to come and check but was resolved after 2-3 hours. Morning hot water problem started. No hot water and house keeping stayed 1hour in the bath room to check the issue. But i found that power was not there so was causing the issue. House keeping doesn't aware how to fix the it. Food was good. Hotel is in the main market.

Located near the river. The view is beautiful. Centrally heated. Staff is nice and very helpful. Breakfast buffet was good.

Stayed here for 4 nights with family. Staff is very warm and hospitable. Their property is good with all amenities in the room. Property location is also good. Must try is the vegetarian food at their restaurant.
