On the good side: has a pool, gym, nice breakfast and some of the staff is nice too. On the bad side: Old dirty rooms with old dirty bathrooms. Mosquito nets smelling so bad that you prefer getting beaten by mosquitoes instead of using them. Mice having walks, even though zero food was kept in the rooms. Wifi never works. And the worst: The ceilings are leaking water, when it rains. And i don't mean a little bit... I mean most of our luggage, beds and clothes were soaked after a rainy night. You couldn't even move the bed to a different location to avoid it, as it was leaking in so many different spots. And it wasn't just one room. We were a big group that occupied 5 bungalows. It was the exact same in every single one of them. When we mentioned that, the staff challenged us to prove it and when we said "ok come and see", they dropped the subject and changed the conversation. We appreciate the fact that the bungalows were made from natural ingredients (aka wood and leaves) using the Makuti technique. But having stayed in many places with Makuti ceilings during heavy storms in our long trip in Tanzania, we know it is NOT supposed to leak if made properly. Now, if all of this costed around 10$ per person, we would say "ok we got what we paid for, nothing to complain". But for more than double of this price, this is simply unacceptable . Don't lose your time and money staying there. There are many other beautiful and affordable places around to stay with the same or less money.
