Hotel Palakkad dengan Sarapan

We were on a family vacation and booked a Premium room, which comes above basic and executive rooms. This used to be the best property in Palakkad 20 years ago, but we were in for a surprise. Rooms were surprisingly small and had a bad smell of cigarette and urine. When you complain, hotel management sprays room fresher. We had to keep the room windows open for hours get the smell out daily. Bad experiences continued with room service bearer Kannan who was extremely rude after he served a wrong fried rice with something looking like mutton/ beef when we asked him for an egg and prawn fried rice. Probably a union member, as none of the management we complained could offer any help. Breakfast was horrible, with very few options and any good items are chargeable separately. No one attends call for housekeeping while others claim it’s not their job to inform housekeeping anything. Food is barely consumable, not befitting a hotel claiming to be three stars. Stench of urine continues everywhere, in the corridors lifts etc. Avoid at all costs.

Our stay was memorable here. Very efficient and timely service. The staff are very polite and friendly. Food quality and taste is great. And sightseeing activities are planned effectively. Sayani, our activity planner made sure we visited the best spots at the best time, Debashish, one of the lead staff in charge of cafeteria, took great care in feeding us well, Rajendran, our driver was very friendly and hospitable . We had a 3 day stay and highly recommended. Will definitely come back and spend another staycation here!

Myself& wife stayed bet 15th& 17 th April 24.Rooms were ckean& tidy. But no laundry service. Senior citizens like us carry less luggage on long trip,expecting laundry service in such expensive hotels. They said there's no laundry service for few days and no alternate arrangements could be made. Atrocious. Impolite and indifferent behaviour by receptionist. Where to search for laundry in unknown place? Only two attenders for serving all rooms. There's a delay. A/C remote was dysfunctional. Three times electricians came and finally second day night it was alright with simple replacement of battery cells!!!. Very unpleasant experience. The management can educate their receptionists ,especially an elderly one, as to how to behave with customers. Only good thing, their veg restaurant is good . But no idlies in the evenings! I won't recommend.

Have been a regular customer of this hotel bar/Ac restaurant for a few months. Staff are friendly and try to do their best in service. A few times there were issues about food. Such complaints or opinions are not accepted with courtesy and they tend to punish the customer in their next order by giving more worse food !! Nowhere in hotel industry you can find such attitude. Customer complaints / opinions have to be treated with professionalism and as a route to better service delivery. Here they least bother because it is a near monopoly - only 2 bars in Ottapalam town. A lot of film production related activities take place here in and around the town. So they have always new unsuspecting customers coming to the place, seeing its outer architecture and external ambience. But you will see the worst in service and food. For a day the suffering is ok despite the fact that you pay very high rate for room and food. So, suggest to avoid this place if you can. This is based on my personal experience with no ill will to the staff in the bar and restaurant who were courteous enough. The management / owners seems to be completely unprofessional and insensitive and just want to grab as much as they can by using the external ambience, and internally it is a horrible place, except the few cordial staff members. If you order Prawn fry, they will give you Prawn dry, with lot of salt and you can't eat it !! And they charge you Rs. 200 for making you starve for the night. So you decide whether to be here or somewhere else when you want to stay in Ottapalam.

Location - good area with all basic amenities hygiene- almost the room was clean

I was stayed at kpm regency hotel pkd few days ago... I'm a traveller I had a great time over there... Staffs there on reception two ladies was really really helpful and good coperative..I didn't had seemed this much supportive and helpful staffs...really loved those people.. Breakfast also good..

Enjoyed my stay in hotel gopalapuram international. Was surprised to see that the hotel property is spread out on a big peice of land. With lots of greenery a massive gate and uncluttered entrance. The entrance is very impressive and was hoping that the rest of the hotel would also be as the same. And it was. The stairs lift and floor all granite and shining. Their housekeeping is top notch. Mirrors glass panes all sparkling. The staff was ever helpful and courteous. The room has top quality furniture and furnishings. The toilet is equipped with all toiletries that you will need during your stay. Crockery was fine in the restaurant whatever food was cooked it was yummy. But only issue was that they served only selected items from the main menu.

We had wonderful 2 days at havon. Excellent rooms, stay, food, staff, facilities and more. Special thanks to pratheesh, balaji, muthu and a lady sorry i forgot her name. Rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. Food has wide variety and tasty. It’s a huge lit property so you can take a stroll day and late night. There is a small steam you can access via a small 500m trek to spend some quality time with nature. Kids have good play area and pool is neat and clean. Mountain view’s are pretty good too. Service is top notch too. Well mannered and cordial staff. All in all, well managed property with a couple of days to spend some quiet and quality time with a small or big group of people.
